    Absolutely disappointing, overall AutoNation dealerships are fantastic when it comes to service. Sadly this one does not represent the brand at all and will drag them down. Brought my recently purchase 2017 Ram 1500 in for four recalls (U05, U53, U61 & U74) and an alignment. Initially I was told it will take 2-3 hrs for complete all recalls. Then 2.5 hours later, I was informed that it will take another 2-3 hours to finish up. Finally having my car back in possession I drove home and noticed that it was still pulling to the left which is why I asked to do an alignment. I know that they did some sort of botched alignment as my steering wheel is marginally misaligned. Then while driving from the grocery store on Saturday my tailgate dropped. Which is recall U74 where the dealer is supposed to install a little stopped into the tailgate actuator. This fault can be easily reproduced by spamming the lock and unlock buttons on the key (video). Opening up the tailgate I can see that this piece is missing (picture). But according to their invoice it was completed? Now I am left unsure whether the other recalls were addressed or not? Will have to take it to another dodge dealer and have them check it all out.

    It was a beautiful experience. Everyone was so professional. I really appreciated that; especially because I arrived a day early.for my appointment. Everyone was so kind, and they serviced my vehicle anyway. I realized I was a day early when I went to the lobby to wait, I informed the service representative that my appointment was scheduled for the following day and they graciously worked it out in my favor. I’m so grateful. Thank you.

    My son drop the van 09/09/2021 Wednesday at 9:47pm. The van wouldn’t star AAA toll us that the battery was dead and he was able to charge it. The van is a lease. Is Monday 09/13/2021 12:06pm the have not been able to tell me was wrong with it. I have been calling an it just rings an no answer. Because they are short of staff. Mean will we have a disable 6 year all child that need to get to the doctor and his therapist. I have leases 2 vehicles from them and purchase a Dodge Ram last year. This has been the worst customer service that I have been true. You service the department is the worst. Hope I’ll get some answers before 5pm today or I’ll be making some call!!! 😡

    Great people and deal. I worked with Stan Morton on the phone and he gave me a much greater deal than what I could get with closer dealerships. We worked out the price for my trade and cost of my new vehicle easily with phone calls and text messages. I drove almost 2 hours to get there and everything went smooth. I was in and out in 45 minutes for my 2 hour ride home. Thanks Stan, you're the best!!

    Took my car for service drop it off at 11am did not get a call that car was ready till 6:30 pm I came in for a regular oil change and a nail on a tire . Service Rep told me that they only do patches and that it cost $40 after taxes and feeds $48 I told him ok let do it … next morning I look at the tire and got a plug I could of do that my self at home after calling 5 times today and still no call from any one about this matter worst customer service and worse service department won’t be taking my truck ever again who know if they even change my oil and they did not just reset my computer……. Still waiting for a call for my refund……. UPDATE———— they replied with a number to call same number I call 1000 times and no one would return my call they lost a customer of 3 work rams also when I took my car for service they did not call me I call them after 5hrs and ask where is my car and then they ask me to pick up there customer service is the worst everyone need to be fire and hire new people …

    I wish I could choose 0 stars because sadly I racially profiled at this dealership. This is my second jeep and I’ve traveled to many different states to have my jeep serviced and have not had any issue. I purchased both Jeeps from the Hollywood dealership but moved further west and decided to go to this dealership. I approached this young man in the service department and let him that I would like to have my oil changed. He continued by scanning my Jeep and confirming contact information on his little tablet thingy. He then proceeds to ask me if I’m the owner of the vehicle because my information (that he scanned and confirmed) is incorrect. Once again continues to ask if I’m the owner or if I had someone signed on vehicle with me. I once again (nicely ) responded no. I am the owner of the vehicle and reiterated that I have been to multiple Jeep dealerships and NEVER had an issue. He then stated that he would not be able to service my vehicle because I was not in their system. I asked him to have someone else assist him because what he was telling made absolutely no sense. He refused to do so. He basically ran me out of the service department to my car and told me to go return to the Hollywood dealership and speak to the finance department because they couldn’t help me. I am truly saddened by the acts of this young man and his poor customer service and his refusal to have my vehicle service.

    My 2022, Jeep Grand Cherokee L with 3,500 miles just stopped working and it was in the shop for two months. It was hard to get someone on the phone when I called for the status. I had to go there and they couldn't tell me what was wrong. I got corporate involved and they wasn't much help. I like the vehicle but customer service is bad and I will never purchase another Jeep. My wife and I both own new Jeeps so you lost a loyal customer.

    I have used autonation as the service center for my mopars ( Challengers) since I bought them. I always been treated like family. Matt, Shakira, Jesus, Beatriz, Rafael and Richard will make you feel like you are part of their team and your needs are their only priority.

    Horrible service. I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. I Took my car in because the auto shut off is not working and has not been working for almost 2 years. My car is a lease and almost coming to an end so I wanted to make sure everything is working before i return it. I dropped off my car at 7am on a Wed and they returned it to me the next day at 5pm saying the problem was resolved. Well, it is NOT resolved. It is still saying the function is not ready because the battery is charging. I mentioned this to the “service advisor” when i dropped off my car and obviously she did not pay attention or just didn’t care. Before i left the dealer, i called her and told her it was still not working and she just suggested i take it to another dealer for a diagnosis. HORRIBLE. If you can, take your car to another dealer or mechanic.

    Very Stunning Experience, I always have with my dealer where I bought my car. My service Dept is amazing, The Director Daryl had the biggest heart & is very kind & professional smart. He knows hos Business perfect. Ally my service advisor very great & always help my needs & very knowledge about Service Maintenance. Jeffrey no words amazing Technician.     Amazing service from start to finish. Johnny Robles really helped me out his follow up and attention to detail was truly exceptional kudos to the finance department for making a smooth and easy transaction. Orlen and Grace which were my finance managers, had all the paperwork work ready for me and approved before I got in. I love my new car will definitely be sending friends and family!!

    The appointment was well organized even before we arrived. Lots of information per Email. When we got there, we didn't have to wait at all until someone was looking at our Jeep, reviewing initial finds with us and agreeing on a plan for the service. Matthew was our service guy. He really made the visit perfect. He was our main contact and kept us updated on what was happening via calls and messages. Asked follow up questions and was just generally a great professional to deal with. Thank you. Service was quick and comprehensive, felt informed the entire way. Pricing was as expected and estimated. Our Jeep was washed and ready for us on time. By far the best service we have had with the Jeep. We can absolutely recommend the people and location!!

    I got my car with Johnny, he’s very professional told me everything about it. He already knew which one I wanted, color, details etc, because we had spoken before and came back once everything was good to go. I did not feel pressured nor rushed. He took his time. EVERYTHING WENT VERY SMOOTH. So thankful for him and Grace in finance, she also explained everything to me about my gap insurance etc. I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with the costumer service with me. I definitely recommend Johnny!

    Very positive experience. The repairs were more than I anticipated, but I guess that's everywhere now. Yandy my service advisor went above and beyond, Stephanie was very helpful as well. Eric is an exceptional young man, very thorough knowledgeable tech with great people skills. I was a Master tech in the business for 26 years and I would be proud of this shop.

    What a terrible dealership! We bought our Jeep there. It only has 30k miles after 5 years, very little use. Bought an extended warranty (expensive!) The car breaks down and just for a diagnostic, they charge us $200 (after waiting 1 week to get it!!) They take another week to fix a fuse. Then, when it's finally fixed, they say a red light is lighting up! They charge us another $200 for ANOTHER diagnostic! And take ONE MORE WEEK to fix the issues. Nothing was covered by the "Golden Extended Warranty by Autonation". The biggest ripoff of our lives! The car ended up being in the shop 3 weeks and we ended up paying $1600 for a fuse and a vacuum pump. No loaner!! THE EXTENDED WARRANTY WAS THE BIGGEST SCAM, and the Jeep quality extremely disappointing. And the service, don't get me started!! I lost count of the times we called to find the status of the car!!! I highly recommend buying/servicing elsewhere!!!

    The service of AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Pembroke Pines was great! The quality of work and the customer service was exceptional! Matthew helped me with all my concerns, and he was extremely diligent with making sure everything went as smooth as possible. The service took a very long time (14 days), but it was due to a wait on parts.

    Worse service center I have ever been to. Dropped off my truck for a oil change and to repair my driver side door handle at 8:00AM. By 3:30PM I still have hadn't received a call that my vehicle was ready nor an update as to the status. I called the service center for 45 minutes with no answer. When someone finally answered I was told that they needed to check with the tech, and was put on hold for an hour. I then called back only to have the call answered and then hung up. I called the Dealership main number for sales, of course that was answered immediately, but was just transferred around around until I was put on hold again for 30 minutes. I finally just went down there to find my truck sitting at the entrance with no other cars there in front. I asked a Service Advisor if they were open and he said yes. I asked why the phone was answered for an hour or more and was told that they "JUST slowed down". Oil change was done but my door handle was not repair. I doubt they even look at it. I will do my best to not even drive by this location when heading to any other service center. I would abandon my truck on the side of the road before taking it back to Pines Autonation Dodge.

    Was taken in quickly, I set appointment up on line was quoted around $250 by time service writer came to me he had almost $800 worth of service with recommended service items. I cut most of it off I felt most of the items were unnecessary at the time. When I asked about a possible warranty item the service writer said i needed to set that up with someone else and didn't even ask what was my issue.

    I purchased at this dealer over another RAM dealer specifically because of the no-pressure environment at Pines AutoNation. These guys were there to help when I wanted it without nagging and putting on the whole car salesman shtick. If you want a great salesman, go with Carlos! With Carlos, I felt like I was buying a truck from a friend, not a salesman. I will definitely be back next time around!

    I think this is the first negative review I have ever posted, but I am extremely disappointed. I bought my new van, and noticed there were issues within the first month. Because it's under warranty, I was told to bring it in to check it out. They kept my van for 6 days. 6! And not only was not one thing done to it, they'd promised to fix my back left tire because of a slow leak and I called to ask if it had been done and was told yes! Come pick it up! Although extremely disappointed that nothing else was fixed, I dropped off my rental car that I paid for out of pocket, picked up my van only to discover the next morning that they had not even fixed the tire. No one will return my calls. I will never ever buy a car from here again. I love that I got an email asking me to take a minute to review my experience because they review every one. Right. I haven't been contacted, and I doubt I will be.

    ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PLACE TO BUY A VEHICLE! Spoke with salesman Herold Cervantes the night before and he was super cordial and not pushy. Gave me the details on the vehicle and even quoted me over the phone a decent starting price. The following day after stopping at another dealership and delayed for a couple of hours, I arrived later than expected. Harold was super professional and was waiting for me with the vehicle parked next to the showroom. From the minute I entered, everyone is so pleasant and happy. The positive energy is abundant! No games or gimmicks, Sale Manager Fernando came up to me and introduced himself. Managers usually meet you after you made one or two offers, we didn't even discuss the price, we talked about business, family, etc. Harold ran the numbers and I made him an reasonable offer. He came back with approved by Fernando, THAT EASY! What's more interesting, Fernando came in a few minutes later and told me that he found a rebate for $500.00 which he was applying to the deal. He didn't have to do that, this is a HONEST car dealer! In the end, I got the vehicle that I wanted and AutoNation staff bent over backwards to meet and exceed my expectations. They even stayed well beyond closing time to make sure vehicle was washed, detailed and refueled. I have been buying cars for over 40 years and this is the type of service I received when I bought my Audi. True VIP "white gloves" treatment.

    Excellent Service and transparency, which was really appreciated after facing the lack of professionalism of dealers in the area that prioritize the "sell of the day" vs the customer needs. Roy was amazing supporting us during the whole process: showing the different models, explaining differences, helping to build different options and compare prices understanding the impact of any extra or change. With total transparency on any cost and honest feedback on everything we asked. Luis in finance was extremely helpful and made the process easy and relaxing. I don't comment normally, but after such gratifying experience felt AutoNation deserved 5 stars.

    Hello, I just had my Jeep oil change done at this location. I have no idea why the reviews are so negatives, I had the best experience with them. They were very polite, respectful, answer all my questions. I wanted to personally thank Kristen, Matt and Travis. They offered excellent customer service, no rush, they took the time to go over all the options (I have a-couple other things done to my Jeep) and they went over everything with me.     Finally an honest car salesman. Luis Dasneves called me about a used car I was interested in. He had to get it from another location, and called me when he got back. The actual car was there. The deal went smooth and fast (only took a couple hours). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Salvatore Russo, from the financing, also helped made that process easy. I recommend that location for any car deals.

    First off I highly recommend you work with Andre Jerome Brown and Stan from sales! They were very friendly and did not play games with making the sale. I shopped around for a Jeep Wrangler for a few months and they made it happen! No insane mark ups, willing to negotiate and straight to the point! Really appreciate the had work, Keep it up! I also want to thank Luis Durant in the finance area for making the closing quick and getting me a good deal! Overall if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle this is the place to go, talk to them on the phone and explain what you are looking for they will not give you the run around like 90% of the places out there.     I have NEVER had an experience like I did at this Auto Nation. The whole team was so graceful and sweet. I literally WALKED OUT of another dealer because they were not transparent with me and just plain sharks. Galo and Grace were so great to us and so patient. We left with our new family car in just a couple hours. I HIGHLY recommend this dealer. Just great customer service all around.

    Fernando Contreras helped me get the car of my dream! We ordered it exactly how I wanted it and Fernando kept me updated along the way. He was easy to reach and to talk to which made the process so much easier! We all know ordering a car takes some time but WOW when he called me and told me “your car is here” it was worth all the wait. It took about 2 months to get to the dealer but it was EXACTLY what I ordered and wanted! Make sure to talk to Fernando when purchasing a vehicle at this dealer! He was great help and was trustworthy which is hard to find in dealers nowadays!

😠 Dealing with this place is like pulling a tooth. Make sure you get everything in writing. This place gives Subaru dealerships a bad name I have never had a worse experience at any car dealership at all. My Crosstrek on the other hand is an awesome piece of machinery.
