This place, is hands down the best Value for healthy, wholesome food on the go that I've ever found. Nowhere have I had a hearty and filling bowl of whole brown rice and well cooked beans that digest easily, (they must soak them), with avocado NOT costing extra, and so much flavor, all for under $10. For a Van-Dweller trying to eat healthy and sustainably without a kitchen, this place is a godsend. I hope they stay in business for a lifetime. I'd give six stars if I could. More eateries need to do food the way these guys do

Really love this place. The chef/owner really knows how to balance foods and is super friendly. His sauces are really dialed. Since you get to mix and match sauces/ingredients/proteins the possibilities are endless. Also the portions are very generous. I consider it 2 meals for 10$.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! It’s my number one favorite food truck in Portland!! You can order ANYTHING on the menu and it will taste delicious!! I’ve tried almost every bowl and I’ve never been disappointed!! Rich is an awesome guy! You can tell by the taste of his food that he has a passion for this and cooks with lots of love! 5 stars for sure! I highly recommend!!

Super yummy bowls! Had the island bowl and loved the coconut flavor. Great amount of food for the price. Definitely will be my go to place for healthy bowls.

Hands down the best food truck in town!! Heath is on point. The taste is incredible. Asides from all that, the staff is the best I've experienced ever in Oregon.. very accommodating and respectful. They also fill up the box to the top. Price point is amazing. Tons of quality food. Awesome reward program for loyal customers. It's seriously the best. Makes me so happy coming here! Thank you!

One of my favorite places to eat! Not only because they have vegan...which is absolutely amazing! A must try is the jack fruit! But everything on the menu is amazing! Love The Island Bowl! The taste is incredible! Their selection of kombucha is good as well. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a delicious healthy treat!

Really great, really fresh, really healthy whole-food that doesn’t taste bland and boring! I absolutely love the samurai bowl in a burrito with a little extra sauce. My fiancé can’t get enough of this place, and normally I wouldn’t be into the whole food thing, but this I actually enjoy! Great portion sizes, great flavors, super fresh veggies, and even immune booster concentrate shots! Can’t get enough

The food was better than expected, good value (very filling!) and the sauce I got (Coconut Red) was as good as I hope my best sauces are (but they rarely are.) Also the owner/guy running the cart was super friendly and chill. A cart I'll totally try again.

I've been eating here since they opened. Absolutely stellar experience with the owner/operator, Richie, every everytime. The bowls are more delicious, perfectly portioned, and gigantic than they have any right being. They've always been mindful and accommodating to any dietary preference. I love all the sauces, but do yourself a favor and try the hot beet one. Oh, and get the jackfruit.

It is very delicious! If you’ve ever been to a Whole Bowl location or the Mighty Bowl in Vancouver, this place is very similar. It’s a little pricey but compared to other places, you get a lot more food and there’s more protein options than other places!

This is my favorite food cart at the Barely Pod. I always get the Samurai bowl with Jackfruit, but decided to try the tofu. The "tofu (vegan feta style)" was a very sour and garlicy watery cottage cheese looking substance. Very unsatisfying (which is the nice way of saying totally gross), would have hands down preferred actual cooked tofu! Still one of my fav spots though!!!
