I've had a great experience with the office until now. Had to get my 13 month old tested for covid because dad had been sick and still after 5 days we have no results and they couldn't tell me when it was sent in. Makes me feel like the test was lost and now I'm having to deal with a sick child because they can't rule out covid until the results come back then they can give an antibiotic if it isn't covid. Pretty sad that dad and I can get tested after her and get results before her.

THEY WERE VERY NICE AND EVEN FAST TO SEE NEW PATIENT. I WAS GETTING A YEARLY CHECK UP. THE NURSE COMES IN LOOKS AT MT DAUGHTER ASKED SOME QUESTIONS AND SAID EVERY THING LOOKS GOOD. THEN I TELL THEM I DO NOT VACCINATE MY KIDS NURSE DID NOT MAKE BIG DEAL OF I BECAUSE ITS NOT. THEN I SAID I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE APPOINTMENT FOR ME AND MAYBE GET HER WOODWORK DONE. NURSE THEN ASKED IF I PLAN TO VACCINATE FOR SCHOOL AND I SAID NO THEY PRETTY MUCH TOLD ME WE DO TREAT KID THAT ARE NO VACCINATED. AND TO FIND NEW DOCTOR 1 THIS IS DISCRIMINATION 2- ARIZONA DOES NOT REQUIRE VACCINATION FOR KIDS AND 3 THIS IS THE BIG ONE PEOPLE ALL VACCINATIONS HAVE MRC-5 IN THEM THESE ARE ABORTED FETAL CELLS AND OTHER DNA. PLUS AND THE CDC OWN 20 VACCINATION PATTON AND PROFITS 4 BILLION A YEAR. THAT MONEY TRICKLES ALL WAY DOWN THE LINE YOU SHOULD PUT BIG SIGN THAT SAID VACCINATED AND SHEEP ONLY. HOPE THIS SAVE SOME PEOPLE TIME AND POSSIBLY YOUR LIFE

Absolutely love Dr. Irwin. He really knows his stuff from patient care to parent education and communication. Even though we drive 45 min to see him, I couldn’t imagine taking our baby to anyone else. I’ve never had a problem getting baby in for an appointment, even if it is last minute. Also, the front office staff is so welcoming and their nurse line is so helpful especially at 3am and baby has a 103 fever. Thanks guys!

I love this drs office for my 4 little girls they have always been very accommodating and helpful. I have never had any problems here and can easily set up appts. I absolutely love Dr Kennedy she is the best pediatric doctor I have ever met and I have been through quite a few. I found this office after my second child being born and needing to find a pcp for her after moving and my Obgyn suggested it for me and I’m so happy that we found them!

Do not take your children to this location. I have had several problems with them seeing both of my children going here. I highly suggest that you find another pediatric office. They are not caring they are not understanding, and they are not kind. I have gotten hung up on. I have been disrespected, and my children have been neglected while severely sick. They’re unprofessional and inadequate. I would never suggest this office to any parent who actually cares about their child and their health and well-being. sadly I honestly feel like the neglect towards my family is due to our race and ethnicity.

We were seen by Stacey today. She is such a great provider. I would recommend her and kitty to everyone. ❤

Inside of the clinic reminds me of aesthetic from my childhood growing up late 90’s-2000’s. Despite the semi vintage feel, the quality of care we received far outweighed any other clinic we’ve been to for our daughter. Felt good to bring my child to someplace I feel my parents would have brought me for good care.

Love the Dr's and the office. But there scheduling system is ridiculous! If your kid is sick you MUST call at 8a.m... wait on hold or get a busy signal, and call back IMMEDIATELY cause it's like trying to call into a radio station for tickets! Then if you don't speak quick enough the appointment time they are asking about is gone befor you answer?!? Still not sure how that one works but, the overall concern is that you should be able to set up an appointment by calling the night before.

My now 14 year old will only go to this dr. He has been seeing her since he was born I now have 3 kids and they see all my kiddos. I love this dr office they care about our kids. They do not always give me the answers I want but they give me what I need for my children. They do not wait they make sure to get what is needed for our kids at a fast rate. So you will not regret coming here.

I really respect their COVID precautions to keep kids safe! They have always been very kind, prompt, and helpful. I love all of the providers we have seen so far. No complaints!

When your child is sick, they refuse to schedule them. They only schedule same day- which as a busy, working mother, is not feasible. (Yet somehow if it’s a wellness visit then it’s magically ok to book out?) Also, their doctors are not cohesive. They all say different things, which leaves you just wondering which is correct and having to Google or trust your gut.

Have been going here for years. I am so happy to have found this office. Kitty is incredible! We just saw Pam yesterday for the first time and she was also amazing!!

We love seeing dr Kennedy for our baby girls. She takes good care of the girls and is very caring and knowledgeable. We definitely recommend this peds office!

We’ve been taking our child here since birth, over eight years now, and have always had a great experience. The staff is always friendly and super helpful. The doctors we have seen have been amazing, Dr. Bingham especially.

I used to go here for years, I don’t know why they put you on hold and make you wait then hang up. This has happened so many times. It’s especially frustrating when you have a sick child. Most of the providers feel very rushed as well.

I have three kids and have taken them here since my eldest was a newborn. We see Dr. Kaus and she has been a wonderful and understanding Pediatrician, and always has a smile on her face. The staff has been friendly and empathetic. It’s generally easy to schedule appointments or get help with questions. I like how they do online check-ins now as well. Overall a great clinic. One suggestion I have is to send parents reminders to schedule appointments for wellness visits/shots because some of us can forget!!

I've been taking my kids here for 10 years and wouldn't take them anywhere else. We moved 30 minutes away almost 2 years ago and I still take my kids there. We have seen several providers and everyone takes their time, listens and takes concerns seriously. Yes, phones can take a bit to be answered, but they're a busy pediatric office.

Do not take your child to this location especially if your child is a person of color. My son, who is biracial, was essentially neglected by Dr. Galles and his staff. I brought up that my son might be on the spectrum for autism when he was 9 months old and instead of helping with a referral to get the process started for a proper diagnosis, the doctor disagreed with my concerns. He had a "wait and see" attitude. We had to beg him to send a referral when my son reached 18 months. The office would hang up on me every time I asked for a copy of the referral. I wanted to send it to as many locations as possible since the waiting list is long in many places. I spoke with the staff manager about them hanging up on me but the manager simply took their side and shut me down. After 8 long months my son was diagnosed with severe autism. Please advocate for your child and place them under a competent pediatrician with staff that behave professionally.

Yes I would give them a 4 but we had not used them in years and scheduled a appointment for immunization called and let them know due to my child was sick we were unable to make it they advised it was ok and to call back when it was fine . Called back and they said since we missed a appointment he no longer allowed there and the lady was rude she hung up in my face when I asked for the manager . The staff here has changed and is very rude !

Dr Bingham has been caring for our children for over 15 years. It’s a 45 minute drive for us but she’s awesome.

This is the best pediatric office/clinic I've ever taken my children to! We saw Dr. Bingham for over 7 years and still continued to see her when we moved to Surprise. I tried to see a different pediatrician when we moved because of the convenience but that proved to be a mistake so we went right back to Northwest Clinic for Children! Dr. Bingham takes the time to listen to the parents regarding the health of children and considers your input when it comes to treatment options as opposed to ignoring what you have to say. Highly recommend bringing your children here!

I have been going here since my daughter was born( almost 5 years) both my kids go here. we have seen a few different doctors but typically see dr. Bingham. We all just love her but they all have been great. Front desk is always nice as well. We have had to call and talk to the nurses a few times and they were great with helping me figure out what to do with my kid at the time. Love this place i drive out from Surprise because i dont want to switch offices.

They said my daughter had a diaper rash and prescribed her a cream to put on it. It didn’t go away after a week because it turns out it was a bad yeast infection. Had to buy a different cream from the store which worked 10x better. Wonder how the pediatrician couldn’t catch something so obvious. Oh that’s right, because the quality of care here is subpar. They rarely give any real solutions to problems. I’ve done more to solve the problems at home then they ever did as medical “professionals”.

Drs are great their covid restrictions are rediculous to the point I won't be coming back

My kids love their doctors and we love them too. They are very friendly and the best pediatricians , nurses and staff i have ever meet. Would recommend 100%
