What a shame. My first time here was a horrible experience. First of all, when I called to make a reservation, the woman who answered the phone suggested that I get a Cabana, since I would be expecting 4-6 guests. Fine. I then asked her how much it was? She said, $200, and that a $100 deposit was required. She went on further to say that the $100 would be put towards our total bill. Fine. When we arrive, the greeter said that there was a $10 cover charge. I wasn't made aware of this on the phone, but whatever, we each paid $10. Then they bring us to the Cabana, with a big hot tub in the middle of it that we can't use. Fine. It ended up being three of us, and we wanted to all sit together, but there were small benches sporadically spread out around the Cabana. My friends and I are all thick, it would be very uncomfortable for us to all sit on one bench. We asked if we could move one of the benches close to the one we were trying to all fit on, the waitress said no. Ok fine. Now the ordering. The waitress came up to us and said that we would have to spend $300. But, this was never told to me on the phone. I was definitely told that we had to spend a $200 minimum. Then she was trying to persuade us to buy a bottle. I barely drink. If I knew that one of the requirements for me to be in a Cabana would be to buy a bottle, I wouldn't have made a reservation there. The waitress finally said, that we can spend our $300 on food. $300 worth of food...for just 3 people ....fine... Then...the icing on the cake! Before even offering us water....she bring us a debit machine to pay the $300 before we even got started! Never in all my years have I experienced treatment like this at any eating establishment ever! Disgusting! The food was definitely not worth the $300! It tasted horrible! The dj saved our night! Big up to Dj Ritz! Even though DJ Ritz was awesome! I will NEVER step foot in there again!

Nice place good atmosphere not enough toilets for the ladies lines were half an hour long the men's toilets were empty and they refused to let us use the men's toilet or assist us they also had disabled toilets which was empty and they refused to let us use it we couldn't go outside some girls were pissing on the floor some ladies were pissing in cups it's just ridiculous I'm very very disappointed. Staff didn't care

Never again. The customer service here is below subpar and for all the hidden fees and extra charges you would expect everything to be exceptional. That is far from the case. The service was slow, the manager on Sunday August 9th, 2021 was extremely rude, the food was disgusting, portions ridiculous, even the chasers were gross. Who waters down cranberry juice? Definitely a first and last time for my team.

They does take way your lighter no smoking out side. Bare skunt. Venue nice. Not impressed.

The booking needs improvement/customer service training.. 1st time they gave our reservation away n told us last minute … 2nd time when you book a table with personal hot tub they should tell you the pools are close & not embarrass you once you are in the pool telling you get out of the personal pool assigned to your table they are closed … & the grill is also closed during the week 💔 Besides that it’s really nice n the staff is nice… I love the security guy ❤️

My girls and I went here on Saturday night and had a fabulous time! The atmosphere was very unique and enjoyable, the staff were all great, the music was soooooooo good, drinks were a bit pricy (but made proper) and the food was excellent! I wish my pic was before I had started to eat but as I was enjoying the first few bites I wanted to share how delicious it was!!!! I had the shrimp, my friends had salmon and the chicken wrap... all DELICIOUS! We will definitely go back soon!!!

If u wanna get musically assaulted till ur ears bleed bc the dj thinks that wtvr he has to say is better than the music then .... go to this place! Can't even get thru a song without someone, on the mic ruining, the song for u with useless jiberish....

Nice clean spot for day drinking. Pool is clean. Not my kind of music but staff is friendly and ambiance is really nice. Book a table to get your very own mini pool, see photo. Would go again.

Place is the most gorgeous pool bar in all of Durham. Free Parking and general entry is 20$

The venue was really nice. Great atmosphere and the cabanas were nice. Bottle service and drinks were on point. Been to this location 6 yrs ago and it was okay. The venue renovated and upgraded and looks amazing. Must visit.

I've been there twice, for an event & the venue is really nice. My only complaint is that the bar situation is ridiculous! If you're having an event w over 200 people, you need at least 2 to 3 bars on the patio. At both events, it took me close to 15/20 mins to get a drink, which is unacceptable & ruins the vibe for the evening. Please spend the money & renovate the patio & hire more wait staff & bartenders

This place is well put together i have no pics of it but you people must go and see for yourself ..bottle services is kinda wat you would want and expect for yourself they the girls were pleasant and for another thing they were polite,security (women)polite but dont mess with them , i cant mention them by name but shout out em doing a fine job..AGAIN JUST CHECK THE PLACE OUT, you'll feel rite comforted by the outside inside set up, thats what i call it..ooh cant forget the pool.

Didn't buy food but it smelled damn good!! Beautiful outside venue, really impressed with it.....would go back again!!

Edit: We had some issues with our food but when we voiced our concerns the Owner Rob reimbursed us and assured us that it will never happen again and he will be taking the necessary steps to make some changes. We were happy with the outcome!

Great vibes! Waaaaay 2 much plastic surgery & attitude from female staff in the building but the manager & owner are AWESOME. DEFINITELY would attend another event here!!

Clean and vibrant, new and exciting are just a few words to describe the atmosphere at Aquario. Even though there are restrictions on bringing people and entering, you can still have tons of fun without the hassle. Worth checking it out.

Don't bother this place over charges for everything and the food is atrocious.

Kept seeing this place pop up on my feed so I finally gave it a chance. That was a mistake. Got the braised beef, a veggie pasta and some wings. The braised beef was DRY and bland. The veggie pasta is a mess which the sauce tastes like it’s out of the can and topped with that cheap Parmesan cheese you find at the grocery store. The wings were over cooked and poor quality (lots of gristle and loose bone parts). Overall utterly disappointing. Don’t waste your money on this over priced under seasoned food. My dog wouldn’t even eat the food I didn’t eat.

bottle service was trash, waited an hour an a half for bottles and not one employee came to our table to check on us before we caved and requested service. Our reservation was at 9pm and we werent served our bottles until 10:30pm Had we got the bottle shortly after we ordered we would have ordered more but that was far from the case. Bottle came after a half hour, warm to our table that had no ice bucket which confused the server. two of my guests were held outside for 20 minutes being told there wasnt a booth under my name. I personally liked the door man but every other security in there was rude and unhappy to help. The server apoloized for being so busy but she didnt tell me tip was included and i tipped an extra 15% which is super shady. A literal mess 0/10
