2022 December 3.5★ A nice large sporting goods store with a variety of products. Though mostly clothing and shoes, there's still some other gear here such as back packs and helmets. While it might be hard to sort through the many items, given the size, it's fairly organized in terms of sizing. Ample parking. A good stop close to the highway. Would come again.

This place is bigger than huge , this warehouse is humongous. Largest sporting goods store I have ever visited. They have all kinds of Leafs and Jays clothing and accessories but not as much Raptors swag. They also have set areas for clearance products,and shoes, shoes and more shoes. Did I tell you how big this place is .WOW. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Manager brenden didn't follow pricing code, saddles on clearance for 26.97. But when scanned it came up 38.90 Bad experience... "Under the code, when the scanned price of an item without a price tag is higher than the displayed price, the customer is entitled to receive the item free of charge when it is worth less than $10, or receive a $10 reduction if the correct price is worth more than $10."

The store is big for sure but the prices are not so cheap. You can find d some good deals there on winter jackets with discounts around 50 or 60 % off , however because some products were originally high priced the final price could be 300 cad for some brands like H&H. Baseball cleats for only 14.99 ( New Balance ). The staff is very helpful and the parking lot is huge .

So sad to see them go. Was an awesome store. So big and lots of selection. The people who worked there were always so nice too. Thanks for all you guys did over the years and all the help

Disappointed. I kept looking to buy a pair of shoes and was told it would be in stock numerous times. 8 + Calls and 3 hours of waiting on hold. Finally on the last call I was informed they aren't available. The shoe representative didn't bother to check and was adamant nothing was on the floor. I could've easily purchased a size 8 had I been told they weren't getting anymore shoes, but by the time I waited 2 weeks it was already sold. No calls backs - no updates - blatantly misinformed.

This place looked more like a warehouse. You can find some gems for great prices. Don’t rely on their website for inventory because everything is just placed out in the open on tables or on racks. I came to look for shoes of which they had 2 in stock according to their website and it was impossible to find among the sea of shoes laid out on table with no boxes.

Great place for discounts and finding items. They're pretty much cleared out of things that you'd want for kids but plenty of adult clothing sizes. Go early or wait in line for a bit. Prices are great for now before they close.

This place just opened up 3 days ago and it is fully stocked. I didn't find what I was looking for but considering they just opened, I understood. My son and I did find good things tho!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE: Keon / Finding Jacket I had the best customer service experience over the last two days with this store. I had the pleasure of having Keon help me over the phone. He confirmed that the jacket I was looking all over the city was in-fact there ! He confirmed they also had plenty of the size ! Today I came into the store and was in quite a rush trying to make school pick up, and two different employees helped me. The young lady was patient and kind and offered to take the jacket to the front of the store for me so I wouldn't have to hold onto it while I looked around. Once I was at the cash, I met Keon again. I was met with the same charming personality I met over the phone the day before. He was again, so kind, thoughtful and the added bonus of a great cheer-full attitude. Location is also great, has so many options, esp if you are in a pickle and need some winter clothes for yourself or your kids. Cheers!

VERY helpful staff. You can find great deals here if you have time to look around this huge store. Just remember, it's an outlet so it won't carry the same stock/items as a regular Sport Chek store.

The selection isn't as diverse or affordable as when this place used to be the National Sports outlet store. Having said that, it still has a wide range of clothing and sports equipment for all age groups. You will sometimes be able to snag a pretty good deal on shoes here if you hit the store on a good day. I also appreciate that they have shoes in a wide range of sizes, going all the way to size 14.

Get ready to spend a few hours at this outlet. The fun of treasure hunting by size. Discount could be as much as 90% off!

Wow shop is huge. Lots of mark down price. But not sure if it's really on sale. Place is clean and lots of selection of clothes and shoes .. Wasn't too busy when I went or when I left .. overall very spacious and lot of selection

Good outlet that has some decent clothing and jerseys for discounted prices. Spacious, and products are organized by gender, age, and size (think winner’s). Staff are friendly and accommodating. Retains more of the original national sports’ vibe (which I miss) as opposed to a typical sport chek.

Definitely a place where you can find a good bargain with a bit of searching. I have bought items ranging from shoes and socks to hoodies and jackets here and all for some pretty great deals. Both items pictured were purchased for less than a quarter of the original price. The only bad thing to say is that all items are FINAL SALE so make sure you get the right size before you buy.

Emma was amazing, went for some last min Christmas shopping and was blown away by the exceptional customer service Emma provided, she was very kind and patient with me and my 4 year old as we had her price check almost every item. We put a few things back which made my little one cry and the staff. Quickly cheered her up ! Great location with great staff !

Great location tons of product except for hockey sticks it seems. And their lacrosse selection for being almost dead centre of ontarios lacrosse area is very tiny

Sad to see the store closing but they’re going out in style with some great discounts . Got this for my son and it cost me just $9.99 New Balance which was originally priced over $100.

I had a great experience the other day while shopping here. Stephen, an employee went above and beyond in the back room to look for two bags my sister and I were looking for and even checked again when we decided the ones he originally found we didn’t like (haha sorry) but over all a great experience. My only complaint is it’s hard to actually shop in your size because everything is just thrown on racks.

Was once good place , but I don't see any deals for branded shoes or dresses, it's all gimmick, put 60 percent of, but none useful. So I would stay away. Otherwise the staff are good and place located is very good area. Also its called factory outlet,but not so good items.

Great place and great discounts. Unfortunately, some out of season items we came for were not available. We were able to grab a few needed items, some at more than half off

Some good deals to be found here. Some things are still a little over priced for a clearance centre like the shoes. But the shoes are well set out by size making it much easier to look at only your size. Great selection of kids clothes and prices. Women's clothes are pretty squished together but everything else is pretty well set out. Cash is usually a bit busy but no linger than a 5 min wait. Staff is pretty friendly but hard to find.

can't call it a "deal" if the product's are significantly overpriced in the first place. I can find better deals at outlet malls. for example most running shoes are entry models at $95-120, when outlet malls can find in the $70-85 range.

When National Sports was closing, the sales were fantastic. We stocked up on many needed items - boots, equipment, clothing. Now that it's called Sportchek it's a bunch of outdated stuff - I'm sure you can find a jacket or shoes of some sort, but the prices are not competetive.

I remember when this place used to be a National Sports. Which had great selection of stuff. Now it is terrible selection in term of variety and feeling of fullness in the place like before. It just looks like a place about to go out of business it is so empty. You can also tell not a lot people go to this store now that it is a Sport Check Outlet.

Its an outlet to purchase shoes for affordable rates. Rates are cheap compared to other shops. Customer Friendly behavior is a plus point. I would suggest to check the outlet once whenever you need to buy something sporty.

Not much left in terms of clothes. Lots of hockey sticks if you're a righty. Pretty good selection in hockey gear. selection of Left hand throw gloves.

Nice store to visit but you have to spend time to find good items. Price a bit pricey still. Parking lot really need some painting for parking lines. Parking lot is worst during winter.

Good range of shoes and clothes. However I felt the prices were still a bit high compared to a few of their other stores I have picked up clearance items from. So was a bit disappointed and didn’t pickup anything.

Theyre currently having a store closing sale so I wasn't expecting much in terms of stock and sizes, however I found quite a few soccer cleats in my son's size and picked up a pair of runners for him because the prices were so good. I was also impressed with the amount of cashiers. There was no line up to cash out whatsoever.

The manager Ossy was extremely rude and curt with the customers. No surprise this place was empty with customer service like that. The prices weren't even that good. Everytime I go it is a massive disappointment since ownership changed.

It’s a big warehouse with lots of overstock from other Sport Chek locations. You can find a good deal for some items though (if you’re lucky). They accept returns from other Sport Chek stores but not items bought specifically from this location which is very disappointing. Employees are helpful and professional.

Many good deal in deep discounted price. I love this place.
