If you're a traveller, this is a place you can stay at for the experiment of submergence into real third world style American poverty. Why not skidd into life on the edge with a perfect view of what addiction do? If you're trying to save a few bucks here, think twice about that. I brought my own pillow and blanket and Am Thankful my room was clean and apparently safe since I made it a few nights no problems. But You..cannot- I repeat.. cannot! And Do not leave yr room after dark to go to yr car for anything! This is NOT that place. Once u get in stay in till dawn. My room did happen to have the best shower pressure and overall shower ๐Ÿšฟ experience I have ever had. That shower in whatever room I was in was incredible. Unfortunately if you have arthritis or any wrist weakness you will never be able to get the hot water knob to turn on. As other reviews mention the homeless issue and the stank in the outdoor hallways is next level unreal. If you end up here like I did I hope u get a decent room and get on to wherever yr going soon. Mix of normal people and those at the end of skid row. Front desk staff nice.

I stayed at this hotel on 8/31/23 and it was the worst hotel experience of my life. When driving to the hotel my first impression was, "Why are there so many homeless/drug addicts sitting in front of the hotel?" I drove around the hotel to check out the pool and it was green with a bunch of bird feces around it. After that, I went to check in at the front desk and when I got there the ladies were arguing about who was going to clean the bathroom because a homeless person just left the bathroom dirty. Once I checked in, I went to my room, and on my way upstairs I saw cockroaches running at the bottom of the stairs. Then when I got to my room the lights were not working well, the bathroom was outdated and kind of dirty. But I was like "Itโ€™s okay I am just going to spend the night so I don't care." When it was about 10:30 p.m., this homeless guy knocked on my door and said: โ€œDonโ€™t be shy come outโ€. By the way, I was staying there by myself, so I tried to call the front desk. To my surprise, the phone in the room was disconnected. Then I went to my cell phone and I looked up the phone number of the hotel and tried to call the front desk, no answer. I was like ok... maybe if I stay quiet he will go away which he did. After that I got ready to go to sleep, I fell asleep again and at about 2:30 am the same guy knocked on my door once again and my heart was racing. I got really scared because I thought why is this man knocking on my door when there are so many other doors and then I realized maybe he saw a woman by herself. Then I stayed really quiet and he eventually went away so I started to go to bed once more and I eventually fell asleep again. I got up around 7:30 a.m. and I was like "I need to get out of this place." My reservation was for two nights so I was like "There was no way I was staying one more second in this place." When I go downstairs to leave, guess who was sitting on the bottom of the stairs, the same guy. I was walking slowly and passed by him and was able to get into my car. So I went to check out at the front desk and I told the lady I was going to cancel my other night. I was so exhausted that I did not say anything to the front desk people. That's when I realized that they were sitting outside of the hotel when I came in, No wonder they didn't answer the phone. So I proceeded to have breakfast and when I went to get the pancake mixture, I pushed the handle and it broke off. There was a Mexican worker there who said a string of Spanish words which luckily I understood and she was calling me dumb. This was when I knew that I needed to get out here. I do not recommend this hotel, possibly when they renovate again and there is higher security. But for the time being, this is the worst La Quinta I have been to, and would not recommend it. Do NOT be fooled by the photos!

The neighborhood is full of homeless people and some camp out along the property. The motel is way overdue for a remodel. Front desk staff were friendly, but housekeeping was non existent. I requested housekeeping several times during my 6 night stay and they never came. I had to carry my dirty towels to the office and get new ones. I will never stay there again. And recommend that the President, CEO and other Wyndham executive staff spend a night there to see if they thinks it should have the Wyndham name on it. They also want a security deposit of $100 at check in. This was the worst La Quinta I ever stayed at.

I booked a room for this hotel about a month before my stay (08/06/23), seeing great pictures and decent reviews for a great price. However, once arriving, the rooms looked nothing like pictured, the staff was rude as can be, and they lost my reservation, forcing me to pay an additional $35 per night. The A/C barely worked, the bathrooms were old, dirty and had multiple RAZOR BLADES on the floor. Stayed 1 night of the 4 i booked, went to the Marriott up the street and was treated MUCH better. Will never go to this location, and will avoid La Quinta as a whole

Terrible experience staying here. The rooms are so old and clearly in need of updating. Stains all over the walls, bathtub, bathroom sink and even bedsheets. Our room didn't even look like it was cleaned properly and also had no hot water! Plus, the WiFi at the property wasn't working. Walls are paper thin to the point that we could hear people in other rooms turning on the sink or running water in the shower. Didn't get any sleep because of all the noise at this property from people using the ice machine at 3am, to revving their motorcycles multiple times and honking car horns. Would not recommend and would never stay here again. Made the mistake of not reading the reviews before booking this property and seriously regretted it.

The check in was easy and fast. The front desk people were friendly but the lobby smelled like cannabis, my husband even commented on it upon my return from check-in. We got to our room which was a bit dirty to be honest. The doors had layers of finger prints on them, like they don't get cleaned, the carpet had some crumbs. The doors were also a bit beat up like the place wasn't well maintained. We were set to attend a concert in a couple of hours. I laid down and saw stains on the corner of the box spring and the carpet by my bedside table. I tried to nap but there was talking going on outside and banging from other rooms so I couldn't sleep. The footprint center was pretty close, less than 10 minutes away so the location was decent. After we got back we slept ok, the walls are thin. I could hear pipes running, and even other guests snoring. Then fireworks went off in the middle of the night, then sirens. About 5 am we started to hear the traffic from the main roads. Overall I would just have paid extra to stay somewhere cleaner and more quiet, the only reason I stayed was because we didn't have time to change hotels and we were only staying 1 night.

The place didn't make you feel like you stepped into filth, but it was close. The overwhelming smell of pot coming from the room did help lower my expectations. Definitely going to pay $10-20 more next time for a better room. Don't worry about your safety, They do have security walking the hotel.

Rooms I have no words for. Bathroom was one you did not want to take a shower or bath in. Booked room for 3 but only towels for 2. No toilet tissue refills. No vent in bathroom. No microwave or refrigerator in room. And the door to room had a 1/2 in separation you could see daylight through it. To top it off they requested a $100 refundable hold which they add $22.59. This was not stated on their sight. This property does not give Wyndham a good name. If you are looking for a place to rest and run this maybe for you. Looking at room did not even try breakfast. One bright spot when requesting more towels. The person who brought them to room delivered them with a smile.

This is the worst hotel experience Iโ€™ve ever had. For starters, there is a homeless person soliciting and bathing in the bathroom located in the front office and it took 30 minutes to find someone to check me in after one staff member claims to be clocked out while 2 others walk in and out of the staff room. Our room is hardly cleaned, stained bed sheets. Sticky floors in the bathroom and what appears to be a blood stain in the carpet. For the amount I paid, I expected better

Extra charges when checking in for room deposit over 100 bucks even with a prepaid reservation was quite annoying and it's not just a holding charge on your card. They pull the after you check out regardless of any need to do so and took nearly three weeks to get that refunded and only after I disputed that transaction with my bank. The place is pretty run down from my stay two years ago and they've fenced the perimeter to keep out the homeless sleeping just outside the fence. If it wasn't for the Denny's in the parking lot it would appear as a place unappealing to stay again.

Super sketchy folks. Very run down and dirty location. No wifi. Room was not a place to stay if you had a chance to view it first. Linens were not clean on bed. Blackout curtain was torn and outer curtain was inoperable. We had to jury rig it to cover the hole. It was an overall mess. Sink drained slowly, gnats live in the drain. We didn't shower because the shower was gross and floor was the same. Carpet not vacuumed. Homelessness and drug use visible on the property. Used Paraphernalia strewn around. It's Just not an experience I'd wish for anyone. Go elsewhere. Where Your money can be better spent.

Upon check-in it took a minute for anyone to let me in. I was able to make reservations pretty quickly with the front desk person's help. However they did not have the Wi-Fi password and they didn't have a map to show me where to get to. When I asked if he could verbally help me, he said he doesn't usually work there so he was unable to get me pointed in the right direction. The rooms are very dated, the bathroom had a lot of wall damage and door damage. The tub did not drain so you were literally standing in a half foot of water while you take a shower. The shower did not turn to hot, and the shower curtain wasn't very clean. The overall smell to the room when you come in is a little moldy. The bedding was clean though and AC worked great. Clean though and AC worked great.

I am very sad to report that I felt that I was staying at a cheap Motel, not a nice Hotel. Upon my arrival, there were several questionable people loitering and lurking around the area. The parking lot was not well lit and very dark. Check-in was okay, although they did neglect to give me the WiFi Password. Upon my entrance to the room, I promptly killed a cockroach. The room itself was very dirty. There were areas on the wall and door that had blood stains in the bathroom. There were blood stains on the wall behind the entry door as well. The bathroom door jamb had a dead fly on it. The toilet seat was loose. The cold water in the sink trickled out. The seat in the room was torn, and badly stained. There also was a handle missing on one of the drawers. The inside of the drawers were stained as well. I will enclose pictures as well of the areas I saw. Upon my check out, I handed the key to the attendant. I was not given a receipt. I am glad that I ask for a receipt, because now, it appears that I was charged twice for the room. When I asked the attendant, he said it was a deposit, and I was only charged for one night. I have the document that states that my total is to be a set amount, that will also be included. I have never had a negative experience staying at La Quinta. This was surprising and shocking to me.

This place was by far run down. The first appearance was druggies were all over the place. Walked in the room definitely outdated and dirty. Not much light and there at all. I guess I can say the only thing good. Was the bed was clean uncomfortable for our one night stay. Check in and out was easy and fast.. Definitely will not be going back there. I posted some pictures to let you all know what it looks like and what to expect if you do go there.

Ended up not staying because of how disgusting the property and room was. There was cigarette butts and trash all over the property. Our room was non smoking and reeked of smoke. The walls were extremely dirty, the lamp shade was stained along with the curtains. Also in a shady area. Definitely would not recommend. The only redeeming feature was the kind staff in the lobby.

Booked it for one night since we being driving for Hours. Well, we didnโ€™t even last 30 minutes in it, and we decided to just go get a real hotel. This place should not be called a hotel, this place should be called a dump. the price was cheap, which I was looking for, to just rest a few hrs, but for F sakes, this wanna be hotel, is the most disgusting place I have ever booked. I will definitely never be booking with this company again. Bugs crawling on the beds, the room smell was horrendous, to the point it got me thinking a homeless individual might smell better, the restrooms is disgusting, the carpet, seems like a murder scene, The smell by the front office is just something else. DO NOT GET THIS PLACE. They advertise the place as clean, but is not. Pictures are deceiving. You will regret it, if you just passing by.

1star is to much! Worst hotel Iโ€™ve ever stayed at. The front door would not lock due to being previously kicked. Lock would not latch. Shower was unusable. Bathroom door had been patched from being punched through. Was not safe at all. When I called to discuss a refund, I was told absolutely not. Stinks because it was a last minute reservation to assist with a family emergency.

Rooms and furnishings are DATED for modern day pricing. The mattresses are DONE. However, the rooms were clean and cozy. Nothing stood out...it was a place to lay our heads and rest. Its also located on shared property with Dennys Diner. Show your a guest at the Inn and get a Discount.

This was horrible but after traveling back and forth it was booked by my mom since we had been traveling for the last few days. We came in the door lock was messed up and almost got trapped in the room and could not lock it. The bathroom had mold growing. If it was not for the fact we could not find the front desk either and almost could not check in. When I told my mom we were charged 50 for a deposit she texted me asking why she was charged 100. We were told it's going to be refunded. So I am written this review to also say I have pictures and checked out a head of the 11 o'clock check out cause the wrote my time down and said I am checked out. At 7.30 am

Disgusting place, filthy inside and out, noisy, high police and security presence. Beds worn out and pillows were plastic or completely flat. AC did not work. More homeless people around the hotel than people staying there. If we were not desperate because of car troubles we would have gone elsewhere. I would have rather slept in my car in a rest area than stay here again. LaQuinta should be ashamed this place is associated with them. Did not feel safe staying here but had no other options as this is the only hotel that was not sold out. Would give 0 stars if I could.

The hotel was dirty, surrounded by homeless people. Asking for money and asking to be able to stay in your room with you. Rooms had no hot water. Holes in the wall. Air conditioners not cleaned. Filters not cleaned. Beds box spring were broken. Got offer to buy drugs. Very unsafe.

Very run down conditions everywhere you look, peeling paint, out of order signs, etc. Even the WiFi was down with no sign of getting fixed for two days, we called and asked. Our room was neat, cool and clean. If that's all you need!! Two tiny pillows on a king sized bed. The chair rail along the whole wall made sitting up in bed to watch TV impossible.

Horrible. Do not stay. Hotel manager doesn't care about my response. Sent a computer generated letter saying sorry. That's it. There were homeless people everywhere. Had one security person who advised us to stay in our room until morning. There was clothes and body liquid and trash in all the stairwells. Disgusting. Tons were below average. DO NOT STAY. SLEEP IN YOUR CAR.

I understand this is a more budget friendly hotel. But for $107 I would think you should have room with at least a roll of toilet paper included in the price. There was no toilet paper and walking around barefoot on the carpet made my feet black and my kids feet black too. It was musty smelling, upon walking in. It was just visually clean. But it was gross upon closer examination, ie: the carpet The only nice thing was the bed. It was comfortable and it was made with hopefully fresh clean sheets. We were in one of their biggest rooms, a king deluxe suite. I have been at la Quintas before and this is by far the worst. Got up super early to just get away and on the road.

There were only a few homeless on the property. There is a huge pot hole at the entrance to the property. Glad I was in an SUV. The room recked of cigarettes smoke, and the outside smelled like pot. Waited 20+ minutes for someone to come out of the back room to check me in. The room and bathroom were dingy. and dirty. There was really good water pressure in the shower. There was no soap or shampoo. There was one sticky bottle of lotion. I was booked for two nights but checked out after the first night. It was pretty quiet, so that was good.

Stopped when we were passing through and got to the hotel at 1am with a reservation. The room was so dirty. As soon as we walked in, it smelled like weed REALLY bad. I called the front desk so we could get a different room and was on hold for over 15 minutes. Hung up so I could just try to rest from a 10 hour drive. Found a finger nail on the floor, there was blood drops on my sheets AND hair by the sink. I called the front desk again and was put on hold AGAIN. Finally, after 20 minutes, someone answered, so I told him about the stinch, and he just said that he would take note so that they didn't charge me for the smoking. Definitely DO NOT recommend.

Carpet has stains went to the bathroom and saw a roach came out of no where the bed sheet has black stains... check out is at 12 pool opens at 11 literally if you stay 1 night you have 0 time to enjoy the pool with your kids and breakfast was a sack lunch deal 1 apple 1 small container of orange juice 1 small chocolate muffin and 1 nature valley bar if you have food allergies to nuts like I do and egg well good luck! Paid here for breakfast price too much for a sack of nothing thought full breakfast with social distance and pool cant enjoy I gave 3 stars for the effort on breakfast better than nothing

The first room they put me in smelled of mold and was actually moldy. The bathroom ceiling was falling apart and appeared to have black mold. The second room they put me in smelled better until the neighbors started smoking pot so much it filled my room. but water shot out all around the fixtures in that bathroom and clearly had significant water damage that someone tried to cover with chaulk. The ceiling in the bathroom of the second room and walls all had bubappeared to have mold and bubbling paint with mold. I had to stay here for my company was paying for it and had the shuttle service from there. Don't stay here unless you want to deal with junkies and like moldy rooms.

This has to be one of the nastiest hotels around. The carpet is so dirty i had to put blankets down so i wasnโ€™t walking in a mess. The bathrooms was dirty with poop stains on the toilet, try the blood on the walls. The staff is very Confrontational, I booked a room with a King bed but when i got there the staff gave the room away. They donโ€™t follow the reservations, so you paying your money for a smaller room with small beds. Never again.

Stayed here due to an emergency trip. Please donโ€™t stay here!!! To even check in was horrible.. so many people having issues from the gate. I was finally able to check in and once in my room, the shower didnโ€™t work. So I had to go back and wait in line for a new room. So many others were waiting for new rooms as some rooms couldnโ€™t even close their doors!! The location itself is horrible. So many people smoking MJ and arguing. You also canโ€™t find decent parking as those living out of the vehicle are taking up reserved parking spaces. The room itself was marked as non-smoking and as soon as I walked in, it reeked of cigarettes and MJ. Again, save yourself the headache and constant worrying about your vehicle, personal items, and safety staying there. Find something better!

Cant give it zero stars I donโ€™t usually write reviews but this place was awful. Stayed there Nov 28 2023. While checking in the clerk said we didnโ€™t have breakfast this morning and probably wont tomorrow. Went to room and keys wouldnโ€™t work but in the process of trying them someone opened the door, they were already checked in that room. The new room was dingy looking and musky. There was no frig, microwave or internet had to use the McDonald across the street. The curtains were so worn they had holes. Looking for ice nothing where the signs were, other side of complex. Dog pooh all over on sidewalks and parking. It appears homeless are hanging out or living there. Did not feel safe, to the point we couldnโ€™t sleep and got up and left at 4:00 am in the morning without a shower since the tub was dirty and fixtures broken and paint peeling above the tub. Disgusting stay away from this hotel. Oh yeah pool not in service.

The ultimate catfish. This is a La Quinta! It should be pretty standard clean fair....this place though.....dirty I mean FILTHY. There was old blood and pee on the back of our bathroom door. There was old food and stains everywhere. The place was in bad repair. There was graffiti on the wall. Pee on the stairs. Definitely a no go.

Worst stay ever! I was booked into a room that was occupied. Then I got a room was between some clowns. Young guys that were noisy all night and morning. Rooms are old and out dated. Not worth the money at all! I strongly recommend that you find another motel if possible? Not a safe place.

Worst experience ever. Room 130 smelled like a litter box and they wouldn't compensate or charge me a leave rate. Don't come here if u plan on actually sleeping. AGM won't even respond to my emails. Spend the extra dollar if you want something worth while. Travel Inn seemed more promising. 0 stars needs to be a rating. The clerks were nice, that's about it

The room was dirty, if you have to stay there please take your slippers. The bathroom was dirty. The continental breakfast is not what they advertise and the floor in dinning room is dirty your shoes make a sticky noise. Their advertisements are not what the building is actally

I've never encountered any issues or problems staying with this hotel chain until today! The front office manager who admitted has no medical training or certification decided that based off a observation of a person's character or appearance was "High as Hell". That person was not on drugs but is autistic and has several other diagnosed disorders. When an attempt was made to calmly educate the manager that she was discriminating him based off his body movements and nervous ticks. She clearly stated that she can refuse service to anyone she wanted. She was screaming at me while doing this totally unprofessional. I did not ask for anything except the person's names involved and when asked why I advised that I would be filing a ADA complaint against the property and management for discrimination and denying accommodations based off no medical training and even after being told of the medical conditions stood by her "high as hell" statement but then attempted to say that I was refusing to pay the $25 per day pet fee knowing that I never objected to paying anything and it was not my responsibility to add additional fees onto the stay. I give this property no stars and a grade of F for having such poorly trained and unprofessional people working directly with guest. Will followup with ADA CLAIM INFO after they complete there investigation.

I've always loved staying here, haven't had any issues with anyone, they have always been helpful when i needed a room without having reservations, because everyone here really do care about their customers. I will always come here, yeah the area isn't the best but if you just mind your own business and just enjoy your stay you will be good. I haven't had any bad issues. Honestly every time I've stayed here its been quiet as well.

Right off the interstate by not loud at all . If you stay more than one day, they don't do room service unless you request it. Beds are comfy , water pressure is great and also gets really hot , if you like it that way. A convenience store and McDonald's is located next door across the street. They have a good breakfast area.

When we first arrived, the ladies at the front were extremely rude. I understand that they were under stress but the way I was spoken to, was unacceptable. Secondly, there was hair all on the sheets and the pillowcases. As we were talking to the housekeeper about it, there were 2 gentlemen standing outside. They said that they were checked into the same room. The housekeeper told us that we had to leave because they were booked. Nothing but problems with this hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Rode hard and put away wet. Service and staff were mediocre. Floors were dirty. Walls were dirty. Drapes were thin, unhealthy looking. We should have checked the room first. We stayed 5 nights and price we paid was not worth what we got. Staff ate breakfast before setting things out for complimentary breakfast. There was a Starbucks near the driveway. Easy access to where we were going did not offset the poor conditions. LOOK AT THE ROOM. Then find another place to stay.
