One of my go to places for waxing, Sherri is amazing, she is gentle and very efficient! High recommend her to anyone. I had my pedicure done by Alijah and she was great too! She recommended a glitter nail polish that looked great. A bit on the pricey side but service and cleanliness is always 5 stars here.

Snehal provided the greatest experience for me today with the quick manicure! After each step, she checked with me to make sure I was satisfied before moving on. The facility is extremely clean and the staff were exceptionally kind. I don't usually get manicures but I think I'll be a regular here! Update: I've become a regular! All of the staff are exceptional and go above and beyond. I've even brought my 4-yr-old for a Mani/Pedi. Can't wait till my next appointment!

I recently moved to Pickering and was looking for a new place to get my brows down. So glad I found The Ten Spot! Kyla did an amazing job with eyebrow threading. She was so detailed and took time to ensure that my brows looked perfect! So excited to come back at some point soon! Highly recommend.

This place is my go to! All of the ladies here are great at what they do, but Snehal in particular is amazing at threading! I had a rough experience at another location and when I called close to closing she was kind enough to squeeze me and and fix them for me. These ladies don’t disappoint!

I booked a mani pedi with them. The employees were very sweet and friendly, but as for the job… Firstly, they don’t have a nail drill here, so I couldn’t get my bio gel removed. So the manicure didn’t happen. As for the pedicure… well, it was painted 😭. The expected time for the pedi was 45 mins, and I spent a little over 1hr there. Though the job doesn’t look bad from a distance, it was painted quite messily. I don’t think it was done by a professional. Giving two stars because at least the hosts were sweet and the atmosphere was nice. And they gave me a 10% discount… though I still ended up paying $65 😣.

I always have an amazing experience here. I primarily go in for pedicures and they last all month with no chipping. Alijah is fantastic. She takes time and ensures a proper pedicure. She is very talented! I won’t go anywhere else!

I’ve been to a few 10 Spot locations for services and had Snehal do a facial for me today. She was excellent; I came out glowing! This location has a different set up than others for facials; you are in a private room versus facial bar which was very relaxing. Would highly recommend!

I live in Ottawa and was in town visiting my sister. I usually get my services at the Ten Spot in Ottawa. I love the ease of booking online, cleanliness and their consistency. I had some time while visiting and I booked a (long overdue) pedicure at this location and I am SO happy I did. This was by far my BEST experience at any Ten Spot location. Sherrie did my pedicure and she was so kind, gentle professional and thorough. Her foot massage was amazing. A cute touch was the Orange Bubbly water I was offered (very on brand for the cute orange colour palette). There’s lots of parking and it’s super easily accessible. I will absolutely be going back and highly recommend it to others!

The Ten Spot is so great. I have gotten waxing done and most recently got into laser. Snehal is my go-to for waxing and she does a great job! Very thorough job! I would highly recommend her services for any waxing. In December I decided to explore leg laser. The best decision I ever made! Sherrie is amazing! She is professional, friendly, and does the most amazing job. From the first laser, I noticed a difference. Typically, I grow leg hair very fast but after a few sessions I barely have any left. The cooling mechanism on the laser makes the laser experience less painful - it’s actually completely tolerable. Highly recommend going to Sherrie for your laser. You will not be disappointed.

This is a really good salon, my mom has had a membership with them for a while now and she goes almost every two weeks, the lady who did my nails today and does my moms every time is named Aaliyah! She’s really nice and has a funny personality! 5 stars!

I love coming in to see Anna! She always makes sure my nails look amazing & is so meticulous in her work. My manicures last longer than they have when I have gone elsewhere in prior years. As a bonus Anna is so sweet and we always have nice conversations!
