The staff was friendly and the facility is very nice. Unfortunately, I paid $200 for a treatment that didn't work. I came back a second time and paid $10 to get retreated since I was covered under their 30 day warranty. I was told that I would not be welcome back under the warranty a third time if the treatment didn't work. Of course, it didn't work as I found more live nits in my hair. I left feeling like the blame was placed on me for having lice, not to mention the hole in my wallet. I had to pay extra $$ to get over the counter medicine and did nit picking and hair combing daily. I contacted the company to get clarification about their 30 day policy and did not get a response. I followed all the necessary precautions and cleaned my home, car, and workspace thoroughly but none of that matters if the treatment doesn't work... if even 1 nit is left alive, it can grow into an adult and lay even more nits and the cycle continues.

I would highly recommend this place. Not only where they cheaper then the other 3 places I called. They charge per person opposed to per hour. She was very informative and explained all steps. I have super thick long hair and a very sensitive head and it was very easy process. It is a little pricey but to have the 100% reassurance and a guarantee from them. Is well worth it. They also explain and teach you on how to prevent future issues. She did mine and my 5 years old hair and my 5 year old didn't have any issues. Thank you so much!!!

I freaked out when I discovered my daughter had lice. I had no idea how to get rid of them. I did some research online but I needed immediate results. My husband mentioned a lice clinic and immediately made an appointment for the entire family to get checked. Good thing because 3 out of 5 had lice. Char was very nice and professional she educated us on lice and how to make sure we don’t get re-contaminated. She even let the kids look at the lice under a magnifying glass which eased our 3 year old. We all watched Moana while we got our treatment which helped keep the kiddos still. I would highly recommend this place and I will definitely be coming back if needed in the future. I tried making a last minute appointment and they got me in even though they had very little time to fit me in. All I needed was a check before I left for a trip and they took care of me!! Definitely recommend this place!

This place has the best service you could ask for. I highly recommend anyone to come here for treatment and if you do ask for Shar and Joey because they serviced my girlfriend and I as well as my two kids and they are the best. Very comfortable and welcoming place and if you have children they will love it also.

Char was AMAZING! Was so nice and assuring. My five year old got lice from one of her classmates and I panicked and after buying so many off the counter nix and rid I got fed up with spending $300+ on products tht did nothing. Came her and Char immediately showed me the lice and assured me my kid wouldn’t feel any pain and started using the oils, combing out the eggs and after get every single one out she showed me tht my kid was lice free and it is such a RELIEF!!! My child caught lice at school and LCA got us in last minute on a Holiday weekend to do a full treatment to remove all lice. They have cool technology that didn’t hurt and was effective. The technician was very kind and informative.

I didnt know that schools don't notify when a child has lice and I learned that today when doing my daughter's hair and found them. I'm so happy for this place and Char she did my 10 month old my wife and myself, a full treatment on my daughter's hair and let me tell you she has thick and a ton of hair and took her time with us all and was amazing with my daughter. School said lice.... this company is honest, wasn't lice just glitter thanks for not charging us for something we didn't need.
