Omg I am soooo happy that there is a legit boba place in Pickering!!!!! Coco is definitely one of my fave boba places and this one doesn’t disappoint. I had the sago mango green tea drink and it was the bomb!

Don't walk in or you're waiting 30+ minutes. Online ordering has killed service. Aside from that, good drinks nice employees.

Came here on a whim. Ordered strawberry latte and a brown sugar petal latte. Both were good. It was somewhat busy. The. Ordered a strawberry banana latte and sago mango green tea to go. These were Significantly better!! The place was clean with great seating area. The service was okay. Not much interaction. Would recommend. The prices were comparable to other bubble tea places in the area.

It's your standard bubble tea spot in the sense that it has all the regular things. Came here on a Tuesday afternoon. I was the only one here with my daughter. There was one person working but I watched him make 6 drinks before he even took our order. Just seemed like poor customer service to ignore the people you have standing right there to complete pickup orders. My daughter usually gets a mango slush and for the same price (or cheaper), other bubble tea chains usually also include mango chunks.

Went in tonight to order bubble tea. The girl was more concerned with socializing with her friends from Pizza Hut than assisting customers. I asked for an ajustement on my drink that I’ve made 100s of times. I order bubble tea very frequently and it’s been done before. She refused to make the change. As if her life depended on it. Aside from this I asked her to take my rewards number. She said she would take it after payment. She was so occupied socializing that she did not take my rewards number. Poor customer service and loss of my rewards. Likely won’t be going back.

Definitely one of my favourite CoCo locations to go to!! The staff are always so welcoming and helpful around inquiries about the drinks and make great conversation to show they care for their customers! Drinks are always made wonderfully, would definitely recommend to all :)

I tried CoCo for the first time in their Markham location and fell in LOVE, then tried out different locations and so visited this location for the first time and it sadly wasn't the best experience. I got a mango slush with pearls for take away and when I got to my car and put the straw in, a lot of the drink just oozed out from the side and I see its because the seal on top wasn't placed/sealed correctly. I wiped it off and considerable amount was gone, but the drink itself was bad :( It was so watered down and I know the taste isn't like that at all! Also I got the drink in a paper cup which I haven't had ever, and I don't mind that but I don't know if that affected the seal with the paper cup.

Great little spot for awesome bubble tea! Service is always fast and cheerful and they do well with online ordering as well. They're all helpful to explain ingredients and provide suggestions to make a drink you'll love! I shop here at least once a week!

for sure, this is a great place for bubble tea. I usually come here with friends and we love how customers are treated. The staff are keen on conversing with customers and give detailed explanation on what is included in the drink (which is great for those never having bubble tea before). I usually have black tea macchiato, mango slush (taste perfect even without sugar, bro), and matcha milk tea with brown sugar pearls. Store is clean. Great service. Highly recommended!

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here, not only are the drinks not that great but the utmost amount of attitude the cashier has is unbelievable. Looks like he hates his job. So disrespectful with the way he serves the customer. He’s a short guy with tattoos on his forearms. If you hate your job, than just quit man. Never will I come back because of the way he treated me.

Went In to order a few drinks - one a fresh taro bubble tea with tapioca. Was told they no longer do fresh taro so I ordered the milk tea version with tapioca. When I got home - no tapioca in the drink to make this already disappointing experience worse.

I had a fantastic experience at this bubble tea shop and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and unique drink. The quality of the drinks, the friendly staff, and the inviting atmosphere make this store a true standout in the world of bubble tea. Five stars all around!

Got taro milk tea, matcha milk tea, jasmine milk tea and 2 ladies. Came in on a Thursday night after a long day at work everything was tasteless. Went up to the girl making it. She said to speak to the boss. She never tried to resolve the issue. It felt like we were the problem! I feel sorry for her attitude! 🙈 no apologies whatsoever. Also tipped them! Wish I got the tip back. Horrible service!

Asked for an extra scoop of Taro in my milk tea because Coco’s is typically too milky and not as flavourful as other bubble tea spots I go to. And was told NOT ALLOWED. And I spoke to the manager, apparently it is policy. Not cool customer service as I was then told to go somewhere else for my bubble tea. Lol, gladly !

They use paper cups instead of plastic for your drinks. If you order a slushie, the cup eventually starts breaking down. I asked the employees and they said the owner refused to provide them with plastic cups in medium sizes since July. Also, they are out of a lot of ingredients. Customer service was good.

Finally a legit bbtea that's within a reasonable driving distance. This is now my new go to place. The quality of bbtea is on par with Toronto. Yum!

Been coming here ever since I moved to pickering and I love almost all their drinks. Also this was a really sweet and moving gesture. Its really the small things that matter the most, thanks to whoever did this. :)

Regular customer sadly disappointed in your infamous brown pearl sugar latte. They used to be much thicker and richer in flavour but not anymore. Bring back the good stuff.

So glad CoCo opened in Pickering! Nice, clean location. Staff are pleasant. Pickup is quick (I pre-order on app but order in store is also quite fast.)

Very nice style and the staff are very helpful. Only thing is, they don't have many smoothies and when I ordered the mango smoothie, it tasted like watered down mango juice. Other than that the brown sugar drink was good. Edit: my favorite is now the 3 guys drink, the most popular drinks that are listed in the shop are pretty good.

Would not recommend or visit ever, this is on my boycott list, as they have discriminatory practices and non-inclusive to people with health issues or disabilities.

Great location and the staff are all friendly. The tapioca is always made perfectly as well. Coco is now my go-to when I'm craving bubble tea!
