Food was gross, bathrooms were putrid and unsanitary, didn't even have chicken made when it's the ONLY THING THEY SERVE!!! Cinnamon sticks we're also undercooked and the fries were gross. Giving two stars tho since when the chicken came it was actually pretty decent. This whole establishment is a health code violation waiting to happen.

I went to this bojangles and there was a sign on the drive thru saying to drive to the window to order so I proceeded to the window and ordered a chicken biscuit combo with fries and a sweet tea. The employee advised they were out of normal cups, I told her that was fine I would take the smaller one, but when I sat down to eat I noticed they gave me some type of pork instead of chicken like I ordered at the window. I was also not given a discount for the drink being smaller which I was fine with until I found out they did not care to even give me the chicken I ordered. I couldn’t even give this biscuit away after seeing the meat.

1st time ordering at Bojangles. The dining room is open but i opted for the drive through. It took about 10 mins. They have unsweetened iced tea. The chicken strips were actually good and not cooked dry. The dirty rice was delicious.

This place has really gone down. I spent $30 for a tailgate and the food I wouldn’t give to my dog. They completely forgot to add my biscuits I paid for and the manager Paul act as if I was trying to get something free. I just want what I pay for. The rice was so hard it was like eating rock candy when I bit into it. The workers are more concerned about the latest music of “Cardi B” rather than make sure my order was fresh. I will never go here again. Paul needs to be fired because he condoned the behavior of the unprofessional staff, and he’s the Manager!? 👎🏾

I was passing through Petersburg and next time, I'm gonna keep driving.... I've been to Bojangles, many times before... Management didn't do anything about the workers... This was by far, the most ghetto establishment, I might have ever been to... The staff had friends coming up to their job to gossip... Talking about their boyfriends and fighting people... It was very scary... If you go here... Bring pepper spray... The meal was messed up as well smh If possible, I would give them zero stars... smh

I went to pick up an order the doors were locked so I went to the drive through. When I told them I was picking up our order and that the food was paid for they said 'okay'. I got to the window and they asked for my debit card without telling me my purchases or the amount I told them nicely that the order was already paid for would they like a confirmation number or anything? And I did not give them my card. The person at the window rudely said, "We don't give away free food." "Of course not. Do you need the order confirmation number? To show that our order was paid?" I repeated. They responded that they didn't need/ want confirmation numbers and then they went and got someone else who also said, "We don't give away free food." I was told to "come back tomorrow and you can speak with the regional manager." I had only been a few moments at the window, but they said that "5 more minutes and they would call the police for holding up the line." Needless to say, I love Bojangles and their food, but don't go to this one.

My fries were hard. I couldn't eat them. Person at drive thru window was not attentive at all.

I like this bojangles, they are rather decent, the food is good. Other then running out of items and I think that's cause they are so busy, but they will substitute for other items and ask you if you want to substitute, that is a plus. Most who have served me have been very professional and have had a great personality and that is definitely a plus

I love Bojangles but this location sucks!! Food was terrible chicken and fries hard as a rock; cashiers too worry about talking about their personal business to other coworkers and in front of customers. Even more concerning cashiers handling food with no gloves creating health hazards and cross contamination. Had to repeat order 4 times and they weren't even busy no one in the lobby and it still took 15 minutes to get my food. If you want Bojangles and are a traveler passing through and you are craving Bojangles either go to Emporia or Richmond location where you get better service and food. I will never step in this location again.

Worse Bojangles I've ever been too. Took 40 minutes to get food, they ran out of stuff (of course). They gave us soda that was just carbonated water. Employees had no idea what they were doing. Go somewhere else don't stop here!

Be alert at this crater rd restaurant. Just moved to the area, decided to try food. At the drive thru window, gave card, they said didn't work asked for cash. My 12 yr old grandson had his birthday money on him so we used it. Next day the same charge came off out debit card. We tried to fight it but they didn't give regular receipt but the food order receipt in the bag. So much for ethical people. Liked the food but won't support this establishment ever again!!

This 🎨 establishment didn't get 5 ⭐ bcuz they were fast with service, I believe they deserve it and a liveable wage increase! W/maybe 5 ppl max working 💪🏿 and a line, wrapped around the drive-thru and not to mention the inside line. REWARD the hard worker's & keep them!!! 🤲🏿

Recieved my order, coffee was warm, i asked for a hot coffee, was told would have to make some. After waiting a while, I checked back then told "we don't have any coffee". We questioned about no coffee lady said "no one's making any." WOW!!

I want to start with the fact that the last time I visited Bojangles, which was a few months ago, I ended up getting nothing because there was a piece of paper taped to the drive-thru speaker saying "No chicken, no fries, no biscuits, no soft drinks." It was very strange to me that they were able to stay open when all they had in stock was water and sides. Otherwise, every other time I've gone here has been pretty good. The fries and chicken are pretty consistent but sometimes the fries can be either over or under-seasoned. They run out of Pepsi a lot so half the times I go here, I have to choose an alternative. I've never had any issues with the customer service here though, all the employees are pretty solid.

The drink machine is down. You are not allowed to get chicken supremes and seasoned fries without paying for a drink. You have to pay for a drink you don’t even get! They don’t even have bottled water … get it together! Not to mention they said it’d be a 10 minute wait for chicken … will not be back! Our experience a couple of days ago was also subpar. It took 30 minutes to go through the drive through and there were only 4 or 5 cars. Final note — the cashier was not friendly.

I ordered my usual, the Tailgate Special that comes with two large sides, chicken, biscuits, and ice tea. The food was delicious as usual. My chicken was crisp and hot. The biscuits almost melted in my mouth. Great food, but service is never good. The staff act like you are doing them a favor by coming. I have yet to meet a friendly staff member.

Stopped her on a whim coming from the cemetery with my husband and children. The food was fresh, and the service was great. There was a gentleman with dreads that served us. He welcomed us in and said goodbye as we left. We dined in, and the lobby was very clean. Was an all-around good experience.

I love Cajun Filet Biscuits from Bojangles and get one as often as I can. I went to the Petersburg Virginia location today. The biscuit and chicken were overcooked but still satisfied my craving, however the lady who took my order was RUDE!!! Although this location is closest to me, I will probably not return. This person being your first point of contact will definitely reduce the customer base at this location! There was another gentlemen there picking up from DoorDash and he said he hated picking up food there because she was always difficult to deal with!

I tried to get bo rounds with my meal but was told the ones sitting there weren't good and they had been sitting there since the morning...? Seemed like there was no management on-site and everyone doing whatever they wanted.

This visit was not good. The drive thru employee kept interrupting me when I was asking questions and had an attitude. She told me the wrong information about one of the family meals. When I got to the window and was waiting, I could hear employees arguing and it was not pleasant. The girl that took my order was no better at the window. The chicken was good and the tea was good. The sides were cold and the dirty rice was SO dry.

Unfortunately, I ordered a chicken sandwich and learned the fryer wasn't working properly. This occurred after a 5 minute wait for a cashier to arrive. Per the employees, the fryer imbued the chicken with a funny taste. I then ordered a Cajun chicken sand with lettuce and tomato only, but it arrived with mayonnaise. In my frustration, I accepted the sandwich and scraped off the mayonnaise. The diet Pepsi was flat. The stocked straws and napkins had grease and food on them. I shall never return to that location in Petersburg, VA.

Worst Bojangles out there! Been 7 times through the year and every time my order is wrong. Just went today, after driving down the road I looked and my cup holder was full of tea (there was a hole in the bottom of the cup). Then opened my food and of course, they gave me a BBQ sandwich instead of a chicken. Save yourself the trouble and drives miles out of your way instead of going to this one!

My mtn dew had no syrup in it so it was awful. Plus they wanted me to pay 40 cents for some ranch that's crazy.

This Bojangles off I-95 in Virginia was sub par. Usually Bojangles is great. The cheddar bo was nice and hot but tiny in size and overly salty. The gravy biscuit as packed in pieces. The biscuit was small, not fresh and barely warm. It should have been discarded. The gravy was thick like porridge. And there was no spork with which to eat it. So I dipped the hard biscuit in the gravy. It was around 7am on a Monday and tasted like yesterday's left overs. Definitely batted out with this experience.

The ppl are very nice and food is good could be better but its a food chain so i guess but they are a bit on the pricy side for the food the fries and chicken strips are really that's all i can say really but they are very nice, also its kind empty so if u worry about wearing yr mask u should be safe to eat without worry again should

Bojangles has always been good. My wife and I stopped here for a quick meal on the road from Maryland to South Carolina and the manager who was at the register taking orders was so rude and impatient because I was being indecisive on my order. The place was empty.

I like the food but, sometimes it's not hot. I went through the drive thru my last visit. And whoever was working the window did an outstanding job.

The customer service was fantastic and very timely. Was very excited to try their chicken biscuits for breakfast. Drove a good distance just to go to Bojangles "the home of chicken" 4 chicken biscuits and $19.21 later one of the chicken biscuits was more biscuit than chicken. When that one was bitten into the "chicken was hollow". Hard to explain sad to see even sadder to eat.😢

It is my favorite chicken spot but my experience was bad. I asked them to make sure my fries were hot and they were barely warm. So they asked me to pull over and they would bring out hot ones. After a 10 minute wait they brought me my fries and they were warm like they had been sitting out. To make things worse i paid for ranch dressing and they forgot to put it on the box, so i had to ask them for it. Finally when i get home i discovered instead of them giving me a 3 piece breast meal like i paid for, they gave me 2 breast and a thigh. I was done. Service was not good at all. I was totally disappointed.

Drive through service was fast and friendly. The food was good.

This place has some fantastic chicken. I’ve had Church’s, Chick-Fil-A, and other chicken places. This chicken chain blows my socks off. 10/10 would recommend this and any other Bojangles. 😋😋😋

Food was great and quick. There was lots of space outside with picnic tables to make a quick breakfast and let our dogs walk a bit on a road trip.

The sausage, biscuit, and gravy was delicious. I'm not from this area. I needed something quick to eat for breakfast instead of sitting in a restaurant. Fast friendly service.
