I had an excellent experience here. Very fresh produce, loved the Ontario grown lettuce, interesting snacks/refreshments, and great customer service. I'm taking away a star because I think they need to carry more vegetarian/vegan/halal items.

Once again, we stepped into Farm Boy today, a familiar stop in our routine. The store's ongoing dedication to cleanliness is evident, mirrored in the quality of the fresh produce they offer. Adding a touch of whimsy to the atmosphere, I always find joy in the playful monkey suspended above the display of bananas. For those in need of a quick meal, when time is scarce, the hot bar and salad bar offer a multitude of options. Meanwhile, it's impossible to ignore their exceptional sauces and wide-ranging array of cheeses, both of which I hold in high esteem. The store's staff continues to uphold their reputation for politeness and friendliness, greatly enhancing the overall positive encounter.

I always shop at Farm boy. I am happy with the food and healthy options. We love their meat options and their burgers are really good. Recently they added more to their ready made food. I love the soups but their pizza that used to be delicious now was meh 🫤 to say the best. It is a bit on the pricey side but it’s worth it for the quality of the food that they provide.

Excellent place to shop for hot and cold food. Their selection of soups are very good. We have tried on many occasion and never had bad experience. They also good selection of cakes. I would def. recommend worth checking our. Their hot food seem much better than most grocery stores. They also have large area to sit if you choose to have lunch and dinner at the store. Good place to chill as they have cozy seating outside the store.

Great upper scale shopping for busy people who are sick and tired of restaurant food and want a healthy prepared meals to bring home at a reasonable price. We loved this place for the organic products and baked goods. I am a Farmboy convert from Loblaws for the last 3 years. The best fruits are sold here, it's absolutely fresh and delicious.

Welcoming grocery entrance with carts & 2 different basket types available. Parking is shared between Pickering Town Center, Moxies however it is worth going inside. Produce always great quality and large selection of meats at competitive pricing. Nice variety or seasoned/marinated meats ready for the oven or grill. Surprised that there wasn't a larger selection of certain staple breakfast options available. Turkey bacon, or frozen pork sausage for example. I did end up getting the fully cooked bacon. If there were more "fast cook" options Farm Boy would be a 5 star for me. There are Beyond Meat options available, but I haven't made it to that point yet...

Best produce by far, and best value on veggies and such. You need to be smart when you shop there or you'll end up spending 50 dollars on items for one meal. But once more, veggies are priced really well. If you can afford it, the meat is the best you'll find. Also the fresh breads are fantastic. They have fresh food for on the go type of situations too. Gluten free options for those of you who need it.

This is a well stocked locally sourced food store. Sure it has the usual available everywhere goods, but where they excel is local produce. Cheeses, sauces, baked goods. Wild Fish in season, prepares meals . A free tastes. Which we appreciate as we judge quality being offered. And of course on this visit fresh pickled spicy cucumbers which I never would have bought except samples were offered.

Interesting to the naked eye. Some tasty prepared meals with many unique assortments. Good organic meat available for fair price. I would like to see more organic and gluten free options. I would need to see less questionable additives to their prepared meals.

Top quality product in every department. Produce is always tier 1, even on the clearance rack! Tons of selection in the bakery-freshly baked breads, and sweets. Again lots of choices at the hot tables, including freshly made personal pizzas on the spot. Best of all, the staff is super helpful and the whole space is very clean.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jeremy and Patrick from the produce department. I had to order 30 pumpkins for a kids painting event and they were both so very helpful and incredibly friendly. They exceeded my customer expectations. Please give these men a raise 🙌🙌

High quality food, despite limited selection for certain items. Service is better than most nearby competitors - Lisa in the butcher's department went out of her way to help us out on a last-minute request. Will continue to shop here.

The food arrived on time and was exactly as described. The orzo salad was a big hit! Pickup was smooth as well. I was told that all their catering is done at a central location then shipped out to individual locations. I suppose this helps with freshness and quality control. I wouldn't hesitate to order from their catering menu again!

Always a good store to get fresh products and maily local. The prices are competitive to similar local stores and they have a lot of variety. The food on hot table is decent. Salads and desserts are great. Lot of options to consider. Friendly staff and efficient at their jobs.

We had the Tex Mex dinner last week and it was fantastic. Easy pickup, easy prep and the best chicken ever. Can’t say enough about the shrimp, soup and brownie dessert as well. We’ve already ordered another special meal for June.

The grocery store is not very big however it is clean and well kept. They do cater to a lot of prepared individual and family sized meals. It is a little pricey.

I just want to say how outstanding the service was that I received when I went into Farmboy today. I don’t know if it’s just because it’s the Christmas season but I had an absolutely amazing experience at Farm boy I was only there for one item. Everyone greeted me so nicely. And the staff went out of their way to help me find what I needed. The boys greeting at the front door were so sweet and pointing me in the direction I needed to go thank you again Farmboy staff for making my Christmas season a little less stressful

The private label foods from Farm Boy have never disappointed. Their dill pickles are some of the best store bought that I've ever tasted. We don't shop here too often because it is pretty far from where we live, but when we do, we come home with really good foods.

Clean an nice for quick shoppers who dont care for price deference , prices here are always the highest. But you can find some stuff there that might not be available somewhere else. It is clean but small . Nice and cooperative staff .

Was blown away by my experience today. I was unhappy with a product and returned to let the staff know. The lady running the front cashier listened to my concern and immediately took me to the department to address my issue. The staff and management in that area quickly worked with me to rectify the situation. Mistakes happen, but this team of people took accountability and made this experience top notch! I have always been a fan of this store, but this just leveled it up for me. Great work Farm Boy Pickering :)

Staff is friendly and look happy! They bag your groceries, there is no self-checkout for those who don't like it. Fruits and meat are very good quality. Their prices are higher than other stores but we mainly go for meat, fruits and cold cuts.

Cute little grocery store with a very large and inclusive selection of delicious vegan treats! Whether it's cookies, croissants or pizzas, their vegan selection is amazing and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend shopping here whether you're vegan or not!

My go to grocery store couple times a month after my physio/massage appointment and I like that I know exactly where all the items are. Everything is well kept and clean. A lot of their house brand products are great such as their carrot cake, milk chocolate double roasted almonds, organic orange juice, frozen shrimp, wild smoked sockeye salmon, spicy eda-yummy kale dip, fresh mild salsa are some of my favourite items there!

Fresh produce, lovely atmosphere!!!! Some of my highly recommended items 🥧 pie, fruits, soup and their sushi bar… my happy place!

Some of the best grocery items but it sure is pricey! The employees are very nice and super helpful. The store is well kept. The flowers are priced very fairly. I like to visit a few times a year to treat myself.
