Our
first
impressions
of
the
hotel
were
fantastic,
Robert
at
the
front
desk
was
friendly
and
courteous.
However
the
gentlemen
that
was
working
in
the
evening
was
rude
and
didn't
seem
to
care
at
all
about
the
party
going
on
in
the
room
next
to
ours
until
3:30am.
We
first
called
the
front
desk
about
the
noise
at
1:45am
and
the
noise
didn't
stop.
I
called
again
around
2:15am
and
he
said
would
call
the
room
again.
at
2:45am
I
called
back
down
saying
the
noise
was
only
getting
worse,
at
this
point
I
was
told
there
was
nothing
he
could
do
and
I
had
to
deal
with
it.
It
wasn't
possible
for
him
to
personally
go
up
there?
does
this
hotel
not
employe
security?
could
the
police
not
of
been
called?
I
honestly
expect
a
lot
better
customer
service
from
a
hotel
we
are
paying
$486.00
a
night
for.
I
spoke
with
the
front
desk
manager
in
the
morning
and
she
was
rather
dismissive
of
my
concerns,
I
also
mentioned
to
her
the
house
keeper
barging
in
our
room
at
9:45am
waking
us
up
and
she
said
I
needed
to
have
the
do
not
disturb
sign
on
the
door
if
I
want
privacy.
Again
this
is
insane
for
the
price
they
charge,
the
house
keeper
didn't
even
knock,
just
barged
right
in
as
if
we
weren't
there.
I
was
offered
a
$30.00
credit
for
what
I
spent
at
the
pool
bar,
but
I
found
that
wildly
insulting.
She
did
ask
what
I
concerned
to
be
fair
compensation
and
I
told
her
based
of
the
customer
service
I
received
and
the
house
keeper
coming
in
our
room
at
9:45am,
I
felt
a
discount
of
50%
was
in
order
as
this
is
kind
of
service
was
worth
$250
at
best.
I
was
told
she
cannot
refund
any
of
my
money
for
the
stay
and
only
offered
me
gift
cards
for
the
property.
I
refused
the
gift
cards
and
was
told
there
was
nothing
else
that
could
be
done
so
I
left.
Avoid
this
property,
your
money
is
better
spent
at
the
best
