The room wasn't terrible but it wasn't exceptional either. One of the owners/maintenance people at one point just entered our room without knocking; we had our latch locked, but they were looking for another room that needed service. An honest mistake, but was very strange and unexpected. On the plus side it was a cool room and was directly across from where we needed to be on our vacation. It was also a fair price for an overnight stay.

Blankets had Holes in them breakfast was bad.had a bagel and coffee. not to many choices, no place to sit for breakfast had to take it to my room. pillows smelled bad like sweat. Rugs old and had stains smelled like curry, mattress was soft and uncomfortable, I would sink down almost falling off the bed. It wasn't worth $145 a night. I've stayed in nice hotels for much cheaper. The staff were nice though.

Ok so first off you guys have it all wrong about this "hotel" it no longer is a hotel open to public it is a transitional program run by Native American Connections that CBI has reached out and placed people to stay at if the next step in their "housing plan" that u have to establish with CBI .....u have to be homeless and go to different shelter then if you fill out paperwork and manage to secure a "housing voucher" then ur almost to the finish line....me and my spouse have been here since beginning of November last yr and still have not had meeting about a housing voucher he supposedly qualifies for since he gets SSI due to a illness....it's a "4month " program but yes they are sweet here and yes we have security guards that always here to protect us and yes I can have my emotional support dog but still

The hotel is in a good location and is clean however, it is opposite a live music venue/club. We stayed on an Friday and Saturday night and could hear very load music until 3am. This may not bother you on a weekday but it’s something to be aware of if you are staying on a weekend. This was mentioned to hotel staff. We asked the young boy at the desk if there was a manger around and we were told there was no one else to speak to. We were not happy about this as a lady (his mother) who I assume runs the hotel was in the lobby and just ignored us and let a child deal with us, very unprofessional. We feel for a weekend with no sleep this place is overpriced, for a weekday the it’s fair. They need to reduce weekend rates to accommodate for the fact that you will not sleep.

Not a bad option for the price and location. This is the only motel in the area in this price range. Despite this, it is not run down, just dated. Clean sheets, clean towels, continental breakfast. The owner/manager is a great guy and very accommodating. The parking lots are small but you can usually still find a spot. If you have a larger truck, the back lot is easier to park in.

I thought this was a really cool spot in downtown Phoenix. Nothing fancy, but clean comfortable rooms.

It's a pretty nice place for the price. There is no coffee pot in the rooms but there is one at the front entrance of the hall. The coffee actually taste good not like most hotel coffee. The staff are all really nice. They do have a couple rooms that allow pets so that's nice. The downfalls are the towel we got were either dirty or stained. That's gross no one wants that. And the part of the tub the water comes out feels like it's going to come right out the wall when you pull the stop up to turn on the shower.

The staff and management was very good and very knowledgeable about what's around.. The location was perfect for us since it was downtown. The room was very clean and the room was quiet.. I really did appreciate the balcony especially when it was raining. The bathroom was a very good size and the complimentary breakfast was great. The 1 bad thing was that I wanted to book a 3rd night and I couldn't but other then that everything was perfect.

Rooms are clean ready to Move-in. Food is supplied and great from Breakfast to Dinner. Service is always courteous and always there including security. Perfect for your Transition back into the world.

Clean, basic and functional. Large rooms and good water temperature and pressure. However, it was Kelly who really made the stay great. When asked about the laundry facilities he offered to let me use theirs instead of paying. I didn’t want to trouble him, so used the guest facilities. When there were issues with the dryer, he not only let me use their commercial machine but also kept an eye on it. Great location for concerts and ball park. Free parking and plenty of it. Thanks for a great stay!

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The lady at the desk was very nice and accomodating. We're already planning on staying here again when we visit the Grand Canyon. Thank you for accomodating us!

So I booked this place last minute through a travel site. There was a conference that had most of the nice rooms sold out. The previous places I stayed were up to 400$ a night. I was expecting to settle this night. I get to the hotel and immediately see that it's next to the venue I came to visit. Which was an immediate plus. Then I made my way into the hotel and saw that it was clean and pretty large. It had a small balcony and the staff was nice. Free continental breakfast and close to many downtown venues. I enjoyed my stay, was able to walk to all the events I had planned and didn't pay as much as I regularly do. I do recommend this for people on a budget but still looking for a clean, spacious hotel. To sum it up, not as nice as other downtown locations but nothing bad about this place.

We got to the hotel, and after a little confusion got our hotel cards. We went up to the room to discover that there were people in that room already. Went back and got different cards and the next room didn't have a working toilet. However the owners were really nice, and drove us to the mall for things we needed while they repaired the toilet. As well it was pretty safe for being in a sketchy looking neighborhood. Not terrible for the price

It was pretty cool I think. I always just parked next to it for whatever classes I had at ASU
