Never
visit
this
hospital.
The
chief
doctor
is
not
an
honest
person.
We
got
our
hands
burned
last
year
by
trusting
him
for
Dengue.
Supposedly
on
suspicion
if
you
are
admitted
for
an
issue
(e.g.,
Dengue),
and
that
you
have
no
idea
about
Dengue,
he
would
suggest
you
to
get
admitted
in
Laksha
Hospital
(Mylapore)
which
is
run
by
his
friend
Dr.
Senthikumar
who
is
also
a
big
fraud.
They
work
hand-in-hand.
If
they
come
to
know
that
you
have
no
idea/knowledge
of
hospitals
but
you
can
afford
cost
of
hospital
fee/treatment
fees,
he
(Ramnath)
will
use
it
to
his
advantage
by
suggesting
you
to
get
admitted
in
Laksha
Hospital.
My
wife
and
I
got
admitted
in
Laksha
Hospital
for
Dengue
by
Dr.
Ramnath.
Laksha
Hospital
charged
me
exorbitantly
(4L)
for
both
of
our
Dengue
treatment.
While
being
admitted
there,
my
claim
to
go
for
cashless
treatment
was
rejected.
The
reason
they
said
was
that
emergency
ward
admission
did
not
warrant
cashless
treatment.
Then,
I
thought
I
could
claim
it
post
discharge.
After
submitting
all
documents
to
Star
Health
Insurance,
they
summarily
rejected
my
claim
as
they
found
out
that
the
cost
for
the
treatment
was
exorbitant.
I
was
visited
by
an
inspector
from
Star
Health
Insurance
to
question
my
admission.
He
said
it
would
cost
me
only
1L
in
Kavery
Hospital
if
being
admitted
there.
Why
did
LH
charged
2L
for
me
and
2L
for
my
wife.
I
had
to
explain
my
situation
to
him.
Though
I
had
to
visit
Star
Health
office
at
Royepetta
to
consult
the
repudiation
by
them
along
with
Dr.
Senthilkumar,
they
did
not
accept
his
justifications.
I
was
advised
by
a
senior
person
from
Star
Health
to
go
to
Star
Health
redressal
cell
for
this.
I
went
to
them
with
all
the
paper
work.
They
too
rejected
my
claim.
Then
I
had
to
go
to
IRDA
Ombudsman.
My
hearing
took
place
today.
In
the
hearing,
two
personals
from
Start
Health
were
present.
One
of
them
was
a
doctor
from
Star
Health
side.
I
explained
all
the
things
happened
to
the
judge.
When
their
(Star
Health)
turn
came
up
to
justify
the
rejection,
I
was
appalled
to
hear
from
the
Doctor
(Star
Health)
that
we
both
were
administered
Antibiotics
that
were
not
necessary/no
justifications
were
made
by
the
Laksha
hospital/Dr.
Senthilkumar.
They
also
said
that
the
hospital
tampered
and
fabricated
loads
of
info
in
our
document.
