    I had been going there for over 19 years. I missed two appointments in December, one traffic and accidents caused me to be more than 15 minutes late and the second they would not answer their phone and they kicked me out of the practice! The customer service had been degrading for years but stayed with them for consistency and the doctors are good. But after this experience, I will learn that there are good doctors else where and not to put up deteriorating service.

    Staff does not understand the emotional needs of young children. Not allowing for a vaccinated parent to go back with your kid during anethisia is completely unacceptable. My son has endured so much medical trauma from the staff and experiences here it makes me absolutely disgusted. We are talking about 3-4 year old kids here not pre teens but that does not matter to this hospital. Please avoid this place at all costs if you can.

The receptionist just delivered the message, so this review is not about their customer service. I successfully scheduled an appointment but then the pediatrician canceled because, even though our twins were born in Phoenix, we live out of state and are just here temporarily. The receptionist was clearly forced by the pediatrician to leave me a message explaining it's because they want "consistent" patients. Good luck with that when your word means nothing and your business suffers as a result.

    We had a balance on one of my three children’s accounts and after being a patient for 17 years they said they can’t schedule any of my kids (I even tried to pay the balance). This is truly unfortunate because a dr/client relationship is huge, my children trusted their drs (Dr Kaye & Dr Lednicky) I felt confident in their diagnosis with my children. I just am saddened that a family who grew up in your practice can be eliminated like nothing!!

    If you enjoy waiting on hold for over 15 minutes, this is the place for you. If you enjoy repeatedly hearing an outgoing message about how important your call is and how important customer service is to them while never getting your call answered and actually never receiving any customer service, give them a call. I'm guessing that typically parents are calling to schedule an appointment for a concern they have about their child. To me that's extremely important and warrants picking up the phone and answering the call. It's really the very first step of customer service. What comes after that? I don't know, I can't get anyone to answer my call to make an appointment.

    Dr. Miles and Dr. Kaye are amazing. Staff is wonderful and very kind with the children. They make you feel comfortable there and show that they do care about your children. My children have bee going here for over 11 years. Clean office and rooms. Referral staff not so on top of things. When they mess up. They take no responsibility and don't bother to fix the mistake. They just make you wait longer for your child to see a specialist. Overall, I wouldn't choose a different doctor staff. They have me walking out feeling like I got my answers I needed and my child was well taken care of. I guess you gotta pick and choose your do's and dont's.

    We came to Phoenix Children's Center when we moved to Phoenix in 2000. At the time my kids were 1 and 4 (they are now 16 and 13). We have seen every doctor, nurse and front office staff member that has ever worked there and I have nothing but good things to say! We have always been treated with kindness and respect. I have always felt my children were attended to with caring and patience. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!

    We always have a great experience here and I trust the doctors - they are very knowledgeable and smart. The front desk staff and MA's are always very professional and kind. We respect the amazing service that our doctors, nurses, and staff provide to the public and understand how critical it is for patients to arrive on time or else it will negatively impact all of the other patients who are scheduled for that day.

    My husband and I really wanted to check out this office because it is the closest to us. We had no problem making the appointment for doctor interview at 7:30 a.m., to meet the doctor and promptly showed up at the time of the appointment just to find out that the doctor was not there. In a brief conversation where we stated that we are going to wait until doctor shows up, we were told that we can't meet with doctor regardless of the appointment. Before we could even react office manager Marry Summers informed us that we cannot talked with other doctors, and what we were told is not true. I have to emphasize that Mary Summers was not nice, apologetic, and empathetic about our situation at all. She just wanted us out of the office. I know that everybody has a bad morning, but she was letting it shine. Mary continued with this; You were informed wrong, and what I am telling you is how it is; You don't need anybody’s name but mine; Other people choose the doctor by reading the bio online; This is my office policy.......on and on and on Mary continued to cut us, and see us on the way out. Maybe those doctors in the office are nice, but why would I bother going through this office representation when even the doctor were not there for their appointment, and I would not see them even if I would wait..... To all of you that still wish to try this office, I really wish you good luck.

    The staff is ALWAYS amazing. My kids (5 & 3) don't fear going to the doctor. They always answer our questions and involve us in decisions.

    Good luck trying to get ahold of them. They absolutely are the worst when needing to speak with someone. They never answer! Will definitely be looking for another pediatrician.

    I been taking my kids here for the past 9 years. The assistants are great. Both Dr's are thorough and take their time to answer questions and concerns.
