Beautiful park in a tiny little hamlet - what a great find! Not suitable for visually impaired especially deeper in the forest where it is quite dark - many tripping hazards (tree roots). A few places the trail was dangerously close to falling off/down into water so walking with small children would have me worried. Lovely trail to walk your dog but careful of poison ivy. For the most part it was single file walking; hence the need to watch for poison ivy when trying to pass others especially with dog(s). It didn't appear to be a loop so that's unfortunate but it was lovely on water. So peaceful. We will be back. Don't forget your camera.

I love running through Seaton Park and this is my go to place to park and start my run. If you follow the path until you reach a road on the other side and then run back to your car it’s about 10k and a very beautiful trail

Nice park located near the entrance of Seaton Trail. Perfect for quiet times while your kids are enjoying the slides.

Seaton Hiking Trail The trailhead is at Whitevale Park. The park has a picnic hut that you can book and there is a playground for kids. The West Duffins Creek is busy with anglers during early spring. The trails are well-marked with different terrain - open fields, forest and elevated open fields.

Nice trail and the route is along the river. Can be challenging for some. Nice dense forest and dirt trails. Not for biking and skating. Can be messy if it rains. Out and back trail for 10kms.

Not bad, too many tick and irresponsible dog owners. The trail itself is beautiful. Overall experience can be risky as random dog will come charging towards you

This hidden gem in Durham is my favourite hiking grounds. A well marked path hugs a natural ravine for miles. Surround yourself with the sounds and smells of the fresh outdoors and discover the beauty of God's creation.

Great place to hike. Alot of side trails wirh access to the river for your dog to cool off. Much more water access on the north side of Whitevale towards Hwy7.

Great place to go for a hike, for fishing, or just to get away from the city. Whitevale is a small Hamlet, part of Pickering and just outside of Toronto. The park straddles the Seaton Trail and the West Duffins Creek. Great trout and salmon fishing during their respective runs. My kids always enjoy playing at the park.

Seaton Trail North of Whitevale road is not well marked so be careful to stay on the trail if you want to get to the other side of the 407

👍👍 Frenchman's Bay is a great place to visit and spend your day, chill and hike with friends and family. It is a small place with not many parking spaces. Once the parking lot is full, they close the main entrance at W Shore Blvd and then strictly follow “vehicle-out, vehicle-in” policy. There are ple...
