2/5 T Q. 1 year ago on Google
For
the
price
and
the
fact
that
it
is
a
β5
starβ
hotel,
the
service
was
the
worst
and
coldest
one
Iβve
seen.
There
is
clearly
a
service
differentiation
among
the
different
groups
of
customers.
No
greetings,
not
even
a
simple
βhelloβ.
There
was
a
Caucasian
couple
in
front
of
us
and
they
were
greeted,
but
when
the
staff
saw
us,
he
just
frowned
and
continued
about
his
business.
Some
staffs
were
even
using
their
phone
behind
the
concierge
or
chatting
at
the
buffet
area.
Upon
checking
in,
we
had
to
push
our
luggages
to
our
room
and
there
was
no
option
or
offer
to
have
it
sent
up.
Room
amenities
were
really
bad,
lousy
TV
resolution,
room
smells
kind
of
funky,
old
kettle.
Bed
was
incredibly
hard,
feels
like
an
old
spring
mattress.
There
was
hardly
any
space
to
place
luggage
and
our
bags
despite
the
size
of
the
room.
There
was
only
one
electrical
outlet
beside
the
table,
they
donβt
provide
charging
cables
too
so
it
is
best
to
bring
your
own
multi-plug
extension.
Breakfast
was
so-so,
placed
order
for
cappuccino
that
was
completely
ignored.
There
are
better
food
options
near
the
hotel
at
affordable
price.
I
would
recommend
coming
here
to
take
pictures,
but
not
stay
for
the
night.
Itβs
quite
far
from
the
main
food
area
in
Georgetown,
not
too
convenient.
We
had
a
astronomically
better
service
with
cheerful
staffs
at
Hard
Rock
Hotel.
Amenities
there
were
much
better
with
comfortable
hybrid
mattress
and
area
to
place
our
luggage
and
bags.
All
in
all,
avoid
this
place.
