Before travelling to Senegal i texted this place and sometimes they didnt reply all my messages. As it was going to BE my first time outside my Country i was a bit nervous as it was going to BE a new Country for me. I was at the airport in my Country i asked them to confirm if there was a driver waiting. I didnt get a reply and i decided to call. Someone picked the phone and asked me if i had a booking. I Said yes. This person told me maybe the Booking was with her collegue. Finally i MET the driver at the airport. That was great. Once i arrived to the hotel, there was no Room available. I MET a guy from gambia in the same situation. They put us in an apartment. My door didnt have a Key só o couldnt lock it. I was afraid because everytime when i left the place the Door wasnt locked. But anything wrong happened with my Belongs. A guy tryed to fix it but he couldnt. Je Said Next morning he was going to try but he never appeared. I told another guy that there was a guy that was going to fix it and never come, he told me he was going to fix it and he hás never come too. Another problem is: there was no Water. I arrived to the place 11 PM on July 10th but i only had a shower Next day around 1 pm. I took the shower in another place inside. The guy from gambia didnt have Water too. They only fixed the problem on July 11th evening. I was going to leave on July 12th morning. They dont speak English at all. The language was a big problem. Sometimes i had to use Google translator. I was using the air conditioning and the owner of the place asked me to switch it off. It was too hot. He Said i had to pay for it. It was my first time outside and already the worst. Then moved to savana hotel and it was great. In that área some people speak a little bit of English. I couldnt find anyone speaking a fluent English.
