Hotel accessories like tab door handle found in damage condition. Room cleanliness was very poor. Les service staff after corona Receptionist and hotel managers attitude behaviour is very bad with us. Don't stay in this hotel. #BoycotGoldenBeachHotelPattaya

This property seems very old and most probably hasn't been renovated for long. The location is great, near to the beach and in prime market areas. The service from front staff was cold. We spotted baby cockroaches on both nights in our bathroom floor. The hallways and passages have a smell of old damp buildings. This property is famous for Indian tourists. They serve Indian breakfast. Although we had BB plan we had to pay extra 100 Baht for continental breakfast as we didn't want Indian food. The breakfast options served were pathetic even though. The place is noisy. The balconies are lined up so one can basically see what's going on the adjacent balcony clearly. They have an open pool too but not sure of the cleanliness of it as I never went to check because it was crowded. Would not recommend it at all if you are looking for a decent place to stay.

My guests are there.. they paid for superior room with 1 double n 1 single bed. But they give 1 twin bed with 1 folding bed. The staff was ill mannered. Not treating guest well. Very old property. We don't recommend anyone for this hotel. Thief

Only one charging point in the room. Very less lighting in the room after dark. Rooms are quite spacious. The best part is the hotel location and swimming pool. Does not have room service. Breakfast is average. Hotel needs to update given their location and the amount of guest visit them.

Hotel is Awesome But the service is too bad. As per Hotel Rule they provide 2 Water Bottles per day. It was Very Disappointing that we don't even get 1 Water bottle on 2nd day. After taking too many follow ups we received 2 bottles at 12:42 Am.

The rooms were very bad. Even the doors of the rooms were not closing properly. Despite the large number of people, there were only two lifts in total, and the lift had no capacity to support the weight of more than five people. The hotel was close to Pattaya City, the morning break was good and the service was very fast

This was my stay for 5 days. Top notch service. Breakfast was really good here, fresh juice and fresh fruits were served. Rooms were cleaned as soon as we leave the room for our outings. They have an excellent management and staff. The location is absolutely beautiful. The balcony view is love. They even have a swimming pool and rooftop cafe. Perfect stay

Situated near the beach n walking street. Very close to mall for shopping. The staff was very polite n friendly. 99% of guests here are Indian and the breakfast n food is yummy. We enjoyed our stay here.

Pros: 1. Spacious rooms. 2. Balcony with a provision to dry clothes. 3. Clean bedding sets. Cons: 1. Smelly corridors all over. 2. Rude and unprofessional receptionists. If they don't understand, they simply start laughing. They also don't fully understand English. Luckily, I had someone next to me who was translating things for me. 3. Quite a few mosquitoes in the room, but they don't know what's a mosquito repellent. 4. The operator and housekeeping staff didn't answer the intercom calls. After sometime, the intercom itself stopped working. 5. No doormat for the bathroom by default. I had to ask for that. 6. No bathing space other than the bathtub. It's assumed that you could only get into the bathtub if you want to take a shower (yes, the showerhead is located over the bathtub). 7. No dental kit, not enough shampoo for two people in the washroom. Conclusion: Avoid this hotel if you can at all costs. It's below average for a 3-star hotel type.

Worst hotel I have ever seen. Very old property. Breakfast was pathetic. Not so much options in breakfast. I will not recommend anyone. Pay some extra bucks somewhere else for your memorable trip. Showergel was like water. They even didn't provide dental kit and slippers

Affordable good hotel, especially for Indians. Booked via makemytrip. Indian buffet break fast available. American breakfast also available. Good and clean rooms. They provide you with tea coffee and water supplies. Location is great. 2 min walking distance from beach. There is a big mall just opposite to the hotel, you can find KFC and McDonald's there. Indian restaurant is just outside the hotel . Seven eleven store is also nearby.

Good Hotel Economic pricing Buffet Breakfast choice of Indian or Continental (Cannot be changed after the choice is made) We (Our family of 5)chose the continental. Very good variety of food, all of us ate to our hearts content. (Please note the milk here for tea/coffee is warm & not hot like in the Indian section & the staff will not heat it). Ambience was very nice. On the 1st day the garden section (of the continental eating section) was open, but then closed to us for the remaining 2 days, but was opened for a European/ American couple & then closed again. (Pretty strange!). The rooms were very neat clean & the bathrooms too. Nice city view from the attached balcony. Nice Pool too (pity we did not get the time to use it because of our tight schedule.)

The hotel is in a very good location close to the major places of action in Pattaya. Open bars, souvenir shops, and Indian food restaurants are at a walkable distance. Indian food is also served here for breakfast. The taste is average and the options available are less. I tried both tea and coffee, both are horrible you should avoid. There is a pool that is supposed to be open till evening, but they didn't let us use in the morning itself. Water, in addition to the complimentary bottles, is chargeable. Shower gel and hair drier are not provided.

Big hotel close to main beach road Pattaya. Staff very helpful and helped with issues I had with the room. Breakfast was good, very busy Hotel had great stay here.

Worst hotel I had visited in life. The service is very poor. The staff is doing discrimination with tourist. If you are coming from another country be there by your own risk because if you stuck in any bad situation they will not help you out. They even don’t listen to tourists they just support their local people.

Nice place design of hotels and view points near by all places

Before it used to be good, but now it no more gives a feel of 3-Star hotel. Breakfast is very bad, very less option and taste also not that great. Located in a good place, 200mts from beach. Overall an average hotel.

Very poor experience at Golden Beach Pattaya Hotel: 1. Rooms provided totally staggered in a big floor. 2. No room service at all. Drinking water is not available upon requesting also. 3. Only 1L Drinking Water served per day for 2 persons at room during Housekeeping after 12 noon. 4. No Wi-Fi in Hotel. 5. Apart from Shampoo no other toiletries are provided in wash room. 6. Breakfast quality also not good. 7. Staffs are also not courteous. Didn't see such poor serviced Hotel in my last 15 years at least. Hence not recommendable at all.

Room service is worst. Linens are not being changed everyday. Single charging point in room. Exhaust in wash rooms are very poor.Recommend not to come in this hotel.

18 people from SANGLI India...we stay there 4days...best location ..the wifi service is very...very poor strength...only half bottle water supply at two clock... breakfast time 6 to 10 but swimming pool time..8..to.7......when we check out..the office 400 baths..from us the reason of pillow cover dirty fine..ok.. breakfast is good..front office best service...cleaning is..best...as per their time....

One of the oldest properties in Pattaya. Rooms are pretty old fashioned and needs a renovation. Food quality average but the location of the property is prime.

Hotel location situated heart of the Pattaya city. Room's are neat and clean. It is a 3 day stay, today is the second day. Yesterday I made one complaint about Bathtub. So for problem not solved. That's the only issue I faced so for.

Though I am giving 5 star, but i need to say one thing, they must improve the responsibility of every receptionist as because i have been harassed by one of your receptionist. The reason is that i have dropped the key in the drop box before going out of the hotel but after returning to the hotel they cant find the key rather they told that i forgot to drop the key and search in the room but in the next day at breakfast time when i told about the key immediately they handover the key to me. Full night i was fully tensed, didn't sleep well because i thought i might lost the key and have to pay compensation for the key but the key was in the reception department throughout the night.

This property is very old and need lot of improvements. The location is the one advantage for this hotel. You will get Indian and American breakfast here. Most of the tourists visiting this hotel are Indians. Rooms are spacious and swimming pool is good. Reception area looks good. Amenities need to be upgraded. Bath Towels quality is bad. Limited toiletries.
