Went to seek mental healthcare. The office could never refill a prescription, and any mental health medication I was prescribed, I would end up having to withdrawal from; further experiencing INTENSE WITHDRAWAL SYMPTOMS. Then, I went to make an appointment with my provider and apparently she no longer works there. No one ever informed me of the doctor leaving, and I am now left with NO care. Would you want to be a patient here? I’m only sharing my review to help others avoid receiving the care that I have.

I have been a patient of Dr. Moore for over a year and today was my last appointment with her. I don't have to tell anyone that being a mental health patient is no ones idea of fun. Dr. Moore was the first Dr. that made me feel comfortable with the whole situation. She definitely helped me get where I am at today. I've been sober for over a year, stayed on my meds and I'm finally I got a a good place. I'm going to miss you Doc! Thank you for everything and I wish you the best on the "New Chapters" and opportunities in your future! 😁🤘😁🤘

I am always looking forward to seeing my provider when I have an appointment. They always tend to treat me like a friend rather than a medical chart. I also feel like I'm being heard and understood and that what I am saying matters instead of being ignored. I would recommend this practice to anyone that wants what they say to matter in their health care needs.

I was set up at Bayless by my insurance (BCBS of Arizona) to help get a handle on my anxiety. Had a couple of sessions with Dr Jarrett. She was very nice and pleasant to interact with, when someone actually decided to connect via telehealth (I was stood up twice with them just not showing up) I was told on more than one occasion that my insurance was taking care of the bill. She asked me questions and I answered on a sliding scale like most places. She put me on an antihistamine to help with the anxiety. Ended care with them and I received a bill for $543. Bayless told me they were going to have my bill reviewed and I wouldn’t receive anything more from them until I received a response about the results of my bill being under review. I received another bill, I called to ask about it and reached a fellow by the name Alex. His words were “They only put a hold on it for a limited number of days. Even though it’s still under review, I need you to pay it or go to collections” When I asked how they can send it to collections while it was under review, he became pretty annoyed. He then became condescending and rude. I don’t see the point in paying a $543 bill while my old insurance and Bayless are figuring out why it was denied when I was told it wouldn’t be. I’m equally annoyed by BCBS, but they have at least been nice after being on hold for over 3 hours and transferred to 4 different people. Bayless not so much. I wouldn’t recommend Bayless to stranger, let alone someone that I know.

I called last week to make an appointment as a new patient. Today was my intake and it went by pretty quick. I got my paperwork to fill out and I was called back within 10 minutes. I’m hopeful this place will be more helpful and consistent than Southwest Behavioral! Everyone I’ve met today, including the women at the front desk, were very friendly and professional! Thank you for making my first visit here great!

My friends and I have been coming to Bayless for the last 2-3 years since early 2020 and we absolutely love our Doctor (who no longer practices at Bayless) but the patient portal straight up DOES NOT WORK and management DOES NOT CARE. Messages sent through the portal DO NOT SHOW UP under 'Sent' and nobody follows up on anything. Imagine trying to change the pharmacy you use and the office staff at Bayless sends your script to EVERY. SINGLE. PHARMACY. YOU HAVE USED. IN THE PAST 3 YEARS... It's atrocious. Imagine trying to get treatment for your behavioral/mental health and getting gaslit by the very website you use to talk to your Doctor - It's a joke! Finally, we get an actual response here on Google Maps saying "Thank you for the feedback. We take your concern seriously and have escalated your concern to our management team for review." Only for us to receive a letter from Bayless by certified mail saying we were being dropped and we will no longer be a patient at Bayless moving forward. HILARIOUS! They "value your feedback" enough to kick you to the curb when you have legitimate concerns when you are paying for treatment but not receiving said treatment. Bayless is a great example of people who genuinely do not care about their patients and whether or not they are receiving the care they need. This is why the Vice President of Psychiatry left: because they were a genuinely pure human being who cared about their patients and they couldn't stand to remain with Bayless while they took advantage of people who were looking for help. Bayless is a great reminder that if you have any feedback or concerns about the medical care you're being given, you're better off just moving to another country because the only thing doctors here care about is what kind of sports car they're gonna drive to their job where they ignore their patients and drop the ones who complain about the poor service.

The two members of staff that I've been working with are Kelly Norris and Amanda Bernal. They have both been amazing working with me, I'm a different kind of person, but they worked with me thru it all and works recommend them to any person that has had a hard time with other providers. Kelly is retired but they are both awesome 5 stars

I've been with them for about 5 months now, and they have always been patient, kind, and overall making sure you're ok. I highly recommend checking out Bayless and talking with one of their amazing psychiatrists/therapists for whenever you need somebody to talk to.

I have been very impressed with Bayless because they were wise enough to hire Jamie Moore. I do not open up easily and am very cautious when it comes to opeining up to providers; however, Jamie made it effortless. She put me at ease which enabled me to share openly and honestly. She knows her stuff! She is brilliant and down to earth-two qualities that seem hard to find these days. She has helped me so much-I have nothing but positive things to say about her.

Service has improved greatly since the pandemic. My therapist is resourceful, reliable and very helpful. I've noticed more interaction from the company as well now. I see Helen Mckenzie & she is compassionate yet very encouraging on continuing my path.

I was treated with respect and Mercy. I was evaluated, medicated and assigned a counselor in one week from when I asked for help. It was nice to be taken seriously and treated accordingly. The medicine I was given and currently take has made a world of difference in my life and outlook and it has only been 30 days since I started treatment.

I've been with Bayless since April '22. Between medical and psychiatric appointments I'm seen 3 times a month and have NOT had one negative experience. Their thouroness, professionalism, and level of care have really made all the difference in my life. I'm grateful to all the staff and doctors for their consistent support!

Therapy has been awesome and I am looking forward to my next session. Whitney Hess has been a very good match for me. I enjoy her feed back and suggestions she gives me. I have only had 3 sessions so far but, she has made a very big difference in my healing to recovery sessions. Awesome customer service experience and DeNova/firmly known as Bayless takes care of you right away and services after your intake is right away. So, my whole experience has been incredibly amazing.

Tiffany is the best…she is a good listener & easy to talk to…it gives me the feeling I can trust her which I do. Very positive person… I’m glad I was able to connect with Bayless healthcare and to have Tiffany as my Doctor. Thanks again Cliff David.

I’ve had a superb experience with DENOVA health services since meeting with the team early November and continue to meet regularly to discuss my health issues. Emma Olsen has been wonderful to work with and look forward to seeing her on our next session.

I have been going to this Doctors office for almost a year now I have been seeing Dr. Renada Whitlock, and I have nothing but good things to say about her and her staff. She has addressed every issue I have And has listened to an answered all my questions. I give great praises to Dr Whitlock and her staff. Thank you so much for all you have done for me..

really irritating that each month I may not now if my prescription orders will go through. I understand the adderall shortage, but it hasn't been very consistent getting meds each month. I'm currently out of my SNRI which I'm told is not okay to just skip, but here we are. My pharmacy is still waiting on Denova to pass along info. Takes at least two days to get this done each time. Super frustrating.

Avoid if you actually want help. Their chat option either says use during business hours, during business hours. Or it doesn't work at all. You can send an email, but it is NEVER responded to. When you call in you can never guarantee it was done. Ive scheduled appts only to find the rep never made it. The dr assistants either dont call you back at all or they wait days to do it. No matter how much you mention these things nothing changes. They dont even act shocked that it happens anymore. I'm looking for a new dr, therapist, case manager, and psych dr.

I had such a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE, during my FIRST, IN-PERSON, Mental Health appointment, here on Wednesday, July 12th, 2023, with my AMAZING FEMALE PSYCHIATRIST, ANGELA THOMAS!!! 😌❤ THANK YOU SO MUCH to the front desk staff, to my nurse, and to Angela Thomas, for being SO UNDERSTANDING, when I called Bayless Integrated Healthcare Bella Vista's office, to explain that I was running behind schedule! 📱❤ My FAVORITE PART of my appointment, was at the end of my appointment, after I came out of their restroom, when my AMAZING PSYCHIATRIST, ANGELA THOMAS, GAVE ME A VERY COMFORTING HUG "Goodbye!" 🤗😌❤❤💚 THANK YOU SO MUCH, FOR GIVING ME A HUG, ANGELA THOMAS!!! That was SO KIND OF YOU, MY AMAZING NEW FRIEND!!! 🤗❤ REMEMBER, YOUR MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS, EVERYONE!!!! 😌❤❤❤💚 ❤ Reina Coleman. 👑✨❤💚 (Buckeye, Arizona. 🌵☀🇺🇸) .

My psychiatrist is great. She’s understanding and works with me on my medication preferences. My therapist was great too. I wish my insurance at my new job covered my existing therapist. Even though I can’t go to anymore sessions with her, the stuff we worked on has been consistently helpful this past year.

It may take a while but there's a therapist, psychologist, or nurse practitioner for you. Try and and don't be afraid to advocate for yourself until you get what you need. They may have a little higher than average turnover but again keep at it and you'll find d what you need. Has helped me immeasurably. God bless em

Dealing with a family member on Substance Abuse drove me to seek counseling with Bayless Integrated Healthcare, which turned out to be the best decision ever. I have a great therapist, love him to pieces.

Do not use them. My husband did an annual well check, instead of doing it as an annual heath check they charge it as a regular visit, and then told us to go back for a wellness revisit. So they can charge us/insurance twice. FYI We are in our 30s have no health issue. What a scam.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! An absolute nightmare. They could not care less about you. This is the kind of joke medicine where they want to get you in and out ASAP and take your money. My blood test results were mishandled and kept at the wrong temperature. They took 13 days to provide me with results.. when they did the results were WRONG and gave me EXTREME anxiety. You'll never get ahold of your doctor on the phone, you'll have to PAY for another meeting to speak to them. They give referrals out when it's not needed which leads me to think they get paid for that too!

I’ve been doing therapy with Bayless for awhile now, and have made tremendous progress. When I first came in, I had little self-awareness of my mental health, and have since uncovered what was driving my behavior and learned strategies to help me become a more integrated human. I would recommend therapy with Bayless to anyone looking to better their mental health!

Bayless should be your first and last search for competent mental health services in Arizona! I hope I don’t get in trouble for mentioning names, but I have to shout out Gina and Nicole. They are by far the two of the most professional healthcare providers I have ever worked with in my life. 10X STARS ALL DAY!

Bayless is a fantastic group. I have been a patient with Mani Maregusan for 2 years and have always enjoyed my visits. I also had the pleasure of working with Cerise Hill as my therapist. The entire staff is always friendly, attentive and treat you like they actually care 🥰

Dr. Jaime Moore with Bayless Integrated is an amazing physician. She listens to my concerns and acts accordingly. Most Drs. in my experience think they know what is best for without taking my concerns into consideration. Jamie Moore is someone I would highly recommend to anyone. She has literally changed my life.
