The experience was amazing. The hotel is very clean and spacious. The breakfast and pool and bar area is 10/10. The staff are really friendly and their service is on point. I lost my headphones and got them back at the counter. You can also get to the beach directly from the hotel. It is directly connected and there are a few restaurants on the beach in front. The hotel is quite far from the city but it was much of a hassle for us since bolt is easily accessible from the hotel and you can get to places quickly. Overall exceeded my expectations considering the price.

1.) When I called to confirm the booking, why I have to followed your hotel’s LINE account instead of telling the reference number. 2.) Lunar’s dinner was great, except Farang boss opened the window, then the mosquitos entering the dining room. 3.) The shower room has no towel hanger. Bathroom size is around 2 sq.m. 4.) The bed headboard light is unable to turn-off, need to call mechanic to fix it at 11 pm. 5.) Two stars for the friendly staffs and breakfast. 6.) Check-in at 3 pm, Not allowed late check-out even the room is still available both Agoda and Booking.com

It's a beautiful, relaxing accommodation hotel around Jontiem beach. Totally a sanctuary hideaway from beach. Have a beautiful infinity pool on the 8th floor overlook the mangrove river & beach front. A million dollars sunset view upthere! Few small issues to consider before you make your choices to stay here. I am more concerned over hygenic and safety issue. Things like poor maintenance of the pool surrounding with so many used masks, empty cans and rubbishes esp the low occupancy period yet cant well keep to the basic hygenic standard! This hotel doesn't have private beach front for hotel guests to relax and chill at beach. Personally i encountered too many hungrier and aggressive wild dogs at the beach front running around hunting for food and fighting among themselves. Definately become a serious issue for foreigners. Be caution! Another issue. For all guests upon arrival before check in. We have to do compulsory ART swap test at cost 125THB from our own pocket. I booked my stay via hotel.com and theyvaent me an email written in Thai language and how to expect foreigners to understand the hotel rules and regulations??? This is consider a "crazy" rules. Furthermore the hotel not even subsidised for the cost. I been travelling & stay frequently in Bangkok, Pattaya and ChiangMai. This is my first encountered with Best Western Hotel Group.

stayed at this hotel on July 9 yesterday, me, my wife and 2 children ordered a deluxe king room type room, after checking in at the counter it turned out that the receptionist told me that my 1 child was put on an extra bed for 1500 THB including breakfast, I agreed and paid for it, after a while the receptionist came back to me telling me that their supply of extra beds had run out and they had an extra bed in the form of a sofa and it cost 1300 THB including breakfast, the first extra bed transaction was cancelled. After entering the room I saw what he meant extra bed sofa, was a sofa that was already in the deluxe king room type, the difference was that they covered it with sheets and added pillows. This is strange, because we are told to pay for the facilities that are already in the room we ordered, in Indonesia this will not happen and we will only provide breakfast for 2 people. If a guest wants an extra extra bed, they will definitely be given an extra bed, not the facilities that are informed as an additional facility to add to the cost of the guest's stay. For Indonesians who stay here, be careful about the sandals they provide in the hotel room, if your child forgets or is left somewhere, the hotel will ask for the sandals, maybe you will be fined, this is different from Indonesia, where we can bring sandals come home when we want.😄

Don’t even drink their *FREE* waters. They gonna charge you for the water at the check-out 300 baht. Which almost 10$. Staff is not friendly cannot communicate with you in proper way. Pool is so busy and small. Don’t recommend it. They need to hire more staff. Last year we came here. It was okay, but apparently now they don’t good anymore. Don’t choose here not worth the money you pay.

Is there not a way to turn off the lights that shine directly down into the headboard? I tried every switch but cant find the ones to turn them off. The view from the rooftop pool is pretty serene, but there is a collection of masks and slippers that have been blown away to the edges

Beautiful and cozy, located by the beach, sunset was amazing from the 9th floor. Very limited menu by the pool, a bit expensive as well. Happy hour, the best one 😁

Service so bad, Golf driver did not pick up by queue and not resolve the problem, like tell the customer that skip the queue to be wait. (let us wait another car in the middle of the sun, and i'm pregnant. In the end I'm walking back to the hotel) Hotel is nice but don't want to be back, Bad service. One person can destroy every good thing!!!!!

The hotel pool area is too small which is different from social media. You can sit at the pool bar, if you're not ordering foods and drinks. Breakfast is good up to international standard hotel.

Great hotel with a fantastic rooftop infinity pool. A sunset you definitely don't want to miss. Pair this with the delicious drinks from their rooftop bar, and you've got yourself an evening you won't forget.

Super area and place ! 😎 Room very clear and modern style. Best view with swimming pools on the rooftop ( YouTuber action point 😀 ) 🚀 Nice walking bridge to the beach - inclusive animals in a water. A lot green. 2022 Mai -We get English breakfast + Thaistyle seafood soups, Milk and Cornflakes ….. but instant coffee is not my style.

Excellent hotel with amazing pool and lovely staff. We stayed with a kid and it was very comfortable. Only the breakfast could have a bit more variety, I feel.

Best hotel in this price range I've ever been to. The whole room, the bathroom, the toilet and the bedsheet were nicely clean. Staffs were friendly and polite. The restaurant provided high quality international food with a bit expensive price yet acceptable. The bar is excellent overall. Drinks were tasty.

Quite new hotel, clean enough but rooms are tiny! Service could have been better but some of the employees are actually very polite and nice.

First, experience of our checking in was not impressed at all. No welcome drink and front desk team was okay. Room is quite small and bed is not comfortable. A bit hard, amenities in the room also not reach to 5 stars hotel. Good point was at least they have valet parking. No expectations for the breakfast. We wont be back here

Fantastic service throughout. Beautiful view, we stayed in the executive ocean view room watching the sun setting. The hotel has a walking bridge 2 minutes to the beach with its own beach bar. Breakfast on the rooftop (for executive room) had both thai and western options with unlimited Prosecco! Amazing coffee too. The only downside would be the expensive price tag for food and drinks which are much dearer comparing to elsewhere.

A great place by the sea. We got room 715, which is located on the top living floor and it does overlook the sea. It’s small, but ergonomically well organized. There was a bathtub at the balcony. A/c seems new and works fine, but just a little bit dusty. Spot lights were sparkling randomly during the night in the toilet room. And there was a broken spotlight in that toilet room. We got breakfast which is not buffet, but a course of dishes by request. Later I found that there was actually a buffet type of breakfast but on the first floor, and we were not invited to eat there by the receptionist when checking in. So we didn’t know about that different breakfast, perhaps it was served for people who booked rooms on other floors or something like that. Our breakfast was on the eight floor. We could select dishes from a small menu and a little buffet was available for us. The buffet menu had three choices of fruits, different cheeses (blue cheese, cream cheese, and one more, with a liquid center), two types of smoked meats: chicken and meet that looks like salami; croissants, toast bread, jams, and rice soup, yogurts, cereals, and juices from a box. Smoked salmon dishes were excluded from the menu on that day. Staff was very friendly and polite. Pool has several jacuzzi tubs, but the top one doesn’t work. Pool itself is small and located in on the rooftop. It was crowded that day, when we stayed. We stayed there only for one weekend. The overall impression is good.

We were charged of 2500 baht upon checking out, the receptionist asked if we were smoking in the room. I explained to her no, we smoked at the balcony (no trash, butts whatsoever). She said she will charged us for this. And I apologised to her but we weren’t aware of this. If we were we are not going to do it is we knew. She showed me the sign at the reception saying it is written here. But I couldn’t understand a word as it is not written in English and only a photo of NO DURIAN. She also insisted that the hotel staff told us during check in. Which they didn’t because we checked in at 8pm. I find this very disappointing and very unfair. Very disappointed for this so called 5 star hotel.

Facilities and services provided are very far to be classified a 5-Star Hotel. Location: the neighbor has nothing to offer (some rooms see the ocean, but one side of the hotel is in front of an abandon hotel), and the beach in front of the hotel is small, however the hotel has a nice beach bar. For us, who live in Bangkok and have the car, it was possible to choose another better beach (Jomtien or Wong Amat), but for those ones with no car it would not be so great. Services: during our 2-nights stay, we have not experienced a 5-Star experience. Concierge very late to send up the luggage (15+ minutes), no body wash refilled, shower door damaged, shower water never hot. Basic other stuff. Appreciated free cake gift for birthday. Breakfast fair for a 3-star hotel.

Short getaway with my wife. First time here at this hotel. We initially got a standard room, but soon upgraded when we realized we had no view. Upgraded to an ocean view room and glad we did. The room has a beautiful ocean view and a big tub on the patio. Very clean. This place has a beautiful pool area and top floor bar and restaurant. It also has a dining room on the main floor. At the beach, they have a beach bar called Bayphere where you can sit and relax with a cocktail of your choice. There also other beach bars on the beach. Lots of places for photo. All this said, the bed was so hard I ended up sleeping on the couch. Might work for most people, but not for me. Also, the room we had was oddly designed in my opinion. Very small bathroom. The shower has one door from the sink area and one door from the bed area. No matter how careful we were, water kept getting into the bedroom area. All due to the design. Overall, it’s a nice place, but unfortunately, not for me.

The hotel is amazing. The staff are great. The only problem is the amount of stray dogs hanging around the outside and in the construction site across the road barking endlessly from 5am. I would stay here again if not for that constant barking so early in the morning. I'm here to relax but it's hard with that noise in the background.

-The service is poor like 0/10 at the front desk 1.Giving incorrect keycard // no apologies and trying to say it’s customer fault 2.Shouting/ raising voice 3. Look down on Thai people 4. No service mind 5. Miss-communication - The room is small but just enough for 2 people - location and good but all in all small And will not be back here again

Spa tub is actually a regular normal Bathtub. One if main reasons for selecting the room. Service and employees were fantastic. They should change their that listing.

We went there on the weekend with full booking rooms so it kind of messy on a reception area coz a hotel it quit small but all of staff try to managing their best. Parking in building are limits so have to drive to a parking space next block and walk back to hotel or waiting for the cart. We booked for king bedroom type but they gave us double bed coz they said it full booking today so we have no choice. Room are small but new and great function so it not make me feel uncomfortable like I could. Unfortunately it hav some problems haven't fixed like when you shower a water it leaking out to hall way in front of closet. Breakfast is was great, Not must choice but all it delicious and good quality but dining room it so small and not enough seat for a day hotel have full booking. Facilities it so tiny, Swimming pool can handle on 5 ppl and on space to look at view on rooftop if someone swimming in that time. No private beach but also can walk a cross of bridge to front beach and many local beach bar&restaurants near by hotel.

The facilities were very new. Friendly and attentive service. Valuable price. Highly recommend the Executive room type package which included coffee set, 2 cocktails at pool bar and BBQ dinner. Relaxing in the bath tub at the terrace and enjoying the views.

The hotel staff are very professional and helpful. The hotel is brand new and the rooms are great. We did the test and go and the process was really easy. We had the red and green curry for dinner which were delicious and the continental breakfast was generous! The hotel staff were also very accommodating to my vegetarian food requests.

The place is comfortable and closes the beach and the room was great!! I like the design in side the room. The roof top can see beautiful view and swimming poo but I think, the pool is so small and we can take the beautiful to sea view and sunset for relaxing. I can recommend for you choice.

It was absolutely stunning experience. First of all, although I travel regularly but the service there is just above any expectations. I really want to thank all of the staff for making the first time visit Thailand that impressive. Second of all, the hotel is new and very beautiful. You can really enjoy staying there and not going anywhere. We loved the beach, the hotel is located on the first line with its own beach. The water there is pretty clean depending on the day, so, no need to worry about it. If you wish to go to the supermarkets or a currency exchange there are plenty of them nearby. The prices of the taxi to get to the city center are really affordable, and it's not that far away to go there by car. It's a great advantage to live a bit away from the center, so, you can enjoy quiet time and cleaner water. Moreover, the food that is served in the hotel for breakfast is just so delicious. You should also try going to the cafes, beach bar and restaurant in the hotel, because food and drinks there are amazing, as well as a view. I can really recommend staying in this hotel to anyone.
