I needed to get a drug test and physical. I waited over 4 hours in the waiting room. When I finally got called into a room I waited another 2 hours before I was told that the doctor needed to leave and if I wanted to wait around for another doctor to come in when the other doctor showed up the exam took about 15 min then I was done. They are way under staffed and didn’t seem to care at all how long I waited. To be honest it wasn’t even busy I was very disappointed about the whole visit and hope that I will never need to go back.

Oh my, I was there 5 and half hrs for a DOT Physical. I have been getting DOT Physicals for the past 20yrs. This visit at this office by far was the longest ever! Then when I popped my head out of the patient room I was in, to ask "how much longer" a man standing at the counter said "would you like to reschedule" I said Really. After 5hrs, that is your response? Um No I don't want to reschedule. I want to get this over with promptly. Disappointed.

If I could give them fewer stars I would. The front staff was rude. I was told it would be two hours minimum before my drug test would be done. I had come from the airport so I could get the drug test before I started work. 2 hours?!? I had another flight to catch. The lobby was disturbing dirty for a medical facility and everything was dated and worn. I didn’t even want to sit down. I waited 70 min for the drug test and then had to wait 45 min for an Uber so I got back to the airport stressed harassed and emotionally exhausted. Avoid this company at all costs.

Recently after about an hour of waiting in the lobby for a mask fit test, when I was finally taken back it still took an hour and a half of me waiting in the patient room before I was even acknowledged. The staff were very rude besides one nurse, the lobby attendants had major attitude issues the entire time. Overall the visit took about a ridiculously long 3 hours for a very simple test and honestly that’s not even the worst experience I’ve had here 😂 I was sent to this one specifically by my company but the last time I went willingly for a burn treatment during the afterhours of the night, there was a doctor that was very clearly under the influence and I had to request another doctor in order to feel like I was being properly taken care of.

First I was there for over 4.5 hours for just a drug test then finally went to the back and system was extremely slow staff couldn't print my physical exam paper copy due to system not loading. Completely under staffed. Staff that was there were extremely nice but there is no reason why you should be in there for over 4.5 hours for a pre employment screening. Only 1 Doctor and 1 assistant in the back for a full lobby. HIRE PEOPLE!!!!!

My appointment was scheduled at 9 am. I arrived at 8 am in preparation to fill out new patient paperwork. I still have not been seen by a provider now that it is 12pm. On top of that, the agency that is requiring this visit sent a lab kit that was signed for at the front desk and was somehow misplaced. So now I am 4 hours into this physical exam appointment writing this review. I now have to reschedule another visit for lab work, and continue to wait to be seen. I feel like most of these mistakes could have been avoided by the medical center with a little organization.

The wait time is my only complaint but that is also understandable when you're short staffed, the front staff is very nice and have patience when patients complain about the time. I work in medical field so I understand that. Physical therapy staff was awesome and so were the doctors.

I came just after 6 am and I didn’t get Into the back until 8 am. All I was doing was a drug test and physical. When I arrived I was the only person in the waiting room. I then was left in the waiting room for 15 min after the doctor did his literal 3 minute physical to wait for paperwork from the nurse. Becoming impatient and wanting to leave I opened the door and caught the nurse shopping on Amazon on her computer!!! I immediately left without any paperwork and will never return here. It was the obese nurse with the massive fake eye lashes. She should be fired!

I arrived after 9:30 PM for a job required physical. Overall, they were pretty quick, efficient and pleasant. The lobby/waiting area was surprisingly a mess. Trashcan was overflowing food wrappers and empty water bottles were all over.

Went there a few times for a drug test. The wait is a little long but it's always busy which is understandable. I just play on my phone to past the time. The staff us great and east going and they get you in and out when your called

The service and staff members were very friendly and caring towards me. Everything was pretty great all around except for the wait time. If the wait time was at least cut in half, it would be THE perfect place to go.

I have been using Concentra for the last 15 years. I have always had a positive experience. The staff at Concentra has always been very professional, courteous and always helpful. The Concentra locations are ALWAYS clean, so you never have to worry about other customers stuff. As long as I am a Driver, I will ALWAYS use Concentra Medical Centers.

They had multiple people scheduled for 1 pm which is when the office opens, and unlocks their doors, making you wait in your car and check in at 1 or later. Then the Dr, who each of us was seeing, didn’t return back from his lunch till 1:30. After meeting him at about 1:45, he determined I “was just prone to tendon injuries” and the solution would be to quit my job. Then he released me from care. Would give zero stars if I could.

My experience wasn't the worse. The wait time is the most frustrating. The staff is pleasant. The doctor was very nice and apologetic. So 4 out of 5

This location completed my DOT physical/medical exam four years ago for Class A trucking then again recently for UPS driving. I had a great experience both times and all of the staff I interacted with and the doctor were great. Thank you! Pro tip for anyone looking to get their DOT physical, they do them 24/7 here and you'll have a very short wait if you come in later at night.

Visited Concentra to complete a drug test for work during my night shift. Overall the process was fairly quick. Facility was clean and they provided free water.

It was a good experience except for the person conducting the test, she was new and inexperienced. She showed me the bottle the had a label on it with a black line and then told me to fill it to the line. I did exactly what she told me to do and then said that I didn't fill it enough and was frustrated with me and put me in a room with 3 small bottles of water and said to stay there until you drink it all and closed the door. The management should make sure that people are properly trained before leaving them to learn the hard way.

The front office ladies were amazing and great help. The only thing you can approve on is your drug testing. I used to do drug testing and we turn and burn 60-80 people per hour. There were only 2 of us drug testing. I felt waiting over 45 min for 3-4 people was way to long.

Dr Lisa Fuller was clearly upset when I asked questions pertaining to my situation...she had her nurse test my vision and had me cover my only eye and try to read the eye chart knowing that I only have one eye. It took 3 hrs and still did not complete my fitness for duty exam. Dr Fuller is requiring further testing of my eye even though her part of the test says I must have two eyes, which I do not. This doctor is wasting everyone's time and money. Dr Fuller is rude and unprofessional to say the least! Zero stars!

Hi. I was at Concentra for a UA required by work. The facility was clean. The staff was great. All very professional, knowledgeable and organized. My only objection was the time it took. I waited an hour to pee in a cup. I felt that was somewhat long. All and all though I had a positive experience at Concentra. I originally posted a "6" that should be an "8". Thank you.

The entrance was well lit and the intake line was short with water bottles provided. The intake Nurse had the brightest smile and was very patient with hearing my needs and relaying the needed info. There was plenty of space to relax or even watch a tv show until your name was called. The nurse that took my stats and vitals had a grand bed side manner that would get results at will. And the NP that provided the best complete DOT physical provided a wealth of knowledge to add to my daily routines and to increase prevention. Extremely impressed with my service.

Came here around 2pm for a DOT physical. Waiting room had a handful of people, sure didn't look busy. About 2.5 hours of waiting for 30 mins worth of "work" (the physical) just to have them tell me I need to have a form signed by my regular doctor and come back and do it all over again. Over 3 hours total spent there for nothing, and I can't make an actual appointment for this to avoid the same type of wait on my repeat visit. Would it really be so hard to have someone review the info I provided when I got there and say "hey, you're gonna need to get this form signed and come back"? Unbelievably rude staff on my return visit tells me I didn't just need to get the form signed, I also need to get my medical records AND a new authorization ID. Another thing you'd think they could have mentioned last time. I have no idea if their other locations are any better, but I know I'm gonna find out. Hell will freeze over before I go back to this one.

Went in for an employment drug screening as well as a DOT physical. Process was easy and had no problems with the test. I feel the personnel could have been better at explaining the instructions of the drug screening as I have noticed each place has different rules. I also feel the employees were annoyed, could’ve been just a bad day though. Otherwise the doctor that saw me for my physical was very nice and the process went very well. Overall I wouldn’t mind coming back here for another drug screen/physical!

I had a workmans comp visit and the initial first visit went fast and they were nice but I had to come back two days later for a check up and an X-ray. They had me schedule an appointment which is normally a good thing since they’re a 24 hr urgent care. Boy was I wrong. That 1230pm appointment was a waiting room nightmare. I didn’t get out of there until 330pm! To have me schedule an appointment in order to get an X-ray makes sense. But to have me waiting so the walk-ins would still be going in ahead of me is ridiculous. Thank good I’m done with that place.

The doctors and care are great! My file was miss placed upon check out and after waiting 1 hour the front desk woman just brushed me off and told me to sit down. I told her I was leaving that I had waited an hour and did not have time to continue to wait. I was having too much pain from my back injury. I felt completely dismissed by this person. My doctor only had to update the amount of weight I could handle for my work restrictions and add notes from the check up I was there for. No issues whatsoever. I am positive that the doctor did not take 1 hour to handle this when she had told me she was handling that right then and I would be able to check out in about 10 minutes from the end of my visit. How do you not realize that a patient, who has been waiting to check out for an hour and you still do not have their chart to check them out, is not just something to brush off that it is something you need to check into? Like where did their chart go? What is the hold up? Complete lack of concern and customer service.

The staff were helpful and friendly. I just had to get a TB Skin test for work and they kept me updated on when I will be seen. When I returned 2 days later, it was faster to have the results read, and we were laughing at jokes together that I told. Thank you for being awesome!

The service was pretty good. I only had to wait for a little while to be seen. The nurse's and the Dr's were polite and quick with the treatment of my injury. I was a bit disappointed in the discharge part of my visit. Both visits, I maybe spend 30 to 40 minutes sitting in a chair waiting for my paperwork to come from the back to be released.

I went in for a pre-employment drug screen and was in and out in 35 minutes without an appointment. However, the waiting room was full of people who didn't have an appointment for whatever it was they were there for, and one lady was told it could be up to a 4-hour wait. She said she lived 70 miles away. Wow! Another man was told it would be 2 hours before he could be seen and he had an appointment. Another wow! This was a central location so people were coming a long way. They need to work on logistics all around!

Two stars, one for cleanliness and the second because the staff were so professional. I was not allowed to make an appointment as this place is walk in only. As a result I waist 3.5 hours of my day waiting to do a few tests that should have taken 30 minutes to do. I will only use this place because I'm required to by my employer. Would not recommend because they are far from efficient.

My experience at Concentra was a quick and efficient experience with knowledgeable and beautiful women. Not often do I look forward to my next visit and hopefully my next visit isn't for a long time. I went in for an a DOT physical and was there for just over an hour. Sounds like it was a long time but considering it was a full Lobby I feel like that was a pretty quick experience.

Staff was very friendly and polite. Even though there were quite a few people there for a urinalysis they made me feel like I was their first customer of the day. Their genuine positive attitudes made missing the Super Bowl much more bearable. Thanks.

Staff was professional and courteous, thank you! I am extremely impressed with the level of compassion and time spent in making sure everything was done properly. This place surely exemplifies customer service! I thank the first point of contact and the staff member who conducted the drug screen and pre-physical. As a side note for the top dogs of Concentra, the physical performed by male at the end was a joke, and as I was leaving a staff member was eating Jack in the Box tacos up front. As a person who just wants others to be respectful of their job and for others around, it just wasn't a good look, and I thought you'd like to know. The physical with male at end lasted about two minutes. If you'd like a detailed version of what he did, I'd love to share, because it seemed pointless.

Overall I had a good experience at the Concentra Medical Center at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. The wait time was longer than I had anticipated (about 1hr 15min) but that's just a function of very high patient volume, most of it Walk-In visits. They seemed to move the patients through the process very efficiently. The front office representative was very friendly and polite, and explained everything quite thoroughly. Once I was brought back for my test, the lab tech was very professional and efficient. I'll go back there again.

Would give zero stars if it allowed. Very disappointing. I started a new job and just had to do a simple drug test. When I walked into the lobby there was only 2 patients and I thought to myself “SCORE! This is going to be a quick trip.” Boy was I WRONG. An hour had passed and patients came and went; I walked to front desk and asked if there was anything wrong with my paperwork since I submitted it an hour ago. The receptionist sharply answered no. I then mentioned again I’d been there for an hour and really needed to use the restroom. She again commented rudely “your chart is in the back.” I asked if she could check. Turns out no one had my chart it was missed. She came filled with the attitude of teenage girl, huffing, puffing, rolling her eyes and smacking her teeth. “They’ll call you back in a sec,” she said. They called me back within 20 seconds of her comment. I was in the back a total of maybe 5 mins. So if your employer sends you this location definitely ask if there is a different location you can to. The staff was very dismissive, did not own a mistake they made, and gave SO much attitude to every patient that walked through the door. This is not health CARE.

Hurt my foot at work. How to use concentrate. Use concentrate. My follow up appointment was at 9:30am. Arrived 9am, i like to be early. I was not taken to an exam room until 11 o'clock. Didn't see a doctor until 12. Don't know if it was under staffing or overbooking.

So I had an appointment to see a hand specialist at the Concentra at sky harbor the directions I would give him were very easy to find the building it was a very clean and pretty building very well maintained. When I went inside I was immediately helped by someone at the desk giving some paperwork to fill out and before it could even finish my paperwork I was led back to an examination room. Where my vitals were taken and I had a few minutes to wait for the doctor and finish my paperwork I saw the doctor and was scheduled for a test and an upcoming time and date all in all I had a very positive experience at the Concentra at sky harbor

The made an appointment with me to review my labs. I went at the appointed time. They checked me in and had me there for 2 hours. Only to tell me that they never received my lab results back and I would have to make ANOTHER appointment to go over the labs. It would have been nice for them to call me and let me know the labs were not there before I went to my appointment

Personnel is adequate and knowledge is present. Waiting time is a completely different story.It took six hours to complete visit. Definitely needs some improvement. Thank you very much for this opportunity to publicly express my experience!!

I went to get a DOT physical unfortunately due to my work schedule i had to go at 2am. BUT I am beyond thankful and impressed with the staff here. The nurses at the front desk were polite, punctual and very welcoming. The nurse Shelly who took my vitals made this process very smooth and super nice! I will definitely come back here next time. 10 out of 10 Thank you Concentra team And a special Thanks to nurse Shelly you're AWESOME!!!

I was greeted in such a friendly manner. Service time was great despite the fact there were a few people ahead of me. Jennifer, NP was awesome. She explained everything to.l me and also.gave me some alternative things I could try outside of traditional healthcare to help with my health issue. It was a great visit.

It was a very easy experience. There was a friendly checkin. The receptionist explained what I needed. Filled out the paperwork. There was a short wait. Once I saw the nurse, she took care of my situation. I left without any issues. I would say as long as you have all your stuff together it should be a pretty quick in and out. What a friendly staff.

The sign in and front desk processing went quickly so I thought I'd be in and out for an employment drug screening. I waited an hour to be seen, and would have waited longer if I hadn't said I was leaving. The front desk Team members were very friendly and efficient, the technician that tested me was professional and quickly got me out the door. Don't understand the long wait!!

I sustained an injury at work, my supervisor and colleagues requested I go to Concentra for evaluation and treatment. So happy I did. Concentra Medical Center on Sky Harbor Blvd. in Phoenix provided me with excellent patient care service. I was seen by the medical staff shortly after arriving. I was seen by the doctor within 30-45 minutes. My wait time was minimal. I recommend Concentra very highly.
