stayed
at
the
four
points
sheraton
in
Perth
we
booked
in
on
the
10
April,
i
requested
3
weeks
in
advance
for
the
rooms
to
be
on
the
same
floor
and
next
to
each
other,
the
receptionist
said
it
wasnt
possible
as
they
were
fully
booked,
but
managed
to
get
us
on
the
same
floor,
after
speaking
to
her
supervisor,
the
breakfast
was
advertised
at
$24,
but
that
wasnt
the
case,
we
had
to
order
from
the
very
limited
menu
options,
there
were
inconsistencies
with
the
breakfast
as
some
of
the
ladies
had
items
missing
from
the
plate,
the
coffee
when
finally
arrived
was
cold,
but
they
offered
us
a
fruit
platter
as
an
apology.
The
hotel
is
holding
onto
the
$150.00
bond
which
is
used
as
security,
but
Tyrrell
had
confirmed
when
we
checked
out
that
everything
was
ok
with
the
rooms,
still
havent
received
the
$150,
frontline
staff
need
to
be
properly
trained,
this
is
extremely
disappointing
service
for
a
4
star
hotel,
and
been
part
of
the
Marriott
hotel
group.
Iam
going
to
escalate
this
further.
