Nice place to stay in Pattaya! It is affordable, clean and well maintained. The room was good, AC works perfectly. Free water bottles everyday. The crew is friendly. The swimming pool in front of the hotel is nice. It is located close to the beach and to Terminal 21. Easy to take bus to travel around in Pattaya.

Nice renovated (originally over 10 years of age, nicely and well designed and finishing) 4 star hotel inside a quiet soi. Friendly and well trained staff everywhere. Housekeeping have loud Walky-Talkies and use them a lot. The hotel was rather full and Thai guests…. noisy and overwhelming, with kids. The hotel has amazing guest rooms in size, lay-out and big balcony. The noise insulation at entrance door and balcony door is not good. Great amenities, installation and mattress for hood sleep. Big problem is the virtually not existing parking. The weekend seafood BBQ buffet is amazing and together with free flow beverage a great and must try culinary. Fitness is very very small, the pool is a bit strange and surrounding elevated pool deck (with limited lounger), it has a free lounge with foodies and drinks and a great steam and sauna for male and female. A couple of meters out to the beach and in close distance to Central Festival and Terminal21.

Love the dinner and meals. The room was nicely furnished. Very unique toilet. Staff service was good and friendly. Location was very convenient near the heart of the town and across the beach. However there is limited parking space because of that. There is a parking space about 3 km from the hotel and the hotel van would take us from the hotel and back.

A very beautiful mid-century modern designed room. BUT there was some weird foul-smelling when I first entered the room. Having an afternoon tea buffet, the line had only dumplings, small pizza bread, fruit, and chocolate cake. And for drinks, there was fruit juice, Italian soda, and coffee (coffee was good). In the morning breakfast, the food line wasn’t appreciated by me, so plenty. Egg station cooking had to wait for a long line.

What a great hotel! Amazing staff, modern rooms, central air conditioning, nice outdoor pool. But the reason I will be back? The bed! It is a high end mattress with a "topper" on it for extra comfort. Rivals any 5-star hotel. Location wise it is a short walk to the beach or to 2nd road where the Central Marina is located. Also a great restaurant on this Soi called "Sonja Beach Cafe" Amazing Thai food, 75b beers and lovely staff. I'll be back to both!

Highly recommended hotel in Pattaya, the property is too good and lavish. Their service was too good and the staffs were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is at prime location near to Pattaya beach, and the property is also very big, and nice. The rooms are also very premium with all the modern facilities. We stayed here for 3 nights and our experience was very good. The property has a very big swimming pool which is open almost till evening for the guests, a modern gym, a very lavish bar and restaurant with great variety of cuisines. Our overall stay was very pleasant and I would recommend this hotel to all who are visiting Pattaya.

The room we stayed was alright, bath tub a bit too small for two. Service is not great, it took the room service staff half an hour to let us know that what we ordered were not available.

A nice boutique hotel located on a quiet street a few hundred meters from the beach. The room is clean and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable and gives a great nites sleep. There is a bit of TV sound leakage but it's not too loud (the TV volume is limited) There are two on-site restaurants but at the time of this review (Nov. 2020) only 1 is open due to Covid limitations. The buffet breakfast is limited but the food is good. Again, during the week, because of limited guests, an ala carte breakfast is served. There is a small pool and gym, with my only complaint being the pool is shaded most of the day (at least in November) but if you don't like direct sun, this will be a benefit. The staff is super helpful and polite and make guests feel very welcome. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Very nice and well maintained hotel in the heart of city. The only downside what I can see is sound isolation, it looks like TV is open in your room, but in fact it at next room. Anyway I would be back here again.

The only issue i has was the noise of familys in the hallways kids screaming and runing i called them downstairs to advide and they said we cannot tell them off and they risk losing them and not busy in Thailand but i have to put up with it.

Okay place but there are definitely some things that state this is NOT a 4 star hotel. 1: Main entrance is a smoking area so you can’t get inside unless you pass several other hotel visitors smoking 2: the walls are PAPER THIN HERE, so you can hear the TV next door very clearly, I could even hear a phone vibrating next door (YES, the walls are THAT thin) 3: TV had no remote so you couldn’t turn it off after activating the electricity with your card ask no blow dryer in room when they said there was one 4: hotel stated the water bottles were complimentary, no accurate as we were charged before leaving Wouldn’t stay here again!

This hotel is simply amazing! Its off the beaten path so its quiet but not a long walk to the beach! There is a resturant and a gym also a very nice pool out front. If your staying in Pattaya for any length of time I highly recommend Vista Hotel.

This time I decided to stay at this property, impressed by the reviews over TA and other sites. Location is very close to beach and also to most of the important attractions of Pattaya. Breakfast spread was good, though I had expected few Indian dishes, which were absent. Room size was satisfactory. Bed linens and all the towels were nice and as good as new. A nice, clean and average sized swimming pool is there at the ground floor. I had chosen pool view Club Room. A small balcony was a good addition. There is a Club Lounge inside the hotel where complimentary tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks are served to guests during 1pm thru 4pm. That impressed me and my family a lot. Mr. John - Asst Advisor - Guest Relationship, whom we found throughout his duty busy in taking care of most of the guests and asking of any help for a pleasant stay at Vista. He was a very nice and polite gentleman. We stayed there for 3N4D and we felt our stay like home. I will come back again whenever in Thailand. Thanks Mr. John. Thanks Team Vista Pattaya. Nicely located at Soi 4 Pattaya Beach. 100m walk to the beach and Fat Coco restaurant. Hotel is clean and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious, hot shower, comfortable bed, good breakfast, and full of amenities.

Not worth the price! Rooms has building view full of mosquitoes ! Not even a single Indian cuisine in their breakfast buffet, why the hell we pay? . Reception people are rude and uncourteous !

Potential to be a perfect price/quality 4 star hotel in a great location but they really need to improve soundproofing. I was lucky with my neighbours but you could hear talking and tv from next room and the staff in hallway.

Absolutely amazing hotel and staff! Great and convenient location, the beach is half a block away, the night market with parked Boeing 747 is a block away. Breakfast selection is incredible, pool is an absolute delight. My room was clean, nicely furnished and very spacious. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We have been to this hotel for 3 days, I would recommend you to book and stay if you are planning to stay at Pattaya! The services and the breakfast are superb! Variety of breakfast served everyday! Rooms are clean and hygienic! Overall a great place to stay and chill out! 5 Star Service!!

The location is in central Pattaya, 7-11 and many restaurants nearby, very convenient. The staffs are nice, the room is clean and the price is very reasonable. The only thing is the celling of the reception is peeling off, I think they should fix it.

I sent several request emails after booking, but they were not confirmed. Please be sure to check your items in person after checking in to your room. You may have to pay for cups that weren't in the room to begin with. I almost had to pay for the room cleaner's mistake. (Direct experience) I was very satisfied with the location for the price, and most of the staff were not bad. The room was very humid and smelled of mold. There is no soundproofing.

Relaxing holiday, good food, friendly staff, great location. Not a great room with a view, but did not travel 9000 miles to sit in a hotel room. Only two rooms suitable for seniors as the rest have sunken bath/shower stalls making it difficult to get in and out of. Stayed Feb. 21 to March 19, 2020. Would definitely re-book in the future.

The 4 Stars hotel is near Pattaya Beach. Good room, good services and convenient to go to in Pattaya City.

Not really recommended if your western and would like to eat some occattional western food . Caters mostly for locals parking is an issue at times . Also expect to be asked to provide a time when you would like to eat expect also to stand in a que as the resterant is small and can not cater to a full hotel

Great location with modern room and friendly staffs. Our kids really enjoy the pool, but unfortunately was the air conditioner in our suite so lound. We also had dinner in restaurant there, but we were really disappointed. Foods doesn‘t taste so good and we only ordered Pad Thai and Spaghtti!

Positives - Clean room. - Nothing else. Negative - A very-very limited parking space - Poor front operation. I got a room not as per booking. May be poor communication between booking admin and front. - No safe Covid Measures for afternoon tea room. Not meet SHA+ Standard at all. - Afternoon tea room is very small, not sufficient seats for guests. - Water in the swimming pool was dirty. - Dinner was very cold, no taste. - Check-in and out was vert slow. Not recommend to stay.

This hotel is one of my favorites in this area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you won't be let down. By far the worst hotel we had in Thaillande in 4 months Me and a friend rented 2 rooms and both the same ! Every hour approximately when air conditioning stop it is like someone hit it with hammer 🔨 did not sleep well at all ! And one room had no hot water first day and after they give us a letter saying we won’t have hot water for 2 days 🤬 we ask for refund and they did not wanted all we got is we are sorry lol

Not for farangs at all. Rooms are ok but bad breakfast , this food is only made for Asian customer. And very sad that they put on waterworks in the swimming pool only when thais and chinese taking a bath. Unfair. This place is not recommended.
