An amazing stay! My SO and I recently traveled to Portland for a quick staycation, and staying at the Inn allowed us time to refresh and relax. Deborah was so welcoming and flexible with our schedule, in addition to giving us local tips. She is a lovely cook, as well, and offered freshly-baked cookies each afternoon. The Inn is such a cozy little slice of Portland. It’s in the perfect location - within walking distance to everything. We can’t wait to stay again soon! Highly recommend!

Fantastic - rooms were super cute. Owners were very accommodating and friendly, the breakfast was delicious every morning. They even had gluten-free options for me. One day I wasn't feeling well, and they put the breakfast together for and let my husband bring it up to the room. Location was walking distance to downtown, the art museum, and other things. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Portland

This Inn was awesome. Great location to start. The Inn keeper Debbie is wonderful and makes a fantastic breakfast every day. Room was very clean and comfortable. TV was a bit small, but that's not a big deal. It did come with Amazon Fire TV. Parking situation is not the most ideal, with the lot being across the road and a short walk away. But again, not so bad considering it's free. If you're staying in the Portland area, I highly recommend this Inn.

What an amazing find the Inn at Park Spring was! This brownstone is so tastefully decorated and the staff, Buddy and Brooke could not have more more accommodating! Our room was very spacious and bright with a beautiful en-suite, robes and all the amenities you could think of! A short walk to downtown Portland where you will find an amazing lobster roll at the Portland Lobster and many specialty shops along the way. Breakfast was scrumptious with day long tea and snack available! Thank you for an amazing experience! We would definitely come and stay again, but a little longer next time.

My wife and I spent just two nights at this lovely bed and breakfast and within minutes of arrival, we knew we would want to return. Debbie welcomed us into the home and made sure we felt comfortable. The room was perfect and bed was almost too comfortable. Buddy was around on our second day and made a great breakfast and conversation to start the day. He even packed us a nice little airport friendly go bag for the next morning since we had such an early flight. There were snacks and refreshments available at all hours. The location was great, fairly quiet, and an easy 5 min walk to the beginning of the main drag/shops. We would highly recommend this bed and breakfast!

Stayed for one night. Found them on Airbnb. Very comfortable room and in walking distance to everything we wanted to go to. Hosts made it super easy.

We had a great, albeit quick (one night), stay at The Inn at Parkspring. What an adorable B&B! We loved the location (literally, just steps from one of our favorite restaurants, the Little Tap House), and the inn itself was very comfortable. The innkeepers are clearly very thoughtful when it comes to the small details that matter at a B&B, and we appreciated that. But most of all, the favorite part of our stay was the breakfast! Buddy made an amazing meal for us. We'll be back the next time we're in Portland!

We had a lovely stay at the Inn at Park Spring. The house and room are comfortable and inviting but what really shone was the innkeeper’s hospitality. Breakfast was excellent and the location can’t be beat - plus, there’s off-street parking included with a room (a rarity in downtown Portland). We will definitely be back.

Debbie was an amazing host. My now Fiancé & I went to Portland, ME and got engaged before checking into the suite at The Inn at Park Springs. Debbie made us feel very welcome and made us the best breakfast ever! The cleanliness of our room and common area was exceptional. The location of the Inn at Park Springs was perfect. We were able to walk to all of the go-to places in Portland. We will definitely be back and highly recommend staying here!

My mother and I stayed here for two nights in December, and we had a wonderful time. The room was beautiful and comfortable, the house was festively decorated for Christmas, John was warm and welcoming (and the cookies are incredible), and we had several lovely chats with him. His restaurant recommendations, etc. were on point, and the home cooked breakfasts were delicious! This is the only place I will stay when I return to Portland; nothing like relaxing in the beautiful drawing room with a glass of good wine surrounded by warmth, elegance, and hospitality!

As I told the owner of the Inn, Buddy, I felt like I was at home during our 2 night stay at the Inn at Parkspring. I was starting to get a cold while we were in Portland and every evening, I would wander down and get a cup of tea (and sometimes grab a homemade cookie). If it tells you anything about how nice the accommodations were, I wandered downstairs in my bare feet :) We were welcomed at the door by John, who showed us around and gave us great recommendations for restaurants close by. We tried 3 of his recommendations and all were fantastic. We loved our 3rd Floor room with the skylights. It was a nice size room with a very cozy feel. It was a great location within walking distance of lots of restaurants, the harbor and great shops. We will definitely make this our go-to place to stay when in Portland.

Fantastic stay. This is our 3rd year staying with Katrina. The previous 2 stays were at her 2 other locations. Hands down, this was our favorite. Great location. 1 block over from Congress Street and all our favorite restaurants. I highly recommend this place and any of her other locations.
