Amazing hotel, great helpful staff, super modern room with rustic original feature's and nice simple tasty breakfast n coffee. We stayed in room 5 at the top. Large open plan room with massive shower and ice cold Aircon and super modern TV. Couldn't find a place to watch premiership football so I screen mirrored my phone onto the Samsung TV and watched the football. Was great the WiFi is really fast. Perfect stay.

Outstanding hotel room. Spacious bedroom and huge bathroom with claw foot tub. Lots of amenities. Walking distance from the leaning tower via the main pedestrian road. Great service. I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

We have not even stayed the night yet and I could not recommend this hotel more. Francesco greeted us at the door with a smile and a friendly welcome, carrying our bag in and to the room. He also took the time after checking us in to give us a map of Pisa and go through recommendations of restaurants in the local vicinity. The room is beautiful and really really clean!! Book this hotel!!

Amazing hotel, great room, and excellent customer service. Well located, walking distance to many restaurants and stores. The room was very clean, spacious, modern, with a touch of rustic decor. I'd definitely recommend to anyone and if we come back to Pisa, we're certainly staying there again.

Charming, beautiful and elegant hotel which made me struggle to go back to normal life. Staff was very friendly and nice to us and made us feel welcome and spoiled. Location is excellent. Strongly recommended when visiting Pisa!

This place is perfect if you don't want to stay directly in the city center of Pisa. It has luxurious furniture and spacious bathrooms (only one of the rooms has a whirlpool though). Beds were comfortable and breakfast at the cafe was good too.

We had a wonderful stay : - nice welcoming, help for the luggages -the room and the all building are clean, decorated with taste even the hygienic kits are classy - the "hotel" has a partnership with the city for parking places + for breakfast in the town close to the hotel. Clever and nice ! - perfect location close to the city -netflix available in the room - calm , with only 4 rooms in the building and well - frequented - garden and balcony If you go to pisa , you gotta stay there.

Beautiful suite with plenty of room for a family of 4. Very well equipped rooms with dressing gown, slippers and toiletries for all, along with very well equipped mini mar and treats. Super helpful and very friendly lady on reception who welcomed us and arranged for our room to be cleaned early so we could check in shortly after 12 which was hugely appreciated for the one night stop over. Had a fabulous afternoon and night out in Pisa and wish we could have stayed longer. So many restaurants and cute little shops. We’ll be back !
