I
had
the
most
unpleasant
experience
“in
the
care
of”
(or
lack
thereof)
this
office.
I
would
not
recommend
it.
Years
past,
I
was
a
patient
of
a
different
Asthma
and
Allergy
Associates
location
and
never
had
this
type
of
situation
occur.
The
staff
here
are
unfriendly
and
lack
empathy
in
every
regard.
I
didn’t
get
the
name
of
the
person
at
the
front
desk,
or
the
tech
that
assisted
me.
I
saw
Dr.
Ramirez.
Dr.
Ramirez
has
no
bedside
manner
or
empathy,
and
didn’t
even
pretend
to
treat
me
like
a
human.
She
walked
in,
barely
a
greeting,
and
told
me
(without
talking
to
me
about
my
symptoms
or
my
situation)
that
it
is
idiopathic
and
completely
wrote
off
my
needs.
When
she
asked
about
my
current
medication,
her
answer
with
a
rude
tone
was,
“That’s
not
strong
enough”,
as
opposed
to
educating
me
and
discussing
additional
information
(or
asking
which
doctor
of
mine
previously
instructed
me).
When
she
named
some
options,
and
I
tried
to
discuss
further,
she
cut
me
off
by
saying,
“I’m
just
telling
you
your
options.”
The
point
of
options
is
to
weigh
them;
the
point
of
seeing
a
doctor
is
to
have
a
dialogue
of
options.
My
visit
was
absolutely
pointless
since
Dr.
Ramirez
wanted
to
be
the
only
one
to
talk
(rather
than
have
a
discussion)
and
it
did
not
yield
any
new
or
helpful
information.
She
told
me
she
would
be
back,
but
instead
the
tech
came
back
to
give
me
the
visit
summary.
Dr.
Ramirez
noted
a
6
week
follow
up
on
the
visit
summary,
without
any
additional
context.
I
asked
if
I
could
see
her
again
since
she
mentioned
she
was
coming
back
and
was
told
no.
I
asked
the
tech
about
Dr.
Ramirez
wanting
to
see
me
in
6
weeks
for
a
follow
up
and
she
responded
something
about
how
I
didn't
need
to
come
back
it
I
didn't
want
to.
So
I
then
mentioned
that
I’m
not
sure
why
she’d
want
to
see
me
when
she
didn’t
even
listen
to
what
I
had
to
say
during
my
visit.
The
tech
responded
with
“okay”,
led
the
way
out
of
the
room,
and
walked
away.
She
did
not
say
goodbye
or
say
that
my
visit
was
over.
This
place
was
extremely
unprofessional.
Apparently
it's
more
important
that
you
wear
a
face
mask
than
that
you
be
treated
like
a
human
being.
