    I was at this location today to upgrade my phone. The woman that served me was so inconsiderate and rude while serving me. I had my mask on the whole time however due to my pregnancy I had to leave some room around my nose to get more air. They didn’t have any glass protector. If she is very concerned about me infecting he or others through my nose then she should ask her boss to install a glass wall. As a custom service rep she should have some consideration for people with limitations. So disappointed in how she handled herself.

    I came into the store to purchase a phone and one of the attendant assisted me by setting up the plan with an account number. I was advised that the phone I wanted wasn’t in stock but I was ok to wait. Unsure as to how long the wait would be a week later I called to find out if my phone had a arrived. The person who answered my call mentioned she was the store manager and I figured I was in good hands. I gave her my information and she stated she had no information of mine on file which was strange as I had an account number when I set up my plan. She then proceeded to inform me that if the phone is not delivered before the promotion date the price is subject to change. HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE!!! I already set up an account. For anyone that has set up an account at Rogers, it’s not a 1 min process. I had my kids and wife and was in the store for over an hour at least to now being informed that I could possible be a waste... she was rude, she kept repeating the same thing over and over again. I’m a long time hassle free customer to Rogers

    SHAN IS AMAZING!! I’ve had the pleasure of having Shan assist me twice! Both times have been for a service upgrade. He is very patient, thorough and honest when dealing customers . The most recent time our service required for us to be there after the store was closed ( a situation out of our control and his) he continued to give Exemplary service ! I really Hope he grows in the company!!

    I went to return the modem and TV box to the store. There were two customers at the store and two reps serving them, just transferring cell data. The girl told me it will take them one hour to get into my account and take the equipment back and i should come back after an hour, not to mention that they were closing in 45 min.This is the worst excuse for not working that i have heard ever from a customer rep. If possible i would have given them zero stars. Worst store ever.Good hing i switched to bell

    I am done with Rogers. You try to speak to a human and it's impossible. Everything is Digital but you can't get help. The waiting time is between 1-2 hr wait. I'm sorry but my time is worth more than your service. They tell you to call a few days before the old plan expires and you will be charged the original plan but when trying to speak to someone it is impossible. Consequently, you are S... out of luck b/c now you are paying the full premium.....NOT!!

    Excellent service and amazing customer service. I came on Black Friday to check out the deals and even though they were very busy at that time but they were patient and I left extremely satisfied. The girl that helped me was Waad, she is very professional and knowledgeable. She also helped me set up my new phone and I got the best deal I could get. Would 100% recommend giving them a visit.

    EXCELLENT Experience with Elka at this Pickering TC Rogers location! Needed to help my senior Mom with consolidating her services, getting a new phone, and a competitive new bundle plan. Elka was FABULOUS! She listened to our needs, presented competitive solution options, and walked us through the entire process from start to finish. She was friendly & gave us (especially my Mom) comfort through the entire experience & I would highly recommend coming to this Rogers location & seeking out Elka for all of your technology needs. WONDERFUL!

    I recently came into the store last week and was met with a wonderful worker - Waad. She was super sweet and helpful, especially since I’m not too knowledgeable in the field. But she took her time and made sure I was comfortable with everything! Overall great place!

    I came in to the store just to ask some questions and it was very busy. Even though other people were making purchases and I was just there to take a look. The girl that helped me “waad” was so patient and lovely. I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews but I was very impressed by this girl!

    After my last phone plan getting fiasco I did not want to go into a store and deal w anyone but I have to say the way one of the employees there, Waad, helped me was extremely comfortable and she made the whole experience really easy.     Aaliyah Beckles was extremely helpful in putting on my screen protector.. very informative, gave me other options (upselling) , and was able to exceeded my expectations.. never mind her manager, the Rogers corporation should be very proud to have Aaliyah part of their in-store team .     Mahima is a WONDERFUL representation of how customer service should be! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Talking to her felt natural and comfortable. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy which is rare in todays world. If you’re looking for an honest sales rep she’s the one you want. ☺️ Rob the manager is always very supportive of his team and checked on Mahima multiple times throughout the transaction, making sure she was good and that if she needed any support or help. They also got me a super durable case and screen protector. Very reasonable price.

    Mahima was great. explained my new plan and phone. She helped me set up my phone made sure my photos and contacts came over. I couldn’t read my phones screen because the font was too small. She showed me how to make it larger so I could read it better. Happy with my new iPhone 13.

    Visiting this Rogers to get a new phone and plan was a friendly and simple experience! The young lady who helped me, I believe her name was Sarah, was very friendly and accommodating when helping me set up a plan with unlimited data. everything went really smooth and she wasn't pushy at all, just setting up exactly what I needed for the best price. i will be sure to go back to this location for all my cellphone needs since I'm often at the mall anyways.

    I wish I can put 0 stars. This company is complete chaos. They've been charging my account on a previous address for "cable" service which I never signed up for and only after moving to my new place I find out that they've been charging 2 accounts. Rogers owes me over $1600 and its been over 2 months trying to get this amount credited back to my account. Over 2 months of "we've sent this to our back office, call the presidents office, we are working on this for you.... Etc etc." I have been so patient but the lack of punctuality, responsibility and professionalism is ridiculous. They dont have a proper system, there's lack of internal communication, each employee has a different opinion and not only that, theyve even failed to provide me service at my new place on the moving day althought I've let them know of an address change a week and a half prior. Did I mention that they were responsible for a canada wide outage too? What a shame. Save yourself from the headache of dealing with Rogers, they are not to be trusted with anything. This company needs major reconstruction.

    They don’t back their promotions 100%. They promise to give free tablet but then find all sorts of excuses not to give you one. Promised to call when promotion is on again but didn’t. All nice and lots of smiles in your face but full of broken promises. It’s fine I got approved for their platinum credit card but when it comes receiving anything free from them it becomes a real big problem. I’ve been a loyal customer for the past 15 years so I truly expect better from Rogers. I’m not impressed whatsoever!!!!

    I went to rogers at pickering Town center to sign my dad up for a new phone and internet for his new place. The boxing day deals were so good I had to change myself over as well. Joseph helped me and he was super quick and most helpful! My experience couldn't have gone any better!

    Normally dealing with Rogers is a less than favourable experience however, today representative Mahima K at the pickering town centre location exceeded my expectations all while providing tailored, professional assistance. She assisted in the sale of 2 smartphones, took the time to confirm all information was transferred, setup our sim cards and confirmed every step of the process in a clear and concise manner. Mahima is truly an asset to rogers and her excellent personality and engagement is incredibly refreshing and so enjoyed as it's so rare when dealing with rogers. I hope Mahima is recognized for her truly outstanding customer service. Thank you Mahima for everything!
