The tag inside the shoe is $65.00, but the cashier decide to cash it in for $70.00 with an attitude....I went back to the display to show her, she walked off. Thanks to the other coworker who refunded the overage. ALERT...make sure to check your total before you leave the store.....seem like "c**id" is normalizing bad behavior.

Located in the Pickering Town Centre. It's not the biggest Foot Locker I've been in and I did not purchase anything here on this visit. I see some of the comments on the staff's attitude. I had no problems , just found their prices a little high.

The customer service was absolute trash. We were in the store for at least 10 minutes before my boyfriend went and grabbed someone for a size. When the young lady came over, I asked for my size, she said nothing.. took the shoe, gave it to someone to scan and then walked off. We left the store and went to another location where the service was great. Do better. Making the rest of ‘us’ look bad.

Terrible! RICH THE STORE MANGER HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! found ethika boxers in the 50% box and than was told it is full price at checkout. I have worked at retail and if the item is advertised for a price that is what it is sold for and honoured. Absolutely terrible and won’t ever been going back!

Update…Ty is amazing and explained issue when I went in the store!!! Worst location, other foot locker locations have been trying to contact that store! THEY KEEP THERE PHONE OFF THE HOOK INTENTIONALLY!!! Head office will be getting a phone call about this location!

The worst customer service. I could tell the woman did not want to help me at all. She came off as miserable and angry. Every question she answered came off as rude and condescending. And the answers she gave me turned out to be wrong and useless.

Absolutely garbage service at this location Staff is miserable and ignorant every time I will never purchase anything at Foot Locker again because of this location

The customer service one star good people but the company they took My money I’ve been giving the run around all week no one contacted me, no one has tried to give me a gift of appreciation, nor took into consideration that I paid for my item twice only got one pair makes no sense I’m highly dissatisfied and disappointed in footlocker

The service at the PTC Location is horrible. No one asks what you want and the staff was chatting amongst themselves when I had requested to try on a pair of shoes.

While we did end up finding what we were looking for, it took way too long. Either. The staff doesn't know where the shoes are stored in the back room or they are wasting time back there. It should not take 20 minutes to find a pair of shoes!

Foot locker is dope. I still get my kicks at Nike on the web, but this weekend I was ssgartles by a pair of adidas in the coolest blue-green colour. The staff are friendly and helpful, and althought Pickering isn't a huge flagship store, you can still get your Chuck Taylors, vans or any other big name brand. They carry the Jordan Flight brand as well if you want a bit better quality.

Really good customer service. We've been a few times. Sales consultants are helpful and courteous, the store manager Glen was able to help and accommodate us with an exchange and even though it's one of the smaller Footlocker stores, it's well stocked for kids and adults.

I have wider feet and it’s always hard to find a good shoe that’s comfortable. I bought a pair online and like always was extremely uncomfortable on my foot so I decided to go in store to try on a few pairs for volleyball/basketball use. The gentlemen behind the counter (i believe his name was Daniel as per my receipt) was extremely helpful. Helped me find the right shoe with a great recommendation and was going above and beyond to locate my shoe size at other locations. I’ve been to many footlockers/other shoe stores and never received assistance like this. Love the shoes that were recommended

When I need to drop them points I need the right shoes to do it, and what shoe store (Other than SVP) is better than Foot Locker for that?🤔

The manager is the worst in customer service, he was so rude. I took shoes to return after 1 day and he kept saying it's been worn out; when for a fact they were never worn! He kept implying that I'm lying, he kept saying it over and over... simply ridiculous! He made me feel so low for a pair of F*n shoes...

One of the best stores to stay caught up on all the lastest fashions and shoes for all ages. Great store for any athlete of any age.
