It was cold and we wanted noodles with soup. We picked this restaurant without looking at the detailed menu. All we could think of is "pho". Small parking lot with dim light -- saw broken glass on the ground Restaurant is connected to a small casino next door. No one in the restaurant greets you since the host / waitress on the other side (casino). Hardly anyone was eating there. Basically, waiting for someone to show up the whole time. Menu on the TV screen. I am guessing the dish in the Red font is their specialty. This place doesn't have "PHO". #13 Chicken wing --- is really good #16 Hot pot  for 2 people -- noodle, shrimp, squid and mussels, veggies.. Is okay but is not enough for 2 #8 House special fried rice --- is okay #19 Bun Bo Hue -- spicy beef noodle soup with beef and pork shank -- is below average. We only take few bites #29 Pepper and salted squid -- is really bad. Is crunchy but all you eat is breading.

This is also another classic late night hangout spot that serves some good food. My favorite dish here is the BBH hot pot. They also have karaoke here that you can participate in.

An east side karaoke bar serving really good Vietnamese food open until 230am? It is utopia. This is the first place I've ever been where I saw Asian, Black, Latinx, and white folks all getting sloshed together. We were there late & people were definitely inebriated. But it was busy & a good vibe. We had seasoned pork with vermicelli, wings & shrimp & pork salad - all were flavorful & fresh. No cocktail menu but, hey, it's not highbrow. It's for everyone.

Steak bites are to die for. Drinks are excellent. Usually quiet during the week and hilarious karaoke on the weekends.

I wasnt impressed with my fried wings & there wasnt much choices on the menu & seemed a bit expensive & there are people coming & going whom some of are less than desirable because they have video poker machines, but if you dont mind that then your good! I did however hear the Kareokee singers in that area & they seemed to be pretty good & having fun on a Sunday evening!

Food is amazing, drinks are great and the staff/bartender very nice people. The pot stickers and the steak bites are my favorite and the pork fried rice. Weekends they are suppppeeerrr busy but still worth it, I frequent this place as much as I can.

This place is alright. I'd say average. I didn't find anything wrong with it. It's quite small and the picture on the descriptive page that shows a big expensive bar is not a photo of this place. Don't know why it's on their page unless someone wants you to get the wrong impression. I was simply there to play poker.

my partner ordered 3rd party delivery on thanksgiving and wow… I was born & raised in portland as a 1st gen vietnamese and had always seen this place but never been! we ordered fried rice, fish sauce wings, and the shaking beef and WOW!! fried rice made like my mom’s, wings crispy and sauce was not to sweet or bitter and sticky to perfection, and the beef was super juicy and tender. BEST online food order I’ve ever had and especially on thanksgiving? bless whoever worked the kitchen that night. would 10/10 recommend!! I just had to leave a review!!

A great place for those 21+ and over to hangout for late night drinks, dinner, and karaoke! Our go-to order is the house fried rice, diced beef, and pepper salted squid. The service is always fast and the food is consistently good!

Don't know what was wrong with the bartender tonight but I didn't like the service tonight. He had our drinks ready then put them down to the side and started taking other orders ignoring us. Then came back after 15 mins and still didn't give us our drinks. Negative-5 stars.
