If I could give it no stars I would.. this place is a joke. Terrible neighborhood, terrible management & service. Not only did we not have a remote control for our TV but the channel it was on was in a different language. When i ask mgt about a partial refund they said "We never promised you'd have TV." There's a bunch of suspicious activity & people loitering around. During the day and night, very scary. The inside of the room was nice and clean. Except for the fact that I requested a non-smoking room and it was obvious I got a room that had been smoked in and not just once. DON'T STAY HERE!!!

This place is terrible, cigarette burns in the sheets and they will not give you new ones! No locks on the door, sewage in the bathtub, holes in the ceiling, damage everywhere!!! The evening staff was aware of the sewage and refused a refund! In the morning apon check out when we complained again he was not surprised about our complaints, then asked why we didn't demand our money back in the evening! He took our number although I'm sure we will not be receiving a call!! This place is beyond a hell hole! Sleeping on the streets is a better option! Trust me!!!

I booked in this Slum Lord motel and it was the worst motel experience ever. The room had absolutely no towels or wash clothes, no soap or lotion, they even didnt have no pillow cases on none of the 3 pillows. I called to the office and he said they dont have no more. There are alot of low budget, violent individuals who stay in these rooms and will try to enter your room while you are still in it. I had 2 different people who tried entering my room while I was sleeping, and had to barricade my room door. When I told the property manager about it she totally ignored me because she was afraid to confront the individuals and stayed inside the office. I then called the police to escort me from the facility in which they arrived in 10 mins . and they told me that it has been two murders at this motel within the last 2 weeks, and that they actually come to this motel atleast 15 times a day. Absolutely DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DIE, GET ROBBED, OR BEAT FOR ALL YOUR MOTEL MONEY. There are also no sinks inside the bathroom which is the weirdest thing Ive ever saw, and there are many holes in the walls. And the room smelled like somebody was just smoking weed in my room b4 I entered it. This place should be completely shut down, and it dont even deserve a half of star.

Worst place we have ever seen in all our 10 years of travels. Booked a room last minute due to a change in our route. We literally only lasted an hour in the room and just decided to check out. No joke. Room smelled like smoke really bad. Sketchy area of town. My family and I didn't feel safe at all. If you have a family DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!

Not only is this place a roach motel, but the clerk was totally incompetent. The gave me a key to a room already occupied. Then the next room had a cooler which was torn from the wall. And on top of that I have yet received the unbelievable 50.00 deposit for this sewage hole. If you see this place please keep driving. Negative five stars

Steer clear. I made a reservation for a non smoking room. When I arrived it reeked of smoke & the furniture had burn marks. The tiles in the bathroom were loose and cracked. The carpeted area was lumpy as if it were water damaged. The walls had large holes in them. The television didn't work. When I called the front desk my call was ignored...by 3 associates who had checked me in just minutes earlier. I demanded a refund immediately & got a room at the econo lodge down the road for just $20 more.

No stars for this place, no television just static on one channel, no heating or as, had to wait almost 30 minutes to get checked in and the same with checking out because no one attends the front office. When they finally do show up no one is very nice they just hand you towels and give you a key. While we were checking out the office manager had a problem with some people checking in because I D didn't match and he told them he wasn't able to give them a room because there have been about six prior shootings and stabbings in the last couple months and that it was for their safety. Our hot shower was the only thing that worked. Sheets had a lot of stains and probably bugs like crabs or scabies who knows..gross. our lamp was ripped out of the wall with a big hole in it... don't stay unless you're looking for a cheap bargain deal because that's exactly what you'll get a roof over your head and a bed for $61 including tax

Well, here we are again, two seniors on a cross country roadtrip. Pros: Property is well maintained and very clean. Lobby is large, nicely decorated and has a casual seating area to enjoy. Rooms are spacious. Work area is able to accommodate 2 computers at the same time. Many plugs and USB connections. A casual TV chair is also in the room in addition to work station seating. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom linens were nice and thick/absorbent. Room was quiet. Cons: Property is no where near the interstate for road travelers. In fact it is off "the beaten path" and located at the entrance for the Tucson airport in a group with other hotels. No restaurants are in the vicinity, transportation is needed. Only one elevator was working and from our perception looking at the signage, it looks like one elevator has been out of order for a while. At breakfast, we had the choice of apples, oranges, yoghurt, cereal, cold muffin from the fridge and self made waffles. Meanwhile hot chafing dishes were left empty. Only one juice choice, "we are waiting for our supplies to come in". Would we stay here again? Probably because we are used to driving even though it is not on the interstate. As for the Cons above, we are seasoned travelers and let the water roll off our back. I just wanted to give an honest and complete review

The facilities are nasty and unsanitary. The customer service is the worst I've ever encountered and the environment and atmosphere is full of drugs and horrible people. I will never stay here again.

Located In the eastside of Phoenix close to sky harbor lies the Airport Inn. Lots of renovation is underway, yet that doesnt change alter or deter that which one may find themselves inconveniently placed in uncomfortable borline unforgiveable standards. The way the flow of traffic of persons along active sidewalks/etc is grossly excessive. Drugs and human trafficking play significant life stories amongst the diverse socially networked individuals. A heightened sense of personal insecurity may envelop until you immediately make way to your room. Although in default standards, do not go looking to award any points for quality.

Well, it is a 2 star motel. It is full of humble people trying to get out of homelessness. Which is why we are here for now. But they let us in with a basket of puppies, no questions asked.

The people that are attracted to the airport in are not the people you want to meet on a trip to a new city scandalous and dirty rooms and they wont rent a room to anyone that lives within 30 miles from the motel ????????

This is one of the worst hotels I've visited. Even for the $37 price it was a dump! The only redeeming quality is the lady that works nights. She is helpful, kind & customer oriented, whereas the daytime manager is far from that!

It's affordable the staff is definitely here just for the paycheck. Roaches in the room...but it's the people outside who make me nervous. Like I said it's affordable.

Two stars is being generous. This place was the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. It’s a rent a room I’m 15 minute intervals. This is not the place for anyone who is faint of heart, pregnant, children or any heart condition.

I visited this place last year for the weekend. The first night was fine until the linens got changed. The 2nd night the bed bugs ate us up. The linens were full of microscopic larvae.
