The hotel needs some TLC, the people more than make up for it. When you book your stay, and I highly recommend it, be sure to spend time with Betty who prepares a magnificent breakfast to start your day. She makes the stay fantastic. Thank you Betty

I'd give it negative stars if I could! Absolutely the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Air conditioner sounds like a jet plane taking off. Room was dirty. Tvs don't work. Broken windows. Security doors don't lock. And management lies to you and tries to pass off of maintenance guy with a plunger as a "sanitation engineer " . Stay someplace else.

I don't generally leave 5 stars because there is always room for improvement, however, this place was PERFECT for our needs. We had 2 bedrooms. (We expected this but didn't realize how convenient it would end up being.) The rooms were clean. The bedding really comfortable. The kitchenette was great. The customer service was very accommodating. (We had to switch rooms right away because of access issues and front desk didn't hesitate in fixing the issue.) We didn't deal with noise issues at all in the three nights. And access to streaming and cable tv was very open. I would highly recommend and hope to get a chance to stay again.

HORRIBLE! We booked a suite because there were six of us. We got there and it was dirty, had clean but stained sheets , half a roll of toilet paper and only three towels. The pool was gross and too dirty to swim in. We canceled our reservation for the return trip.

Just checked after a week's stay. The front staff was were very nice the room was fine. It smelled musty and old. We asked for housekeeping and they never came in and cleaned. We asked again and they did come in, BUT only gave us a set of clean towels, they did not do the rooms, nor put clean sheets on the beds. And didn't even throw out the trash and replace the toiletries. The TV's didn't work either, it kept showing "No Service ". On the second day when they cleaned the carpets someone stole my ice packs for my lunch cooler that was in the freezer. I reported it and they did nothing about it. I definitely would not be returning to this place.

As someone who worked for the Towneplace suites franchise I felt confident in the booking of this hotel knowing what to expect. Check in was fine however upon arrival of our room it smelt heavily of moldy towels and bleach. Our air conditioning unit was obnoxiously loud to the point we had to turn it off to get some sleep. In this heat that is unacceptable if we weren’t just passing through and arriving late we would have asked to switch rooms. Overall cleanliness is not up to Marriott standard and I wouldn’t stay here again.

My husband and I stayed there from Jan 24 till feb 18 2022. First off the staff at this hotel are exceptional. Debbie, Robert, Melissa and all of housekeeping as well. Very accommodating and willing to go above and beyond the call of duty!!! It was very refreshing. Now on to the hotel room itself. (Room 306)Bed was very uncomfortable. And it also needs a real mattress cover not whatever that is on it. That was kinda gross. Garbage disposal does not work. Light in oven doesn’t work. Broiler doesn’t work. Window was off the track. The smell of weed in our room was sometimes overbearing. We had an adjoining room so it was coming from there I would imagine. The shower liner was way too long and def a fall risk. The drawer was missing from the refrigerator. Marriott wants to charge u an arm and leg but things don’t get fixed. Breakfast was good. Women that worked there were extremely nice. Didn’t know their names. Do better Marriott. This hotel was disappointing. Staff was exceptional, hotel itself needs repairs!!

The night audit lady was extremely rude to us when we called to confirm our reservation and told us she cancelled our stay because someone came in and said we weren’t staying anymore. We told her that was not someone in our group and that we needed our room and she told us she didn’t know what to tell us because she cancelled it. We went to Springhill and they were very accommodating. Huge fail on customer service and she should get some more training on how to talk to customers. Will NEVER consider this place again.

If I could give zero stars then I would. At first this place was amazing. Staff was nice and really cool. Debbie is amazing!! Then they got a new Assistant General Manager who has no customer service skills, is super rude and doesn't know how to leave people alone. He retaliated against us because I filed a complaint with the corporate office after he harassed me and my husband 3 different times. Like he's trying to show off in his new position. Then his response to corporate was that I was trying to get free nights and I was harassing him. Lol not once did I approach this guy my entire stay. Anywho this place is just shady and the General Manager is no better. What happened to the customer is always right. Guess that motto went straight out the window.

My Daughter and I've been here a little over a month 100% happy with Paul. Most office staff show compassion towards the guests. And truly show they care. Property is kept up, pools always clean, housekeeping its great so is maintenance. Mo is our cook for breakfast she does a awesome job. Very pleasant personality. Makes you feel welcomed. Buildings clean and always smells pleasant in the hallways. It's also pet friendly. I'm in a 2 bedroom it's almost like a apartment very homely feeling. I don't have complaints but when I do Paul handles it quik. I would highly recommend this place. Thank You Paul and all other staff for being pleasant with your guests on a daily basis. It's greatly appreciated.

The shower in my room had no hot water. I had to shower with cold water for 3 days. Also, my TV did not have internet so I couldn't use Netflix, YouTube etc. I told them front desk and they sent a 20 year old guy to "check" but he couldn't do anything. They never offered me a new room.

This is very disappointing to be charged a "smoking fee" of $250 because housekeeping found cigarette butts in the room. We don't even smoke!!! The room door was hard to open, you had to push it in hard. This hotel is not worth your hard earned money. Its like they want you to pay for their remodel because it is very outdated.

I had a very pleasant stay and want to make sure that I thank Betty , Donna and Christopher for showing the attention and helpfulness to me while I stayed . Betty and Donna both make sure I was warmly greeted and always had smiles on there face to make me feel at home . I stayed for 2 week stays at a time and smiles real help in the morning. Christopher went out of the way to make sure I had towels and even offered to run them up if I needed them. Great service and would stay again . Thank you for making it feel like home.

They over charged me by $1180 then it took me 2 weeks to get it back. Not happy with the service. Rooms are decent though.

Be aware there are bed bugs in room 315 building 1. Cleanliness is not up to Marriott standard and I wouldn’t stay here again.

Stayed in a two bedroom, room smelled of kitty litter, odor was very strong. Front desk clerk gave my husband some spray to use to cover up the smell. Bedding in one of the rooms had blood stains, the other bedroom's AC was hit and miss. Rooms were outdated, I wanted to check out, but didn't. This is not the Marriott standard that I am used to and rather disappointed in our stay. Although, the worst part of our stay was the breakfast. Sure, Betty is nice and all, but she clearly doesn't have her food handling license. I witnessed her drop the container of raisin, lid, and spoon on the floor. Sure enough, she picked up the spoon and put it back into the raisins and put the lid back on top and placed it back on the counter. Then the waffle maker was sticking, so I tried to clean off what I could, she came to help, then blew out the crumbs on the waffle maker and asked me if I wanted her to make me a waffle, NO thank you! If she is doing these things when people are watching, I can't imagine what she's doing in the back when preparing breakfast when no one is watching.

Very pleasant and safe location. Cute little kitchen. Comfortable bed. Heater worked well. Nice shower with good water pressure. Plenty of space, yet cozy. Every staff member first rate. A friendly and charming place. Loved it! Nancy Lopez

Ok hotel. The staff is nice. Road construction in the area makes it tough to get around. The room could have been cleaner.

The location was beautiful with a backdrop of the Camelback mountains. There are plenty of eating options within a short drive including Eegees (Yum!!!). The suite was very clean and provided a great night sleep for the 5 nights I was here. SUPER hot water in the shower, great water pressure, aromatic lavender/eucalyptus body wash in the shower. Great sized kitchenette! Staff was friendly and attentive, especially MO! I wish I could bring her back to NC with me to spread her special kind of sunshine! She’s absolutely AMAZING. She’s genuine and makes you feel better about life. I don’t know how much she gets paid… but for what she does and for the ways she does it (with a bright smile, a warm laugh, and an open heart) she needs a raise! MO was in charge of the breakfast amenity and you could tell that it was taken care of with great pride! Muffins, granola bars, scrambled eggs, frittatas, bacon, sausage patties, waffles, and a fully stocked oatmeal bar!!! I look forward to seeing her in the lobby every morning and having a few laughs and you can tell that other guests do too! Thank You Townsplace Suites and Thank you MO!!!

Friendly staff. Paul the Assistant General Manager was extremely helpful. Room clean and comfortable.. I would stay again. They do not take Google Pay, which can be an issue if you do not have a physical card and only a digital card.

Cheap rooms but you get what you pay for. The area is sketchy, saw a lot of drunk people hanging around. The carpet in the room was nasty, I made the mistake of taking my shoes off and stepped on something sticky. The couches and chairs were stained. I put a towel on the couch before I sat on it. The A/C smelled old and moldy. Didn’t really complain because we only stayed one night but definitely wouldn’t stay there again.

This place was a pleasant surprise. It's listed as a 3 Star Hotel so my expectations were at that level; however the experience ended up being very positive. The manager, Paul was extremely pleasant, polite and very helpful. he made us feel at home and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. In fact all the staff we engaged with were excellent. Paul greeted me with a smile and thanked me for being a Titanium Elite Bonvoy member, offered me points or marketplace item. - I took the points. :-) There are numerous hotels bunched together at this location, not sure why - maybe because there are several vocational colleges nearby? It was a bit confusing finding this hotel as the entry signs are quite small. The room was nice but in desperate and I do mean desperate, need of an upgrade/remodel. Staff seems to work on maintaining the rooms and the hotel but you can tell things are just old, overused and ready to be replaced. The pool is well maintained and clean. There is a BBG Grill at the pool area and was in use several times during our stay. The Included Breakfast was terrific. The staff kept the food well stocked and all of it was done well, with a sense of pride. Waffles, Eggs, Bacon etc. Cereal, Toast, Bagels, Yogurt, Coffee all you need for a very good meal. The room was a bit small but all the guests were polite and we all interacted well. Parking was included and the parking lot is well lit. I'd stay here again but I do hope a remodel is on the way.

Paul, the GM has trained an exceptional staff. From top to bottom, they are great. Bravo, well done!! The building does need work, but that is on the owners not Paul. Paul and his team scramble to take car of the shortcomings in a very polite and proactive way. Owners need to step up. Start with the public computer in the lobby please!

Didn't actually stay here but family member did ..... she was happy with the room . Nice to have a full but small kitchen. Currently very poorly signed entrance. - all signs are blue, small writing and low to the ground!!!.... several hotels close together on a one way frontage road so go slowly or you will pass it. The hotel parking lots are not interconnected so you can't just take the next turn in and get where you want to be.

Worst Marriott experience I've ever had. Very poorly managed. Looking forward to hearing back from Bonnie on why she thinks it's exceptable for her assistant manager to be rude, disrespectful and an embarrassment to the Marriott franchise chain. The young kid up front was awesome! Called the hotel next door they know all about this guy and they are very familiar with this guy and his lack of professionalism. He charged my card again after we left to another Marriott.

Nice clean sheets and comfortable bed. I was greeted by Melissa at the front desk. She was so helpful and kind! I would recommend staying here.

Carpet was filthy. Room was overall quite run down. Had to weave around homeless bike riders through the streets and parking lots. Someone kept shoving gravel on the threshold of the building entry door in the mornings to prop the keycard door open. Expect it was long-term patrons. Will never stay here, or in the area, again.
