I only stayed here to sleep, as it it only minutes from the airport, so I can’t speak on most of the amenities but the room was clean and everything functioned properly. I love seeing rooms updated with hard floors instead of carpet! I also like the parking situation, you’ll most likely be able to park near your room. Would definitely stay again. Just keep in mind, especially if you are in a room along the highway that you’ll be listening to that all night! But they provide earplugs so that’s nice.

This property is older but very well maintained. The rooms were spotless with all the cleanliness standards. Complementary breakfast is at the attached restaurant and is a plate FULL of food. Eggs, bacon and sausage with hash browns, a biscuit and oat meal! The best part of the stay was the staff. They accommodated our late arrival due to a flight delay and were so kind and courteous. I'd definitely stay here again.

Don’t be deceived by the outward appearance. The hotel is located behind a very good restaurant called the Rodehouse. It’s my understanding that the hotel is under new management. I can tell you that the reception area is large and welcoming with nice wood furniture and high ceilings. The check-in staff is very accommodating and friendly. The rooms aren’t fancy but they are very clean. But perhaps the most telling is when we called to ask for a fan they said they don’t rent them but they would bring one to us. To me, that sort of accommodating customer service, going above and beyond, makes this place highly recommendable . They need to landscape and re-pave the parking lot, but I believe since they’re under new management that will come. So…overlook the outside and give this place a chance. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!

The place was nice overall, looked better on the inside then on the outside, the pool was clean and open and the room was spacious and bright. Stayed here for a week and there were no noises during the night, pretty quiet during the day as well except for some construction noises on the last day, while they were fixing something. The key card stopped working after the first day but after going to the front desk all was good. The only thing I didn't like was the WiFi which it was slow and randomly it stopped working in my room. I was working remotely and had to rely on my hotspot the whole time.

We book hotel rooms for our employees who are traveling on a frequent basis and often pick hotels with airport shuttles as they are needed to get our employees to a nearby airport. This was the case with Extend a Suites in Phoenix. When our employee, upon checking in, told the front desk clerk that he needed a shuttle the following morning, he was told that there wasn't one available and to call Uber or Lyft (who both wanted $42.00 to go less than 2 miles). In the meantime, he saw the shuttle being used and called down to the front desk and was told that they had a staffing issue and that he would NOT be taken to the airport the next morning. He pressed them given that they advertised that one of their amenities was a shuttle service and that they should oblige him. The clerk became rude and words were exchanged, all to no avail. When asked for a partial refund, things got worse. Of course they won't compensate for a service that is no doubt built into their room rate thereby costing us an additional charge to get him to the airport. While the facility may be nice, their service and attitude toward customers is not good to say the least. Other than needing a place to sleep, don't expect much more from this property.

I used to really like this hotel when Best Western was in charge. However, now that it’s with a new owner, things aren’t the same. We checked into our room and saw that our bed had dry blood splatters. So we were unhappy and told them to change us rooms. And so they did, turns out the second room had blood as well. We finally just decided to get our money back. I’m not sure if their housekeeping is messing up or they don’t want to buy new sheets but it was not a nice experience :(

This industry is all about customer service. This hotel failed in that aspect when it refused to reimburse my booking fee after my flight and tripped were cancelled following the Dallas airport shooting, even though I booked the hotel within 24 hours of the flight. My other reservations (flights, car rental) were reimbursed without issues as they were understanding of my circumstances. This clearly shows that bottom line is more important than customer satisfaction.

This place is sketchy. We were so tired from not being able to get out of Phoenix that night and unfortunately we found this place. The first red flag really should have been the signs all over about checking your room first because if you don’t like it that’s just too bad. Bit what do you do at that point? The pool and hot tub was down which of course you don’t find out until you have been dropped off by a taxi. No one seemed to know what was going on with the shuttle service. The curtains could not be closed in our room because they were broken, the room smelled funny. And we kept being given keys that did not open the rooms. The halls were dank and smelled very funny and it looks like there was a fire at the pool house, it was all scorched and boarded up. The manager cannot be bothered to call you back or talk to you. Overall this was one of the most disappointing places we went to in Phoenix.

I stayed April 4th in room 126 with my family of 3 total. This place definitely understood the assignment of no carpeting. New flooring and new walk in shower in the bathroom made the room so crisp and clean. when we first walked in it smelled like freshly mopped floor I quickly took off my shoes and felt so good just to walk barefoot in the room. The sheets were crisp and clean and more than enough pillows for a good night's rest. My daughter enjoyed the lounge chair to read her book. The front lobby was very wide and open great coffee for breakfast was available there and we were able to use the computer and printer in the lobby. Joel was a sweetheart. We will be staying here in the future and recommend anyone who needs something close to the airport you won't find anything else their shuttle service is five star as well. The front desk was very accommodating for extra incidentals and for a dollar we were able to purchase laundry soap and wash all of our clothes in their nice laundry room the dryer was great.

This place is beautiful. The front office and the property are well taken care of. The staff was great very friendly and welcoming. The front desk clerk even tho in training she was so courteous and made the checking in process fast without any problems. The room is great, smells good, the bedding and towels are fresh clean, the furniture very nice, the bathroom and sink area are really really well kept. Housekeeping keeps these rooms amazing. The fridge is updated, their is a coffee maker with coffee packets cups and condiments, iron with ironing board, plenty of lighting and the front window is large. Over all bright, clean, safe and convenient all that and the price for the room is what makes it perfect for me to be a repeat customer for sure. I love this place.

Had a very pleasant experience staying here. Close proximity to the airport. My flight landed, I called and they were great at giving me the information I needed to get a shuttle and where I needed to go to be picked up. The driver and gentleman at the reception were very nice. The room was very clean, had a fridge which is always great. They even give you ear plugs in case the plane noises get loud, which didn’t bother me but I thought that was a nice gesture. Room was a good size too and was very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend if you need to stay near the airport.

This hotel is now one of Community Bridges shelter support locations I believe they call it "RIO" BUT ANYONE WHO LIVES IN A TENT IS ABLE TO BE HOUSED HERE UNTIL THEY ARE HOUSED IN THERE OWN PLACE.

If you want to pay a hundred bucks a night to be kept up by people yelling at 1 in the morning then this is the place for you. I guess no one works front desk at night because the lobby doors are locked with no key access and calling front desk just results in beeping or a message asking for a remote access code. EDIT: Now that our visit is over gonna add a few more things. It's a non smoking hotel but people were lighting up cigs at the pool right below our room. At least two separate instances of someone clearly hotboxing. Even heard their alarm temporarily go off as they turned it back on afterwards. We tried to get our room moved after the first night of noise but was told they couldn't. I did manage to get through to the front desk after 2 am but had to find their number and call on my cell because the room phone didn't work. I also noticed what looks like a blood stain on the bed skirt. It's not the worst motel I've ever been in but the bar for that is set pretty low.

Stayed 3 nights and would stay again. Clean rooms, nice pool (unheated, but in 95 degrees that does not matter), accommodating and friendly staff (shout out to Christina!), free Wifi, and free parking. After asking, they gave us plenty of towels to use at the pool. Mini refrigerator in room, unfortunately the freezer melted our ice cream :(. Quiet in the rooms, even though it’s by the airport. Target is close by :). They even gave us clean sheets after the 2nd night, which I wasn’t expecting with COVID. They just changed ownership and I think upgraded the rooms, though I think some of the amenities online still need to be updated (like there was no sauna, microwave, or tubs in the rooms). Didn’t get to go to the restaurant, but the menu and ambiance was really cool. Definitely would book here again.

This is a glorified motel. They should take hotel out of the name of the place. It’s ghetto, the rooms are tiny and look old as dirt, the curtains block the A/C unit so virtually no cold air is getting in the room. I currently have it set at 68° and the room is still hot as hell; I’d like to know who the genius was that designed it this way. Pay an extra $15-20 and stay at an actual hotel.

As of October 2022, this place has been converted. It is no longer a hotel. It is now a homeless shelter. The Rodehouse bar/restaurant are still open, but the doorway connecting it to the main hotel is now sealed off.

Clean rooms. AC worked well. Pool was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and courteous. Free WiFi and breakfast. Shuttle was easy to use. I appreciated the lack of carpeting in the room We stayed for 2 nights due to flight cancellations. I was glad it was so easy to stay here. If you need somewhere near the airport and don't want to spend a fortune, you can't go wrong here.

Great rooms for a great price! The parking lot was well lit and the check in and check out process was super easy. It was great hot water and water pressure! The only gripe that I had about our stay was there was several strands of hair let over from the cleaning of the bathroom right outside of the shower. Something that small can be looked over as I just cleaned it up.

THIS IS NO LONGER A HOTEL! COMMUNITY BRIDGES (CBI) HAS PURCHASED IT AND HAS BEEN TURNED INTO A SHELTER FOR HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS LOOKING TO GET BACK ON TRACK IN LIFE. IT'S NOT A REHAB CENTER, IT'S STRICTLY A SHELTER. IT IS NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC ANYMORE. I KNOW THIS TO BE 100% FACT AS I HAVE STAYED HERE AND IT'S THE MOST HELP I'VE EVER RECEIVED. THANK YOU CBI!

Great food, fanatic service, and a wonderful value. The staff is A++. The ownership shows how much they care about the quality of food, the speed of service, and overall general cleanliness of the property.

The whole lobby smells like Marijuana and people were smoking right next to our room so our room smelled like it as well. Not too impressed but the rooms are nice enough

The staff is amazing, Joel and the rest of the team go the extra mile. Very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. I asked for a quiet room I was given one away from the freeway upstairs and in the coroner. Cons: The WIFI slows down at times.

Out of the way for downtown and pretty far from Mesa Airport but nice clean rooms and a good value. Had a restaurant attached with good food. Not many other options nearby.

To begin with, they were accommodating with a 'special need.' We stayed 6 nights. It went downhill quickly. It rained, and water came under our balcony door. The floor and curtains were drenched. We reported it, but nothing was done...and we had to clean up all of the water ourselves. There were several leaks down the halls. One night there was a LOUD group of MEN partying under our room all night. We reported them in the wee hours of the morning only to be ignored about it the next day. There was a ton of trash left laying around from it. We could hear the airplanes taking off loudly all night, as well. Granted, it is by the airport...but didn't expect to be able to hear them so loudly in our room.

Best airport accommodations in Phoenix. Dependable shuttle, comfy rooms, friendly staff, a great pool, and excellent restaurant and bar. Also good value for the money.

Go somewhere else. These people will LIE to you! Never had an experience like it. Called 4 days ahead on October 31. Was told 2pm airport shuttle was not a problem, didn't need to schedule it. Get to phx, make the call, no shuttle it stops running at noon. While on the phone, already considering another place, I asked if hot tub was working. I was assured it did. Grabbed a 20 dollar cab, check in, got to hot tub, and it's freezing cold, not lukewarm, frigid! Tub is a big deal for us cuz we came to hike mountains, want that soak. Rooms are good, housekeeping is great, and restaurant is good too! But nothing but one star for being bait and switched, lied to, and argued with.

The place is clean and quiet nothing fancy. We got it for a week because of pool office said it would open wednesday after talking to people that lived there for 6months they said it has never been open. Beware if your getting place to be in a swimming pool.

Place is worth considering, if you are looking for motel like options. Not super clean but acceptable. Front desk staff was courteous. Wi-Fi is slow but not to annoying level. Room furniture was good. Cooling worked acceptably good. Would be nice to have breakfast option. Front desk entrance area makes good impression but as you drive inside, it gets little sketchy. Though I didn’t have any bad or concerning experience.

Remodeled and nice updates! Roomy, but not pet friendly. You may get a frige, but no microwave. They have a small coffee pot, and coffee is offered in the lobby! The pool and pool area is very nice too, with a jacuzzi. The breakfast that comes with your room is very good, and you go to the restaurant to eat, no take outs. The restaurant is attached to the building. The airplane noise was very minimal, especially with the a/c running, and they give you a pair of ear plugs, lol. Overall, it was real nice and we will stay again, if needed!

We stayed here two nights and it was great. Clearly newly remodeled the rooms were clean and comfy. The front desk staff alone is worth the 5 stars. Everyone was delightful. The pool is currently out of service however.
