Wonderful place to stay at. A refreshing change from other stays in Phoenix area. Our room was newly remodeled and the staff super helpful! We would definitely stay here again.

Room was adequate for a one night stay. Definitely not as clean as it could have been. There was womens long black hair all over the bathroom floor and hair in the bathtub. Breakfast is basic. Fresh waffles, bagels, toast, muffins or cereal. No fresh creamer for coffee. Powder creamer only.

Stayed here for an interview in Phoenix and this hotel does the job. It was very clean which is extremely important to me. Check in and out super easy and seamless. Beds are comfortable with a working AC/heat, microwave, fridge, and a TV.

Want to start by saying the room and service is amazing. Seems like it had a recent renovation. Shower and bathroom clean an nice. I have back problems, and I never thought that the bed made me sleep like a baby. Wow!👌 Nice view in the morning, has a fridge inside, desktop, sofa. I really recommend it. Quiet place as well.

Small, but nice. Free breakfast and friendly staff.

I stayed here 6/26/22 for a concert. The room was really hot and humid. Overall the condition of the hotel was ok, not so poor that I would go somewhere else at that point but not good enough that I would stay again. The room looked rather dated, like 10-15 years old if I had to guess. The bathroom was cramped and our bathroom door didn't close all the way. My teen cousin and her boyfriend went to the pool and came running back to the room crying because some random weirdo was watching them in the pool. So maybe not the best location either. The breakfast area in the lobby was full of random boxes and the hotel seemed to be having some kind of renovation. Hopefully it is better now than when I visited.

The only reason I'm giving this a four ( boot a 5) is because there's extensive construction going on. We had a newly renovated room. The room was great the service was great. Unfortunately there is no breakfast at this point in time. And the pool was not clean.

I choose this place because they allow big dogs and had decent reviews. I wish I had chosen somewhere else. We arrived at 1030pm and the front desk person was super nice and helpful. The check in and check out process was super quick and easy which I appreciated. However, the parking lot was run down and the space lines were hard to see. This led to multiple cars being parked in weird angles and taking up multiple spaces. We ended up having to park at the very back of the lot, the furthest away from our room as was possible. Additionally, while the room appeared clean at first glance, the floor had obviously not been vacuumed and was covered in crumbs and dirt. The bed was firm and lumpy at the same time, but the sheets were clean and it was at least free from bugs and dirt. For an overnight stay in the middle of a 36 hour drive, it was passable, however I'd never want to stay here for any more than an 8 hour rest stop.

Room was clean and we were able to get an earlier check in which was extremely helpful. Front desk was very friendly. Lots of work being done on the motel so it was cluttered in the lobby and surrounding property. Great place close to airport for a short one night stay to explore Phoenix.

The bedside lamp had no light bulb. They laid a flat sheet over the mattress I stead of a fitted sheet. There was no blanket at all on the bed. The air conditioning worked great. My husband keeps the room freezing so I use blankets. There was a tissue stuck I. The peep hole of the door. They use plastic grocery bags in the garbage cans. I haven't tried the shower yet so I don't know. No phones in room to call the office.

Manesh the manager is such a nice and helpful guy. This family owned hotel is perfect for budget minded travelers, it sits within walking distance to several food and retail businesses. Has a continental breakfast. Has recently upgraded rooms. We reallly enjoyed our stay there.

Stayed in a 5 star hotel in Chicago a few months ago and this place is better. Front desk is no nonsense- if you need accommodation, they don't demand you follow a strict policy. You need it? You got it. Checkout is walking into the front and saying "bye". The rooms are large, spacious, and full of storage. Every morning the room is cleaned to perfection. My roller derby team LOVED staying here.

In the middle of remodeling so the parking lot is somewhat unusable. New rooms are looking great. Nice location to freeways. Maybe more signage when pulling in? 3 hotels basically share a driveway, which is odd, but 2 have the same colors.

Reservation was easy to do. Checked in early with no problems. Kind of got a little lost finding it as it sits a little behind, but we got there! The gentleman at the desk was friendly. The lobby I beautiful! And the rooms are amazing!

Not a fancy place by any means but sufficient for lodging. I don't usually complain but this stay I ran out of toilet paper. The A/C was also off when I arrived and everything in the room was very warm to the touch. It was not an issue but the bathroom light flickered a few times before comin on.

Its a place to stay close to the airport. 10 min ride. 20 to Scottsdale. 1.5 to Sedona. Not the nicest place ive ever stayed but not the worse. Cleaning staff did a good job. Close to alot of restaurants.

Fist let me start off by saying that the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and nice. However, this location was very rundown and you get what you pay for I guess. There was an old suitcase in the stairwell just laying there...

The office gentleman was great! The room ok. The bed had bedbugs. I tried to reach out to the company and never heard back. I would not stay with the hotel again.

Was a fairly clean and somewhat modern facility nearby the freeway and restaurants. Our bathroom had recently been upgraded and it looked like they were upgrading other rooms as well. The front office staff was very friendly inattentive. The overall value was fair. I would stay here again if in the area.

We went to Phoenix to the Daddy Yankee concert and I had booked a room here that is only about 14 min away from the Footprint Center. I was pleasantly surprised of how clean, comfy, and smelly good the room was. They are renewing the rooms cuz they had lots of materials outside and inside office. The staff was so welcoming. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great place to stay. If there for five months at 100 a day. Mike Patel is a great Manager. Travelodge is my first pick of all the motels in Maricopa and all the surrounding counties. They don't beat down dos and blow the phone up if your late with a payment. These are good people and they respect the customers. I've made to leave for a week. They are remodeling the units All new floating floor tile, mattresses, furniture, sinks phones, and televisions. So in a few days my room will be done. Can't wait to go back there.

The gentleman at the front desk was very professional and pleasant. The room didn't have enough towels it looked clean. I bought my own bleach and Lysol. I wasn't too pleased with the homeless people littering the property. Didn't feel to safe especially with them knocking on my door. I will never stay here. I guess you get what you pay for..too many drug addicts and homeless people around.
