Stayed here for a few nights while in Perth. Location is good for getting around the city and if you are going for some event at the arena it is right across the street. We didn’t have breakfast there but they do have a bar / restaurant on site that is open late. Our check in was easy, parking is a pain. You can either pay $50 for valet at the hotel (which allows you to come and go all day for one fee) or you pay to park at the next door car park (about $24 / day, single entry). It’s understandable about the parking since the hotel is right across from the arena. Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel is a bit old and you can feel the age in the decor. Overall good place to stay and like most of the places in Australia people are super nice…the staff all looked out for us which was great.

The hotel is initially a privileged location in the city center .. Nice reception, were it not for an inappropriate attitude at the reception upon arrival, I will talk about it later tonight. To see first what they will make.. The room is suitable as a space, but I noticed that the reception gave me a room for people with special needs without telling me that. For me, it's not a problem. But I think they need to tell me in advance. The breakfast buffet is also simple but delicious. I especially liked the sweets and baked goods department and their keenness to provide baked goods free gluten. The service in the buffet is upscale, very polite and tasteful. I really thanking them for their effort. This is some pictures . This assessment will revised after I see what happens today after I return.

Rooms are a bit tighter fit, but when you're on holiday, this shouldn't matter. You're only sleeping there. The staff are fantastic. They were very helpful in arranging our accommodation for the few nights we were there. Also, they seemed to actually like working there, which is nice to see. Ideal location if your plan is to explore Perth for the first time, which was exactly what we were there to do. Given that there was an event across the road at the RAC, it was surprisingly quiet. Must have good sound insulation. We really liked our stay here and will for sure come back.

The hotel is nice and the room was also very nice. It would be nice to have a wine glass in the rooms though. The main reason for the 3 stars is that the check-in time is 3pm. When I arrived at 2.30 I was told no room was ready yet, so I said I'd wait in the bar. I then went back at 3.30 to check in and was told the room was still not ready with the excuse "there have been a lot of late check outs today" charging people for a late check out should not delay my check-in.

Our stay here was wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The rooms are comfortable. The beds were clean and comfortable. The showers are nice and big and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash are attached to the wall and better than using packets of soap that you only use a few times and throw away after. But there wasn't a ledge in the shower for your own showering supplies. The breakfasts were great. Coffee, juice and food were all good and again the staff were polite and helpful. The location is fantastic, especially if you are in town for a show at the Perth Arena (now the RAC Arena?) Or even just staying in the city for the night if you have tickets for a show and don't want to drive. Walking to the city center is easy and there are lots of public transport options if you need to get around, or there are hire car places on the same block so if you need a hire car then that is also very easy. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will probably stay here again on our next trip to Perth.

Very tired and run down. Staff are all over the place. The room service offering is woeful and when you do order something it’s not great food. The rooms are very noisy. Anything next to the service elevator or regular lift is very noisy. The housekeeping staff with their radios on walking through the corridors making it extremely difficult to get sleep.

The room is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Location is just opposite Arena Perth, walking distance to Murray shopping street. Yellow Cat free bus stop here too. There is also a water dispenser machine at the lobby for guest use. In room air conditioner control panel can be upgraded for a better experience. Overall, it is a nice hotel and the stay was satisfying.

We live in WA so we do not often need a hotel in Perth. This hotel fills the bill.. Check in was conducted by an amazing staff member Vanessa. The latter welcomed us in a very friendly manner with a genuine smile, thereby making us feel at home! She offered a welcome drink which after our walk from Perth Underground was very welcome. Our 3 rooms were clean and very comfortable. Good night's sleep. Michael McIntyre was on at the Arena right opposite so the Best Brew was very very busy. We could not reserve a table but Peter and his staff set up a table for 10 of us in the breakfast restaurant and that worked very well. They should do this regularly for residents only as a lot of guests asked why we were the only ones there. All staff were friendly and helpful. No exceptions. Really impressed by the hotel. Great for the Arena as you walk across the road and 2 of our guests were elderly.

Hotel is definitely dated, very dark in the rooms, old carpet and walls. Bathroom is spacious and clean. Staff and service is lovely. Probably wouldn’t stay again due to the atmosphere. But you get what you pay for.

Situated opposite RAC Arena and a short walk to city centre, shopping and train stations, building looks old, but row are well maintained and service is of a high Standard. Housekeeping is very good, breakfast buffet is limited in its menu and is not open as early as other hotels, especially on weekends, would be nice if it opened at 6am so people who need to leave early can access it. Also it would be preferred if bacon/pork were not mixed with other serving dishes so there is no cross contamination of utensils used for handling pork. Otherwise a pleasant stay, would recommend staying here.

Extremely friendly staff + great customer service. Had a lighting issue in one side of the room. Spoke to the on duty manager, offered a replacement room. We didn't take it so we were given a free buffet breakfast 😁. Will def be back

Four Points by Sheraton offers a comfortable and convenient stay with its well-designed rooms, providing a balance between style and functionality. The hotel's location is strategic, making it accessible to key attractions and amenities. The staff at Four Points by Sheraton are notably friendly and attentive, contributing to a positive overall experience. Their hospitality creates a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of the stay. One highlight is the dining experience. The hotel's restaurant offers a diverse menu with delicious options, catering to various preferences. The culinary offerings add a delightful touch to the overall guest experience. Additionally, the hotel's amenities, including a fitness centre and business facilities, are well-maintained and contribute to the convenience of guests. Whether travelling for business or leisure, these amenities enhance the overall value of the stay. While Four Points by Sheraton may not boast extravagant luxury, its focus on comfort, accessibility, and guest satisfaction make it a reliable choice for those seeking a well-rounded hotel experience.

Don't even consider the room service. Ever had one of those big nights out and sized up a big juicy shameful Doner Kebabs, well that looks like it was cooked and prepared by Gordon Ramsay compared to this poor excuse for food. Dead set, prepared and stored in a bain marie for the previous month. I could've used one of the chips to chock the door open

Terrible old, run down and dated rooms. Air conditioning cannot be controlled in the room, it’s freezing. Staff are friendly though and breakfast is quite good.

Hotel was nice. Staff was friendly. Family came down to celebrate a birthday and we ordered buttermilk chicken burger and Korean fried chicken and kimchi fried rice. The buttermilk chicken and Korean fried chicken was just a plain crumbed chicken breast and no kimchi in fried rice. The chicken in the burger and my Korean fried chicken was exactly the same. Ripped off paying $35 for half a crumbed chicken breast. Chips were oily and cold. I swapped for a different burger that was borderline. Would be nice to have some fresher options to eat. Other than that had a good time and great location.

Stayed here for an event in Northbridgeβ€” not the arenaβ€”and it was good for a nights stay. It's not too far from anything, and the yellow cat stops nearby, but it's a bit too far from raine square and Forrest chase to be convenient. Room was very clean (smelled like cleaning products) and the aircon took some time to get going so it was a bit stuffy, but was fine after warming up. Couldn't find a way to cast my phone to the TV without downloading an app, so I watched antiques roadshow instead. Buffet breakfast has plenty of hot and cold options, nothing too fancy, but enough for a Big Breakfast. Limited cold gluten free options. Staff were nice, super quick check in and check out.

had a wonderful time at this hotel! we arrived earlier than our check-in time and the receptionist was really helpful. she gave us a room early (which was much appreciated as we had a tiring night flight) and even suggested places we could go to for meals and activities. the room itself was delightful with a comfortable bed and nice shower. all is well, thank you 😊

Four Points by Sheraton is a hotel that sets the bar high for exceptional hospitality. The staff is dedicated to ensuring that every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They are always willing to go the extra mile to address any concerns that may arise. The hotel's well-appointed rooms and amenities cater to every need, making it a great place to relax and unwind. The inviting ambiance of the lobby and the impeccable service at the on-site restaurants make Four Points by Sheraton a memorable and delightful place to stay.

Great rooms and lovely staff! Had an issue with a crying baby and fed up parents the first night of my stay. The front desk staff were understanding and happily moved me to a different room. Perfectly located across from RAC Arena and just a short walk to everything else you may need!

Somewhat dated hotel however very comfortable. Close to most everything. There are no hills in Perth streets so walking 4 blocks back to the city for eating away from hotel is easy enough.

Well situated hotel in an upcoming section of Perth. Generously sized clean rooms. A bit dated (no USB charging points). Friendly, helpful staff at reception.

Four Points Sheraton offers great amenities at excellent rates. Rooms are modern and spacious, restaurant is well presented and staff are polite and friendly. Breakfast restaurant offers an impressive range of hot and cold food, cappuccino machine, pre-pressed juices, fruits and toppings. I recommend this venue as a convenient inner city accommodation

Clean and quiet rooms, convenient location near RAC arena and Perth city shopping. Has a great buffet breakfast and a good lobby bar and grill. Would stay again.

Great stay. Friendly staff and the foyer spacious, clean and inviting to stay. Fast elevators. Average sized rooms but very good sized bathrooms/ hanging space. ( we had 4 in the room) Good bed ( just a little firmer that I use). The bar attached is great with a fantastic steak. Parking next door available- cheaper to sort yourself on a weekend however. Or Valet if preferred. Directly opposite RAC Arena. Easy walk to rail station if needed. Yes , I would recommend and stay again.

First time in Perth with my partner & we are both super happy to have stayed here during our 6 days short trip. Location is great, parking is super easy too. Room & toilet were clean, neat & spacious. Cosy & comfortable to stay in. Most importantly, we are super grateful to have met Mr. Will, the night shift reception staff. He is an extremely nice & helpful person. His cheerfulness has no doubt made our trip a memorable one. We will be back!!!!

Customer service was outstanding. Unfortunately the valet was full during our stay but the public parking was right next door anyway. Bit pricey but you pay for the location and excellent staff.

Helpful when booking over the phone, a lovely gesture to leave a welcome bottle and cake as it was our anniversary. Staff were attentive on check in. Room tidy and clean, Breakfast was also really good. My main gripe was the valet parking, On arrival my car was in the roadside parking bay outside the hotel. Keys were handed over. we went to our room, left the bags and then left the hotel We returned at around 21.30 and I was genuinely surprised to see my car still sitting outside the hotel, although it had been moved to the red bricked area. I asked why and was told it would be moved soon. I watched from the room and by 22.00 it hadn't been moved. I paid for parking , not for it to be left in Perth on a pavement. If it was originally moved to the red bricked area why not park it properly as promised /payed for. Not impressed with that, I

Awesome stay. Stayed for 5 nights, staff was generous enough to keep me in the same room since I extended. Very good rooms. Clean bathrooms, lovely service. A very great location. Close to the city but not too close that its too loud. Eveything is around the area. GSA Vanessa checked me in both times and she was very swift, good conversation and overall great service. 10/10 will be returning to FourPoints for more stays. Lovely place, a breath of fresh air.

The room was clean. The bed was comfy. Would have been nice to have a choice of soft or firm pillow. No blanket in the cupboard which I would've liked. The staff were friendly. Only a short walk to the malls and restaurants. Overall it was suffice for the price.

A group of 9 ladies stayed at the four points sheraton in Perth we booked in on the 10 April, i requested 3 weeks in advance for the rooms to be on the same floor and next to each other, the receptionist said it wasnt possible as they were fully booked, but managed to get us on the same floor, after speaking to her supervisor, the breakfast was advertised at $24, but that wasnt the case, we had to order from the very limited menu options, there were inconsistencies with the breakfast as some of the ladies had items missing from the plate, the coffee when finally arrived was cold, but they offered us a fruit platter as an apology. The hotel is holding onto the $150.00 bond which is used as security, but Tyrrell had confirmed when we checked out that everything was ok with the rooms, still havent received the $150, frontline staff need to be properly trained, this is extremely disappointing service for a 4 star hotel, and been part of the Marriott hotel group. Iam going to escalate this further. Stay Away.

Walking distance to the city center. Right next to a public parking garage. Guest rooms are clean and spacious. Impressive breakfast with many options. More importantly, their friendly front desk is always ready to help. Will come back for sure.

Nice clean rooms. About a 15 min walk into town. Breakfast was good. The bar and restaurant attached was over worked and understaffed the few times we ate there and had a minimal menu. No guest laundry onsite was a huge disappointment as we'd just come off an 8 day cruise. A pleasant hotel, but nothing to rave about.

  • 4/5 brunskillZ 1 year ago on Google
Very nice room safe feeling as only people with visitor cards can even use the lift only complaint is the "large" coffee is smaller than most cafe's smalls

  • 3/5 Shashank B. 1 year ago on Google
It's just okay, nothing bad really just that nothing stands out. It is a relatively older hotel. The rooms are fine but the breakfast is quite costly 30$ and does not have a decent variety or a vast spread, not to mention the breakfast place is not big enough to seat guests for breakfast. I stayed for 7 days and almost every morning I have to hunt for a clean/free table (or then take the breakfast to a nearby bar which is also part of the hotel). I only had bar food the first day and did not bother to go again for rest of my stay as there are much much better options in areas nearby. Shoutout to Will for amazing checkout experience early morning.

Omg we went to the Four points for a concert. The location was amazing and the staff were so friendly on arrival especially the Manger Scott Dixon! Who had a friendly manner and went above and beyond to make our stay a good one! We would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay there again Thank you to all the staff that made us feel welcome! Jeff and Georgia Halden

The wall was too thin. I heard many ppl talking in the corridor and snoring of next room. The shower was weak and hard to control temperature. I just generally felt all facilities are outdated. The receptionist was very friendly and kind but not to worth to pay nearly $300/ night.

  • 5/5 Sophie T. 1 year ago on Google
The room overall was a comfortable experience. It is clean and spacious, and the bed is very relaxing to sleep in. The bathroom is well organised too. And also, THE FOOD. IT IS SO DELICIOUS, AND VERY VALUE-FOR-MONEY!! The atmosphere of the entire place is friendly and welcoming, would definitely recommend.

Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights in January 2023 with my family of four. Our room was a good size and comfortable. The beds were great. The bathroom was newly renovated and spacious. Location is 10 mins walk from the city centre and Northbridge. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Placed in a hotel room adjacent to lift. Only 2 towels for 3 person stay. unfortunately our computer order did not get through for our room service. I believe you could get more value for your money. Otherwise all else was reasonable. staff service was excellent.
