if you want your watched fixed,dont take it here.have taken it back 8-times now & still isn,t fixed.its a seiko with very little use. no more,going somewhere else.

I had a fitness watch. I wanted to change the band. In my attempt the screws got stripped! It was frustrating bcuz I'd just purchased watch. I left it with this business w/o a promise of ability to fix. Well, I'm super happy! They fixed it!!

I have lived in and around the neighborhood since 1980. I have used there services several times. Today was extra special. I had my moms wedding set inspected. It needed a little TLC. I can honestly say that I didn’t recognize the ring when I picked it up. I thought it was yellow gold. It was white gold and it looked brand new. The gentleman did a fantastic job with rebuilding the prongs on the setting. Very pleased . Thank you

I had these clowns service omega. wrist watch watch for over two months to take a link or two out and replace my battery. The crystal fell out within a day and the date adjustmanty. Thanks guys

I went in for crystal repair on 2 of my watches with 1 having some of the crystal fall into the mechanics of the watch. Ulises was very professional and was able to fix 1 watch same day, with the other taking less than 48 hours. Both came out like brand new and honestly would compare his work with some of the better jewelers in Scottsdale, but for a quarter of the price. Would recommend this place to anyone for minor or major jewelry repairs.
