We stayed at this motel end of April. Despite the reviews leaving us optimistic about the stay ahead we were very much disappointed and disgusted... We stayed in room 203 (after assigned room 110 seemed to be occupied) and already when we arrived we saw two bugs crawling on the ground near the beds, of which one was a cockroach of 1/3". Having killed them we went to sleep confident that that would've been it, but no... We woke up two times in the night with bugs crawling on us. We couldn't sleep from 5AM onwards being too shocked about the situation. We turned on the lights and started dressing and packing finding about 10 more bugs of which mostly cockroaches. Contact with the motel didn't go smooth and so far we didn't receive any reaction on the situation itself, would they find it normal...?

Bad area, noisy, beds are garbage, questionable activity in and around property, did I say noisy?, cleanliness is questionable. No blankets. Old stained furniture. Small towels, no shampoo, rooms stink of cigarettes. Is front staff polite? Sure, but I don’t care about front end staff. I’m not sleeping in the office. Definitely find a better place for the hundred plus dollars they charge. You would think that with all the money the franchise makes, they would have better rooms. Complete garbage…..

Close to the airport and close to the train, which was very convenient to travel around Phoenix. The area was very sketchy with homeless people so not a good place to take the family... I am giving 5 stars for the staff and there was quality for the price. No problems.

Pros: everything they advertised worked as they said it would. The wifi was actually pretty good, the beds were fine, the water worked, the TV as well. Cons: everything related to the bathroom, really. There was a lot of hair in the tub, plus some blood stains on the shower curtain. The service was also inadequate, and our room was entirely ignored during our stay. The reason I'm not rating it worse is that you get what you pay for. Plus, it was at least a memorable stay

Rodolfo was amazing. I walked into the office while he was attending to other customers. He was cool, polite, professional and had a smile. I was able to get a room although the parking lot seemed full. It was not noisy and my car was not messed with or towed nor stolen. It’s a. It’s a busy area. The rooms are basic however clean. Thank you Rodolfo

Next to airport... Can be a bit loud due to planes taking off or the diesel locomotive right next to the motel that blares it's horn thought say and night. Aside from the noise the rooms are extremely clean. It's a small property so guest experience is different from a big property. They also keep things you may have forgotten ie: razors, toothbrush, ect. For a charge at the desk. It's convenient if the vending machine is down. Plus more verities. There's not much to do or eat within walking distance. There's a McDonald's a few blocks up the street (about 15 min walk) and a small sandwich shop in the same parking lot but I don't know much about them I had McDonald's. When I stayed there was overnight security which was reassuring especially for a motel next to the airport. Even though they are small there's still a pool and it's hot in Arizona so that's also a plus. Oh and the greyhound bus station is right around the corner as well. In Arizona that's about a 15 min walk. All in all one of the nicer cleaner motel 6 I've stayed at. Just keep in mind if your a light sleeper it can be loud at times at no fault to motel 6 other then location.

What this motel lacks in amenities (no fridge, microwave, or ice machine) it makes up in its proximity to the airport. The room was clean, the linens were fresh, and there was lots of hot water. And we didn't see a single bug. I would stay here again if I had an early Sky Harbor flight.

It's cool if you like the rumbling of airplanes and train every 3 minutes,it doesn't bother me because they are cool to me! Bad side no ice machine, and the vending machines are out of date and un useable as well upside cheap nice rooms and excellent service!

Get what you pay for. Only real problem is the horrible cigarette smell of the rooms. I thought it was non-smoking, but I guess I was wrong.

Close to the airport, staff friendly and smiling, but. Room smelled of smoke, the sheet had cigarette burns, but otherwise clean and good. The AC at full fan is necessary to drown out the road noise. The train and airplanes are noisy, too, but strangely don't bother as much.

Very accommodating and nice staff. After an unexpected trip to Arizona and arriving to the hotel 3 hours before check in because of no family or friends in the state it was very comforting and nice for them to make that exception for me since I took a lyft there and had a bunch of baggage. Also when getting to the room it was very clean and you cold still smell the bleach in the air so that was Greatly appreciated. I would recommend anyone in that area to stay at this hotel

This was the cheapest hotel near Chase field and did not disappoint. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Only issue was ice machine not working but other than that our one night stay there was awesome! Lots of food spots nearby.

Our room was cool and comfortable, but smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though it was a no smoking room. And the room was way overpriced for what we got.

The room was good. Price was amazing. No real issues with any other guests or locals. The place is nearby to a lot of food and shopping. My only real issues is that there were some dirty towels under the bed that my dog found. The toilet didn't work so great either, but for the prices they charge, I don't think I can hold it against them really. I would recommend it for anyone who is traveling on a budget or with a pet. Room is pretty small so maybe not for someone with a larger family.

No frills, no safety, no coffee past 10am, no extra pillows available, no extra blankets, no daily housekeeping until AFTER you check out. From the gouging at the front desk by selling toiletries and beverages for 10x retail, to their overcharging by 20-40% off comparable Motel 6's nationwide, or maybe it was the constant horn of the Amtrak at Harrison and 24th, less than 100 yards from your door, ...flea bag central!!!

If you want good and I mean good crack, this is the place. Many guests 5hat stay here are full time crack dealers and you don't even have to leave your room, just knock on the wall and they will be right there

We did NOT take the room, instead paid double for comfort, cleanliness. The least they could do is place refrigerator and microwave. It wasn't worth it. Weekend price is fine if it comes with everything I need. It was clean and freshly painted but it's definitely an understatement to say, "remodeled" when u just painted and changed pictures on the wall. U understand? Their comfort may not be ours so it's good to get opinions from guests who use the services often..such as an avid traveler as myself. We did get a refund, but it took a little bit. They said they needed to make the money first or something...smh, 3 days for card reversal though. But within 15 minutes if the room isn't satisfactory they'll refund. They should show rooms first or take pics like I've seen a few others do. Somehow the pics online don't usually match up. Anyways we didn't even sit on bed and banister/balcony seems unsturdy.. 🙃 if it fits you, then use them, if I'm desperate enough I'll use one honestly, but I haven't arrived at that road yet! Sorry no pics..

For a motel 6 in Phoenix, this place is really well kept, neat and clean. The service is good, staff were cordial. They even actually have a little dog park for my dog. The price is usually higher at this motel 6, I believe because of location by the airport. There isn't any rif raf hanging around and zero drug activity. I've stayed at other motel 6 where this was not the case. Good for a couple extra bucks.
