We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. Pristine room with two double beds and a bath made it perfect. Nice walk out patio and chairs. Friendly stuff, good service. Lovely poor and barbecue area. Nice manicure grounds. The disappointment was not being able to have breakfast at the hotel.

Our first impressions of the hotel were fantastic, Robert at the front desk was friendly and courteous. However the gentlemen that was working in the evening was rude and didn't seem to care at all about the party going on in the room next to ours until 3:30am. We first called the front desk about the noise at 1:45am and the noise didn't stop. I called again around 2:15am and he said would call the room again. at 2:45am I called back down saying the noise was only getting worse, at this point I was told there was nothing he could do and I had to deal with it. It wasn't possible for him to personally go up there? does this hotel not employe security? could the police not of been called? I honestly expect a lot better customer service from a hotel we are paying $486.00 a night for. I spoke with the front desk manager in the morning and she was rather dismissive of my concerns, I also mentioned to her the house keeper barging in our room at 9:45am waking us up and she said I needed to have the do not disturb sign on the door if I want privacy. Again this is insane for the price they charge, the house keeper didn't even knock, just barged right in as if we weren't there. I was offered a $30.00 credit for what I spent at the pool bar, but I found that wildly insulting. She did ask what I concerned to be fair compensation and I told her based of the customer service I received and the house keeper coming in our room at 9:45am, I felt a discount of 50% was in order as this is kind of service was worth $250 at best. I was told she cannot refund any of my money for the stay and only offered me gift cards for the property. I refused the gift cards and was told there was nothing else that could be done so I left. Avoid this property, your money is better spent at the best western

We were greeted by Jordan at the front desk. Now this guy is a concierge extraordinaire! He welcomed us and checked us in so efficiently. Explained the hotel and where to find everything. Then, he offered such great places to eat & none of them disappointed us! His personality and passion for his job was amazing! Our room was perfect, so clean and we had a wonderful stay!

During our delightful two-night stay at Ramada Penticton, we were pleased with the accommodations provided. Our room featured two comfortable queen beds and was both clean and cozy, setting the perfect atmosphere for a pleasant experience. Throughout most of our stay, we had an enjoyable time. However, we did encounter a minor inconvenience on our last night. There was an issue in our washroom that required immediate attention. Regrettably, when we contacted the desk service at 10 p.m., we were informed that room service was not available at that time. Instead, we were advised to address the problem ourselves, which left us feeling a bit disappointed. Despite this isolated incident, we still appreciated the overall quality of our stay at Ramada Penticton. The room's cleanliness and comfort, along with the positive experiences we had during most of our visit, made it a worthwhile choice. We hope that the hotel management can consider extending room service hours to accommodate guests in situations like ours, ensuring a consistently pleasant stay for all visitors.

Was a very convenient location for working across the highway at the trade complex. Parking and room access was convenient, but the sliding gate was pathetically slow. The hot tub access was handy and not too busy. But I don't know where the hot water in the rooms came from. I recommend going to Tim Hortons for a coffee and it should be hot when you get back.

Had a great stay in one of the ground floor courtyard rooms. The room was clean, spacious, very nicely remodelled and the beds were really comfortable. Staff was very friendly, loved the free parking and the attached pub is a great spot for dinner and a drink!

WE WERE ROBBED. The doors/locks were not broken but someone clearly had a key to get into our room. Stole a whole full suitcase and a laptop with charger. The receptionist didn't call the police or do anything to help. Then, with one more night to stay, we were not offered another room to stay in for safety reasons or any help. What a TERRIBLE experience.

I came to Penticton to compete in the BC Provincials of Performing Arts. This hotel is so conveniently located. The room was nice with comfy beds. I built a fort with a lot of pillows, and I slept very well before my performance. The pool was clean and well-maintained. We had a lower level room facing the courtyard so we could walk outside our patio to the pool. The lawn was manicured and the landscaping was beautiful. For all three days we were there, we saw staff diligently maintaining the property: touching up the paint, cleaning and attending to all the details. The best part of this best hotel is the people. Jessica the general manager went out of her way to extend hospitality to my mom and I, and she even celebrated my success at the Provincials! I would like to come back one day. Thank you Ramada Hotel!

I had a room on the second floor with two queen beds. It was super clean! And looked like it was recently renovated. The room was quiet but i could hear tv sound of next room. There was no problem to sleep though. The pool was small but it looked like kids having fun! So my husband and I enjoyed warm pool instead ◡̈ Overall it was great, I will come back soon when the wether is better!

Arrived at the Inn, friendly staff, check in was easy enough, group reservations. Told no credit card required, given room key and instructions where the room was. Headed to the room, nice decor, liked that there is an exit door at each ne of the room, the second leading to the court yard. Front desk called to check that everything was ok. Called back a second time to advise they DO need a credit card. Went back to front desk to provide leaving thru the door to the courtyard. Nice pool are, really liked the lounge off the pool are, was a great place for the group to converge. Nice restaurant on site, had dinner there Sat night. Staff missed one of our orders, and seemed food came out opposite to order in which orders were taken. Fine, not a big deal. Woke up Saturday morning feeling like my rib cage was crushed-side sleeper, beds are super firm. I’m also pretty sure the one I had is defective (or close to being) so I decided to rotate and while doing so thought I would look to see who the mattress mfg is (I’m in the mattress business). That was a mistake, lifting the mattress pad! The mattress looked like it had been pulled out of a dumpster! I had already slept a night in it, I knew I would be leaving the next day, so figured it wasn’t worth bothering but it was disgusting. Would have like to give it 5 stars but between the missed meal and the nasty bed, I just can’t. I will say, our original booking was for 2020 but of course, due to covid it didn’t happen, but the honored our reservations thus year and were very accommodating that way; changed from 3 to 4 stars based on that but the mattress issue is just to much for me.

The Penticton Ramada is the only place we stay when in Penticton. From check in to check out, it is a positive experience. The rooms are immaculate, beds are comfy and the service is great! This is not your typical Ramada. Being family fun, you can really feel the care and hospitality that they provide. It’s a real hidden gem. The courtyard and pool area has a resort feel with a pool bar service right to your chair if you want! An on-site restaurant is handy if you don’t want to leave the property and if you do, there are many things within walking distance. Highly recommend Penticton Ramada.

The front desk ladies were friendly and we really loved the complimentary great tasting coffee at the front desk. We stayed in room 106 which was located by the courtyard. Outside of our room was the pool 50m away which was convenient. The pool was nice, clean and we really enjoyed the food service and drinks at the poolside. The music made it feel like a resort. Our room was nice and clean . The only thing I could recommend would be if the room had some utensils. We will be back.

Perfect hotel. Drove by many times but never stayed until now. We used points for our stay and the room was perfect. Everything looked brand new and the room was super clean. Staff went above and beyond to help. Can't wait to stay here in the Summer with that awesome pool and courtyard!

Absolutely worth every penny spent! Jordan was amazing at the front desk. He helped us out with every single issue or concern that we had, also he went above and beyond by sending the best recommendations for restaurants and places to visit while we stayed in penticton. I recommend the Ramada to anyone looking for a place to stay or just simply spend the night while in penticton. Will be coming back again!

The room was really beautiful, the bed and pillows were also really comfy. Enjoyed the jetted tub as well. Above all else, the staff were all super kind and accommodating. I made an error when booking and the woman at the front desk was able to help me so smoothly. When we checked in the lady there was so kind as well. This is my second time staying here and each time has been really positive.

Holidays are a time for relaxing and unwinding but this was one nightmare. We stayed at the Ramada in Penticton as we have done for the past 5 years and always had a good stay but this time around was nothings but pure stress and anxiety. My daughter and I stayed there from August 8-12 and were in 3 different rooms. We slept in the first room (my daughter always checks the room but this time missed the headboard) and on the second night something just told her to check and yes there they were bedbugs. Onto the next room and so upon checking and it looked ok but when we pulled the mattress up there was an empty plastic Mickey bottle. On the 4 day came back to the room and found another small bedbug on another bag so onto the 3rd room for the last night. The hotel manager and the executive of housekeeping and her staff were very helpful in cleaning our belongings twice. We were compensated for our stay and meal. Non the less not sure we will stay there again so check the room before bringing anything into it.

Very nice room. Great location, easy check-in and out! However.. the next day upon checking my credit card there was an additional 100$ charge, ( pending) I called them to see and they said it's a charge for incidentals. Ok but I was not informed that this would happen. He did say that it would clear up in 5 days. I just think I should have been warned so as to not be surprised. Perhaps this is normal now days for hotel rooms? I don't go out often lol

Great place! Rooms are really nice, courtyard is well manicured, pool is very clean, food is excellent, and the service was great. I'd recommend staying for 5 days to a week in peak season. Thus will afford anyone the total South Okanagan experience.

I really enjoy this location and the staff are always very friendly and extremely accommodating. I usually stay in the tower and face the open field and golf course. I sleep great and the beds are ultra comfortable. The sheets and towels are always clean , soft and well taken care of. Great job and I would recommend you stay with them. I have yet to try the year round outdoor hot tub but it looks relaxing in a closed, well groomed courtyard.

The room is dated but it is huge and clean. Even has a balcony. Welcomed by Jordan at the front desk after a snowy drive. He is fantastic. Really friendly and gave me a lot of suggestions for food and asked me what I liked to do. I told him I liked hiking and he gave a lot of tips. Great guy!

My husband and I just stayed with our two fur babies and loved it! The room was so comfortable and clean and quiet! We had dinner at the pub and must say the food was superb (Try the buffalo wings!) Top off the evening with a soak in the hot tub and you have a recipe for a great time!

Fantastic clean room. Very updated. Great beds. The courtyard room 131 was awesome- right by the pool. Room service is a little slow but whatever! I would 100% stay here again and I’m quite picky. The pool area is like a resort in mexico. You can buy food/drinks there. LOVED IT!!!

Rooms have been updated and are nice, not even bad for 3 women sharing a room because of the extra sink. Our room was on the ground floor and opened up to a small patio close to the pool. We were a little early in the season so the restaurant/bar at the pool wasn't open but the Station Pub was nearby (review on that later). Dee helped check us out and she could not have been any nicer or more helpful, was so cheerful and professional. I found everyone of the staff including the housekeepers to be kind and helpful. One more thing to note, beware the frame around the beds is a real knee banger, not a great design.

Super friendly staff. The facility including rooms and yard are in immaculate cleanliness and condition. Good, quite location. Great restaurant on site with lovely patio. Very nice pool and deck area. Was impressed overall and good value for the $. Would definitely come again!

This place is great! Location is perfect, the bar is awesome and the food is delicious. I felt so welcomed by the staff at the hotel too. The pool and hot tub are amazing and I can't wait to come back. The rooms are clean too. Great job by everyone! See you soon!

All the staff here deserve 5 stars! Very helpful, kind, and professional! Rooms are freshly updated, poolside lounging is great, and I really love the 2 large natural gas grills (with prep and dining tables) for guest use. Grocery store, butcher, baker, and cold beer/wine store right across the street so it's easy to put together cost effective good times for your crew. We've stayed here a few times now and we try to come back every year! Great job, Ramada team!
