I
am
first,
very
grateful
for
the
USO
and
the
generosity
of
its
volunteers.
If
rankings
and
reviews
must
be
made
though,
they
require
a
critical
eye
rather
than
a
grateful
one.
The
Staff,
like
so
many,
is
just
wonderful.
I
have
visited
twice
and
both
times
it
was
with
a
staff
that
genuinely
cared
and
looked
out
for
us.
I
slept
hard
during
my
first
visit
but
because
I
wake
to
another's
presence,
knew
they
checked
on
me
often
to
make
sure
I
was
OK.
The
facilities
is
where
opportunity
for
improvement
exists.
A
smaller
footprint
they
do
use
the
space
well
and
It's
impossible
to
beat
the
Philadelphia
USO
but
having
an
open
ceiling
so
the
folks
on
the
escalator
can
look
into
the
USO
is
kind
unique
and
possibly
a
safety
hazard
as
it's
before
security.
The
chairs
are
unique
and
do
recline
some,
but
to
truly
sleep,
if
you
are
on
a
marathon
cross
country
trip
booked
only
the
way
our
kond
Uncle
can
plan
travel,
would
be
a
challenge.
A
small
shower
enabled
restroom,
like
the
LAX
USO,
would
be
nice
since
only
Phoenix
in
July
can
make
you
sweat
like
Phoenix
in
July.
Finally
signage,
as
within
the
airport
it
is
sparse,
would
be
helpful
to
locate
the
USO.
Surprisingly
several
airport
employees
had
no
idea
where
the
USO
was,
even
when
I
had
gotten
to
the
second
level,
so
some
better
outreach
to
airport
employees
may
also
be
beneficial.
Other
than
that
the
USO
is
great
and
the
warmth
and
kindness
they
give
to
traveling
servicemembers
is
beyond
description.
