This
place
was
a
pleasant
surprise.
It's
listed
as
a
3
Star
Hotel
so
my
expectations
were
at
that
level;
however
the
experience
ended
up
being
very
positive.
The
manager,
Paul
was
extremely
pleasant,
polite
and
very
helpful.
he
made
us
feel
at
home
and
went
out
of
his
way
to
make
sure
we
were
comfortable.
In
fact
all
the
staff
we
engaged
with
were
excellent.
Paul
greeted
me
with
a
smile
and
thanked
me
for
being
a
Titanium
Elite
Bonvoy
member,
offered
me
points
or
marketplace
item.
-
I
took
the
points.
:-)
There
are
numerous
hotels
bunched
together
at
this
location,
not
sure
why
-
maybe
because
there
are
several
vocational
colleges
nearby?
It
was
a
bit
confusing
finding
this
hotel
as
the
entry
signs
are
quite
small.
The
room
was
nice
but
in
desperate
and
I
do
mean
desperate,
need
of
an
upgrade/remodel.
Staff
seems
to
work
on
maintaining
the
rooms
and
the
hotel
but
you
can
tell
things
are
just
old,
overused
and
ready
to
be
replaced.
The
pool
is
well
maintained
and
clean.
There
is
a
BBG
Grill
at
the
pool
area
and
was
in
use
several
times
during
our
stay.
The
Included
Breakfast
was
terrific.
The
staff
kept
the
food
well
stocked
and
all
of
it
was
done
well,
with
a
sense
of
pride.
Waffles,
Eggs,
Bacon
etc.
Cereal,
Toast,
Bagels,
Yogurt,
Coffee
all
you
need
for
a
very
good
meal.
The
room
was
a
bit
small
but
all
the
guests
were
polite
and
we
all
interacted
well.
Parking
was
included
and
the
parking
lot
is
well
lit.
I'd
stay
here
again
but
I
do
hope
a
remodel
is
on
the
way.
