The hospital is so dirty. No one gets a room they just move you from chair to chair. 13hrs in and I never got my results of a mri. Just move along so we can make more money but clearly not clean the hospital. It’s disgusting. I would be very uncomfortable to have any procedure in such a filthy place.

Went in today was seen right away. Doctor was great and my nurse .. she came in at 12 I believe it was Jen she was one of the best nurses I’ve had. Thank you Jen for all you did.

AVOID BANNER HEALTH AT ALL COSTS Arrived here literally dying, St Joes save my life, great caring people. They practically kept me here hostage because they cared that much about my health where other hospitals(Banner) herd you in n out like cattle.

The experience was horrible! I am not even a diabetic and they were trying to put Insulin in me and when I left they want to give me my oxygen tank because I got sick of their service. The nurse as he was walking me out since hypothetically I don't need to help you with nothing. As my husband listened The worst service I ever received ever in my life.

This hospital killed my dad. He had a bad heart and they gave him zofran. You can’t take a lot of zofran after a heart attack.

The best hospital. Had two of my babies here and have been in recently twice for emergency services. They’re always kind and compassionate and even follow up the next day. James is a top notch NP. Thank you.

Went in for a ultra sound and blood work. Was there for 6 plus hours waiting for most the time. Hit me with 4000 billl!!! Really!! Really!! Dignity ruined this hospital along with other hospitals around phoenix

Had a planned c section that went well however they got a JP drain stuck due to being accidentally sutured and I had to get my incision re-opened for it to be removed. Really upset about the mistake and the extra healing time I now have. Luckily the nurses took great care of me during my extra long stay that could have been avoided.

Terrible care from the transplant team regarding prescriptions around the holidays. Too long to explain the full story of poor planning around the holidays.

Worst place ever! They would say one thing then another , my son was admitted with a breathing problem first they didnt know what he had later said it was because he was over weight that his lungs were weak then 4 days later they said he had a small phnemonia a day later an infection 2 weeks later came out with valley fever my son passed , there was only one doctor that cared about , one doctor only looked at his machine and would say it was because his weight that he didnt have anything, so much for that now I dont have my son 😔

Worst hospital I have ever experience. I went to the hospital to seek help because I was having trouble thoughts. I spent 22 hours waiting to receive proper help.After 22 hour they sent me to CBI, filled with crackheads and where the employee cuss at each other and have a trouble time getting along. Mind you I am 21 weeks pregnant. CBI employees put me to this floor with drug attics and had me sitting in a hard chair for hours. My unborn child was kicking and kicking because of how uncomfortable I was. I started getting server cramps in my lower stomach and I asked to go to the hospital. I went to banner esterella to get evaluated and begged them not to send me back to CBI and they told me that I have to go back voluntarily or they would force me to against my will. This all happen because of st Joseph careless act, and placing to any facility without caring about my health or my baby. Putting both of us in danger. The women that place me to CBI is named Leslie K. I am so disappointed and I am in soo much stressed because of you Leslie. I’m just hoping my baby and I survive this treatment.

While the staff was very nice. The office and billing department are horrible. Also my doctor couldn't find the results of my test because the had my name wrong. Even though I showed my ID my insurance is in that name they put records under an old name. Wow if they make this kind of mistake they could perform the wrong surgery on the wrong person. Scary. They keep sending me texts to pay my bill and when I try either on my phone or online I get an error. Super inconvenient. Terrible service do not go here.

This was 9 years btw!!! They kept me longer than needed to tell me they weren’t going to operate for my cerclage. Wish I could remember the heartless doctor’s name. Thank god I got another opinion & a doctor with the nads to do it and now my daughter is healthy and alive and thriving!!!

Im going to keep it short and sweet, the level of professionalism I received is not matched by any other hospital I've been to. I'm a frequent flyer when it comes to being admitted and I'm not proud of it but at the end of the day the staff from the ER to the doctors to the nurses to the cleaning and kitchen staff have all gone above and beyond. I was instantly admitted cared for and treated the nurses who cared for me were grace Anna queenie and emma the doctors were hard to pronounce but I saw about 7 doctors all at once and they were extremely detailed helpful in every way and ensured I got the right medicine. I love hearing a prayer every night or having the chaplain on standby, definitely felt peace of mind and was grateful to have been cared for by this staff. I'm never looking to be a frequent visitor but if I had to choose a hospital definitely would choose this one over and over again. I was however suprised they didn't have a lymphatic specialized but you can't be perfect in everyway I'm sure there will be one soon.

I had left a bad review previously due to very mean and rude nurse Jody, I still stand on the fact Jody should not work as a nurse, however the way my complaints were handled and the absolute authentic care I received from the doctors during my stay, drove me to leave another. My doctor (I forgot her name but she was a young blonde woman) was so compassionate and caring. Two nurses I had, Zeny and her student nurse (I forgot her name unfortunately) were reassigned to me after the Jody incident and they are what you call good nurses! You can tell when someone truly loves their occupation and when someone just does it for the money. I truly could’ve died this past week and the doctors and nurses did everything they could to help me while not only considering my physical health, but my mental health too. Thank you St, Joseph’s for being a great hospital. Only tip I’ve got is to get rid of Jody and retrain crystal. Other than that, you’re doing great. Thank you.

What a Nightmare. My mom spent a month here with a TBI. Impossible to get follow up neurological care since release. We are constantly told No notes in her file. I am blown away by this facility.

If I could give more then 5 stars I would. St Joe's has saved my life more the 2 times due to neurological conditions. I am very grateful for St Joe's . I feel they have the best Neurosurgeon. So thank you . They have great hospitality, and very professional. They are straight forward too. So thank you so much!!!

Son has been in hallway 36 hours, still not admitted. The place is dirty and the guards are agressive and abusive toward the public. The telephone number on the website is incorrect, so its impossible to get info over the telephone. Nurse are more interested in data entry, keeping their breaks, and their cell phones than they are in paticent care. This is suppose to be a hospital that has a christian foundation in the delivery of its care, looks like they forgot this when they build their kingdom. I got better care at the county hospital. Run don't walk away from this putric excrement of an establishment. Son has renal failure and is having trouble breathing - so it's urgent!! So they got him in the hallway waiting for a blessed miracle, I guess.

I spoke to Frank in ER he was very nice and professional. He happens to be assinged to my daughter. She will be admitted tonight

I had a test procedure done there and I 18 turn up very well. They didn't take good care of me so I wanted to file. A complaint any blank can help me with that.

Two days After a major surgery to remove cancer the nurse wouldn’t call for or get a wheelchair to take me to the front door where my ride was waiting due to COVID restrictions. The nurse made me walk myself from the 7th floor heart and lung tower to the main entrance alone without any assistance. I had a six inch incision from my right ear to the left side of my neck. The lowest of the low.

I give all of my RN's beyond 5 stars they are amazing (ICU).

I would just like to dmsay I went here for a leg amputation and he staff was amazing doctors and all they had good food took care of me really well and even had a nurse come talk with me about it before hand (Lance my nurse was amazing) and I hope the team knows I appreciate them so much

My 43 yr. old son was brought into today, after falling from a ladder....this hospital was spot on. He is remaining in their care to have surgery in the a.m...they are the best of them all.

This place is great !!! You don't often hear that about hospitals. When I 1st walked in the vibe was different...so I really wasn't sure what to expect. But everyone here is decent folks from transportation/Karen (yes Karen gets kudos...LOL) to Registration Chudi (Sorry for laughing at your name...but I really do like that you took great care of me. (Nurse Practioner) James. When people/persons are not well, they literally need guardian angels like yourselves. Thanks from tmy whole heart for making me feel well even though I didn't physically feel well.

The doctor it's nice but don't help me whit my baby, it's 3 days with vomiting ,no x-ray , no tests, nothing, and waiting all the time in one chairs, it's really dusty and dirty the place , bad experience

I have had my two children here. I very much appreciate the service. The nurse Yesenia was a great person, she helped me at all times until Dr. Amaya arrived to attend to my delivery. The only thing that in postpartum I had a nurse who was not very good because she did not allow my husband to stay with me with my other son and it was very difficult for me to take care of my baby by myself that's why I am 4 stars because postpartum not everyone is empathetic.
