This place was horrible. We looked at the reviews and thought, " It can't be that bad. We are only gonna be there a couple of days," but no. The room was completely underwater cause the ac was leaking water, and room service just gave us towels to cover up the water. We had to wear shoes in our room cause there was so much water. Also, they WILL NOT give you towels. You ask if you can have any, and they get smart with you and rude. They gave us TWO towels for a 8 person party. We asked for more the first day, and they said no, then the next day, we had to fight tooth and nail just to get some to shower. I wouldn't let a dead dog stay here, I don't even know how the bugs live in this building cause it's so horrible. Just go next door to the go-kart track and sleep in their bathroom cause you will probably get better room service and it will be cleaner. BELIEVE WHAT THESE PEOPLE SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE I BEG YOU. THEY ARE TELLING THE TRUTH. IT REALLY IS THAT BAD HERE. we even heard a lady talking to the front desk lady, and they charged here two more extra days for no reason and took her money. It's like they take your money and that's it, they have it so they don't care about you anymore. They don't care how bad your room is or how many towels you have. They have your money, so they don't care. DO NOT STAY HERE, SLEEP ON THE SIDEWALK IF YOU HAVE TO

Hotel is horrible. No smoke detector, bathroom door is rigged up with cardboard, barley shuts and does not lock, i have seen a few roaches in the room. We got it for 4 nights and every morning someone knocks on the door asking who we are and who's this room under. Other people were complaining about the roof in the bathroom falling down into the bathtub. Do not stay here. The price is cheaper than others but for a good reason. I will never be back and hopefully this place gets major changes to it or Health Department shuts it down. But don't let a place like this ruin you vacation like it has mine. Spend a little extra somewhere else.

Is there a negative star option? I booked online & paid for the room. Upon arrival, there is a list of "local" cities they do not allow to stay. I cannot understand how a particular city over 100 miles away is considered local. Three people came in to ask for towels and were turned away without any available. Another person came in to say there was no TV in their room. While speaking to someone about the "not staying there", they asked me if it was because of the bed bugs? Whew! Even the great price is not worth it. Pay the $20-30 more and run away as fast as you can.

This was a horrible hotel. The customer service was awful. The room had a drink cup from previous guest. Smoke alarm was torn off the wall. A random hose was laying on the clothes rack. We had 1 towel nothing else that goes with bathing. Asked for more towels was told they had none and don’t speak English. No toilet paper. Bed sheets were stained. Very rude front desk staff. No phone. Very nasty place. Room stank. Will never stay here again. Toilet was leaking. No breakfast or coffee in the lobby. Met 1 nice staff member. Got bleach and clean and cleaned my own room. Definitely paid more than it was worth for sure. We stayed during the Rod Run. This hotel definitely needs new management and new ownership really this should not even be a running hotel. Many maintenance issues. Did not feel safe and clean. I have no stars only for the location. The only reason I gave it one star is because it made me in order to post review.

This was by far the cheapest hotel that I have ever stayed in but it was not the worst, I mean that as a slight compliment. The room has issues, the tub drained slowly, AC on max just kept us comfortable and while we didn't see anything "dirty" we had a feeling it could have been kept up better. On a true positive note, all of the light bulbs worked and appeared to be the same style. The elevator and pool were "out of service" I doubt either had been in operation for a while. The stairs were missing a hand rail and the room at the top's AC dripping down the steps making them constantly wet. Those two issues should be addressed ASAP. The room only had 2 towels and no mat for outside the shower. The towels were clean but pretty worn out. The beds were good if you like a firm bed but I'm glad we had our own pillows. Also the front door to our room was slightly tricky to open, it was really only a problem for my wife and daughter.

The room was very filthy! The floors have not been cleaned in awhile, don’t walk barefoot as your feet will be black. The bedding was stained & ripped. The tub faucet won’t turn completely off. The bathroom floor has someone else’s hair all in it and soap in the floor from lord knows how long ago. The toilet barely flushes & doesn’t have a lid. The internet would never connect & the TV didn’t work. The safety lock on the door was broken & the deadbolt won’t lock. Didn’t feel very safe at night! The reception has very bad attitudes. One elevator & very little parking! I’ll never stay here again!

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I called to book it, the prices were good and the lady on the phone was wonderful and so nice. We arrived at the hotel, waited in the lobby for a while before every getting waited on. I booked two rooms, they could only find one. Kept saying my debit card was getting declined and also my credit card but I had no issues anywhere else and neither did my husband. Finally got to our room. NASTY. Mold in the bathrooms, vomit looking stains on the mattresses, the towels had black stains all over each of them, the couple that went with us has roaches coming out of the walls as there was no trim on any of the walls. The bathroom doors were falling apart, the curtains ripped to where people could see inside. This gives Wyndham a bad name as I’ve never stayed at any dirty Wyndham hotels. This place needs to be shut down asap. The hotel door looked as if it had been kicked in several times, beds were awful, just all around a terrible experience. We would have went anywhere else had there been any vacancies on a busy weekend!

I’ve stayed in 2-3 star hotels before but this one doesn’t even rate a 1. A zero would be more like it. I spoke with the person checking us in a told her about the bad reviews. She gave me a very non caring remark. Well BELIEVE every bad review posted! This place was just ridiculous. We stayed in room 104. The sheets and pillowcases were put on inside out. Towels just thrown on the sink. Hardly folded at all. Several looked like cleaning rags they use. Just nasty. TV did not work. Smelled like cigarettes. The bed was hard and the pillows nasty. We went and bought two pillows. I wasn’t putting my head on those. Went to the office about the TV and if that was the manager he was not helpful. The only good thing is the water was hot if you don’t mind taking a shower with black mold. I mentioned that to the front desk person and again nothing was done. So bottom line DONOT stay here. If I could get my money back I would

I stayed at the troubled Americana Inn so I could see why it's $26/night. It isn't as bad as other have claimed but there are issues. The door had a big gap over an inch, the bathroom had a hole, which I taped up to help them out. The mattress was very soft, I felt like I sunk into it and slept only 6 hours. I liked they had a large fridge and the bathroom has good water pressure. No I wouldn't stay again, but it is good for one night . . .

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. If Wyndham only knew what it is like, I'm sure they would be appalled. Just because it says Wyndham, does not mean Good or Great. The only good thing I can say about it was it was relatively clean and in good location. The light fixture over the sink only had 1 bulb in it so I took one from a wall fixture to use so I could see my face. The toilet paper holder was missing the holder so it set on back of commode. Our TV only had 2 or 3 stations we could watch which were sports station b/c of so much static and blurry picture. I asked at front desk to have light bulb replace and TV repaired so we could watch. They did replace bulb but he left the TV on a station that was watchable thinking we thought they had fixed the issue but as soon as we changed the channel we knew different. Will never stay here again and warning everyone to NOT stay here. Photos are deceiving on website.

The room was not clean. The fan in bathroom hanging off wall. Shower head was so low even my 5' 7" husband had to squat down to wash his hair. I have a bad back and I'm 5' 10" and it was extremely difficult to shower. We stayed 5 days and not one time did housekeeping dump the trash, refresh towels, nothing. I had to take dirty towels downstairs to get clean ones. Staff very unfriendly. We had coffee machine with no pot. Microwave didnt work. I could go on and on. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!!

We booked room 342 and to say the least this hotel is absolutely DISGUSTING. The way up to the room was filled with dodging broken glass on the steps and trying to not get a contract buzz from the smoke. Once inside the room it was literally covered in filth. Food was all over the floor, the room had mold in it, the sheets were disgusting, the toilet was covered in poop, the door was busted all to pieces to the bathroom itself, the bath tub was filled with hair, the towels were stained up, and to top it all off the TV was broken also. Pouring bleach down their sink was the only form of cleaning done, but that’s not the wining factor just yet, it gets so much better! Trying to look over the filth was one thing, but trying to avoid the three roaches climbing up the wall from the cracks between the floor and wall was another. Hotel refused a refund and admitted it was an issue. Don’t stay here if you don’t plan on partying with the creepy crawlies and catching somethin Ajax can’t even get off. It may be cheap, but it needs to be demolished.

If I could give a -0 I would!!! This place is horrible and has bedbugs. We stayed here cause it was the only place available at the time. Bed linens was filthy floors are so dirty they are black. The smoke detector is non existent wall plugs hanging out the wall and the phone lines was cut so we couldn’t call front desk. Curtains are so old they are being ate by moths and room service is also no existent. Last day of our stay they had ppl out here hollering and screaming the whole time and woke my son up. Police was called several times due to drug activity. Even if you call front desk from your phone they won’t answer so if you need clean anything you have to go down there. Front desk workers was outside smoking weed late at night. They got mad and screamed at me cause I told them the room was dirty and the fridge didn’t work. Would recommend sleeping in your own vehicle before staying here.
