7 day stay: the customer service from the hotel and their team work with TUI is absolutely impeccable. It holds a stunning view of the ocean, the building is well looked after and the food is out of this world. You never wait longer than 5 minutes for your food. The staff go the extra mile to give you the top tire experience, making it feel very official. This place really gives you them luxurious, first class vibes. The hotel couldn't be situated closer to activities suitable for young adults and families. As a person meticulous to detial, who is not easily impressed, I can tell you the photos don't do it justice, don't think twice and just book!

Such a lovely hotel and staff we definitely will come back again when we can for sure! Beach 🏖 is very clean and few steps fron the hotel swimming pool area 🏊‍♂️ First time we arrived for check in and as we waited staff welcomed us and was very friendly and even gave us a complimentary glass of orange juice. Pool lounger chairs are allocated so no need to wake up early in the morning. There is a small gym at the hotel, a smaller indoor pool and a game area with a ping pong table and 2 or 3 arcade game type machines. The location is superb stores and bars and restaurants everywhere open until late. Hotel was clean and lovely There is entertainment every night at the hotel lobby.

Beautiful hotel. Stunning location. Especially enjoyed daily yoga sessions with Jenifer. The classes are suitable for all levels and take place on the wooden deck in front of the sea. Jenifer is so friendly and welcoming. She was able to tailor each session to the needs of the class and made everyone feel special. A wonderful addition to the holiday 😊

A fine hotel in a good location. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet as well as the nearby restaurants that are also included. The hotel features a few pools and is right next to the beautiful sand beach. Shopping, restaurants is also less than a minute away. Rooms are comfortable and clean but on the smaller side, the all have a patio/deck.

This is a fantastic hotel. Comfortable, spacious rooms, good food, lovely grounds. Excellent sunbed allocation service, very comfortable sunbeds, and room beds. Close to everything that you need like the beach, shops, restaurants, bus stops. Excellent aircon, good shower/bathroom. All staff are very helpful and friendly. My only one criticism would be that the pool jacuzzi was never on. Our maid was a tiny bit "hurry up" I want to clean now. It wouldn't stop us from returning. We loved it x

Staff tried very hard to please and were accommodating. The head of customer relations (Romanian Lady) was exceptionally hospitable and accommodating. While the beach is amazing, surrounding restaurants are unfortunately extremely touristy and not good at all. Great value cocktails and very nice.

Just returned from an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. The room we had was perfect , the sea view was sensational. With special thanks to Ms Maria at reception for all her support with our accommodation. The air con in the room was perfect and needed . The ice cold face cloth delivered by the pool every day was a lovely touch and so refreshing. The pools were good fun and just a stones throw from the stunning beach . The life guard Franco was there every day with a smile on his face . The allocated sun beds made the whole pool experience so wonderful. No early morning dash to reserve beds. The food amazing. The dine around restaurants all amazing our favourite was the lemon grass and the traditional Greek . The service at all the restaurants was without a doubt 5* The Italian restaurant was by far the most popular on the strip but we never felt rushed through our meal the food was delicious and the staff there were incredible. The fishbone restaurant at the Sunrise Pearl is definitely worth a visit , there was a supplement to pay here but worth it. Breakfast at the hotel was varied and the manager Anca was always there with a friendly smile the chefs were all happy and chatty in the mornings . All the staff at the hotel were friendly and professional. The noise from the strip was muffled by the excellent triple glazing and although the music went on well into the early hours our quality of sleep was not effected. Comfortable beds . All round EXCELLENT family holiday. Thank you Sunrise Beach and we can’t wait to return next year.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay here. The scenery is magnificent. We had a beautiful ocean front room. We checked in and started our day on one of the beach front umbrellas with a drink. We worked our way back to the adult only pool where we enjoyed the very chill atmosphere. Every where we went it was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the panorama restaurant in the evening for dinner. The food was great and the service staff are friendly, helpful and very attentive. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast the next day was delicious! I hope to return here again soon!

My wife and I stayed at the sunrise beach hotel for 10 days in September, we had a fantastic holiday. The hotel is great, comfortable large rooms, fantastic pool area and the allocated sunbeds were a great idea, the staff were very friendly and The food was very nice, also the hotel is in a perfect location surrounded by all the bars and restaurants. We will definitely return.

Fantastic hotel, very, very welcoming considering it had only been open 2 weeks. I was disappointed with the air conditioning on the first night as it was not working. There was an issue with staff bringing me an iron at one point other than this the hotel and staff were fantastic, I loved everything about the hotel, especially the staff. I recommend going all-inclusive as the food is amazing at all the participating restaurants. Easy access to public transport, lots of bars and restaurants, and shops all nearby. Watersports on the beach, which was right on our doorstep, very iconic location great for honey mooners and families and even party groups.

Comfortable rooms, friendly personnel, perfect sand beach. Diverse breakfast. Most British and Russian tourists. Big plus from me for the teapots at breakfast and for very comfortable wardrobe! Recommend this hotel if you want to rest quietly on the beach, may be with your family.

We came to the Sunrise Beach Hotel in April 2022 looking for our wedding destination and was blown away with the stunning views and spectacular service provided at the beautiful hotel. We flew with 14 family members who stayed at the hotel and Anca our wedding planner made all of our family feel accommodated and went above and beyond. Even ensuring all of our family were close together by the pool which was perfect for the ones with children. We married on the 23.10.23 and the day couldn't have gone more perfect. Anca was so reassuring throughout the whole entire process from the moment we booked our wedding with the sunrise to the day we left Cyprus. Anca arranged many video calls with us, being located in the UK planning a wedding can be rather nerve wracking but with Ancas support and reassurance she put all the anxiety I had at ease. She really was amazing. The day itself went so smoothly and not only the best day for myself and now Husband but for all of our family and friends including the ones who were not staying at the hotel.we had 32 guests in total and the day was honestly the wedding of dreams! the service was excellent, we opted for the BBQ option which accommodated everyone and was delicious. the waiter service was great and the staff are so lovely, happy and friendly they really go the extra mile which we are so grateful! the hotel itself is perfect for families or for couples, the location is amazing, so very clean and the housekeeping ladies are cheerful, friendly and make your rooms look brand new each day! the bar staff are great, remembered are usual drinks which is lovely the staff really make your experience personal. including the pool bar staff who are brilliant. the onsite restaurants which are apart of the sunrise offer excellent food and are good value for money, the hotel treated us to a meal at their Italian as a wedding gift and the food was exceptional. the kids club, the children really enjoyed, they had a cinema which caters for most nationalities, arts and crafts, music, dancing and games. Going back to the wedding, if you are looking at getting married at the Sunrise Beach Hotel, we really couldn't recommend it enough. rather than booking through your travel agent I do advise to book through Anca direct as you do get that personal touch and build a report with her through the wedding planning process. she is always there to speak with and no job is too big or too small for her. I can't sing her praises enough. she genuinely cared that the day went perfectly for us and it went better than I could have hoped. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat.

Went to Othello bar, really enjoyed the view and the cocktails, the espresso martinis were amazing and copious! The hotel's location is right on the beach.

Lovely place ...always feels classy...brilliant location....attentive staff..food good...drinks not cheap...been here many times ...got married here in 2017...can't rate it any higher

Absolutely fabulous hotel. The rooms are good, but everything else is perfect. Probably the best food we have ever had at a hotel, superb. The service during dinner is attentive and quick. Maybe a few comments to take into consideration. Sunrise beach is fantastic, but gets very busy. Sun loungers are cheap though at €7.50 for 2 loungers and an umbrella. Be there very early, like 0730 to make sure you get one. Hotel has limited loungers but they must be booked and you may only be ‘promoted’ to a better chair later in your stay. Bars are great, but a bit pricy. Beer is cheap😀.Rooms facing the main road tends to be noisy from the bars, but the door does reduce it by 98%, but if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. But it’s really soft. We loved it here.

A fabulous stay at this hotel, just on the beach! It was our first time in Cyprus. Great service and attitude! We had a Family room with Terrace and Sea View! The food was tasty! The dinner on the hotel's terrace was really nice. The water in the sea is very clear, clean and transparent, the sand very soft. The bus station 1min walk. Many tavernas and shops very close to the hotel. I strongly recommend it! We will certainly come back again! Thank you for everything!

Fantastic beachfront hotel, perfect for families with children as the water is flat and super warm, with some nice sea life to spot at the corner of the beach if you like snorkeling. From the allocated beach loungers to the lovely staff at the kids club and the fantastic yoga teacher, we couldn't have asked for much more. The food was also nice, especially the cypriot breakfast pastries and the omelettes. We had a super relaxing, fun week with our four year old, we will definitely be going back!

Andreas from the restaurant at the pool was really unfriendly and sent me away as I was working in the restaurant although they were more than 100 tables available. I was around 15 times already in sunrise beach, but unfriendly like this they have never been before: "you have to leave I have to do my job" instead of offering me something to drink or ask if I want to eat something.

Best hotel in Protaras and possibly the whole of Cyprus I stay in the junior suite,I will be returning Again this year for 2 weeks Can't wait. Beautiful settings Close to all the amenities Right on the beach.

Solo traveler, had the best time, never felt alone, Justine on the lobby bar made sure of that, beautiful lady had a smile for everyone and made everyone feel special!! I had bed and breakfast, the breakfast was spectacular , plenty to choose from for all tastes, I also used the a la carte restaurants, marcellos and lemongrass both outstanding service and food!! I highly recommend Sunrise Beach hotel, it should be 5* Thank you all, I had a fabulous stay ❤️

First time staying at a resort style accomodation, great experience overall with friendly and efficient staff. Double bunk room worked well without having to book a separate room. Food options are of varying quality but the hotel restaurant’s are reasonably priced.

Looks absolutely beautiful by the beach side especially under the tropical sun and always been drinking there for years whenever I'm at Sunrise beach.

Absolutely love this hotel. Excellent staff and the sunbeds being reserved for you for the duration of your stay is a great idea. And if you want peace and quiet, there's the adult pool with its own bar.

Fantastic location, best beach with direct access from the hotel. No better place to sit back, relax and enjoy a glass of beautiful Cypriot wine on the terrace.

We booked our stay for 1 week and we got a room facing the pool and some part of the beach. Such a lovely hotel with fantastic views, friendly staffs and good food. The service was very good , staffs were very kind. The bars near the pool was cool but crowded sometimes. The beach is just 100 meters from the resort. Restaurants, shopping street, grocery store, pharmacy everything is located in the walkable distance. The location is great 😊😊

Our stay at Sunrise Beach Hotel was perfect! - Rooms: the rooms are very spacious and clean. We had a side sea view room. The music was a bit loud at night fron neighboring clubs, but it didn't disturb us that much, we just closed the balcony door and slept. So, ask for a quiter room if you are a light sleeper. - Staff: the staff are the best in this hotel, very welcoming and friendly. One night our AC wasn't working so they instantly gave us an extra room to spend the night. The next day they fixed it and sent us a complimentary bottle of wine. - Pools & Bars: the hotel had 3 pools. The main pool had a bar in it and next to it was a small kids pool. Then on the other side of the hotel was the adults pool, where we spent most of our time. It is very quiet and its bar has the very fun and friendly barman named Tassos who makes the best Pina Colada you will ever taste. You are also allocated sunbeds and an umbrella that are yours for your entire stay. That was actually very convenient, you get to choose where you want to sit and you get that place for your entire stay. At any time you return to the hotel, your place is reserved. - Breakfast: breakfast is a big buffet with many varieties. Everything tasted good. - Gym: the hotel's gym is very clean and equipped with machines that are more tham enough for a holiday workout. It also has its own lockers and showers. - Location: the location of this hotel was so convenient for our trip. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel where you can take bus 102 to cape greco, konnos beach, anywhere in ayia napa for only 1.5 euros and come back with bus 101. Buses remain active till 1 am. The hotel is beach front to a long sandy shore. You can enjoy the clear blue waters that are simolar to fig tree bay without the crowds. Also, fig tree bay is just a 10 minute walk away. So is the harbor (around 15 minute walk) where you can book daily cruises. Moreover, the hotel lies on a street filled with restaurants and pubs

My room had been cleaned with dirty and smelly mop , every time we where coming back from the beach the room stank . Don't eat lunch and dinner at the hotel ,they use external restaurants as well better go there . One morning we were nearly done with our breakfast and they decided to brings us the coffee. They have overcharged us on the end . Never going back .

The hotel has a great location, beautiful gardens,pools and beach. The room although wasn't luxurious was dissent, but with poor maintenance. They were cleaning it with dirty mops and was smelly, everithing was covered with thin layer of dust. Towels in the bathroom were not brilliantly clean. Food not so great with the staff during the breakfast disorganised. With my husband we caught covid during our stay and we informed the Hotel, that was 2 days before our departure and they were hesitant to get rid of us at the same day regardless of the fact that everything has been paid and we were isolating in the room. They refused to refund us for those days and sent us to a designated hotel far from the resort. Such a disappointment, indeed!

Fantastic hotel, great staff, breakfast times are a bit chaotic but that’s down to other guests not the staff who work really hard. Lovely grounds, great location on the beach front. Would definitely stay again.

Staff is really nice and welcoming, anywhere you go you're greeted with a smile. Hard working for your best experience. Now, the sunbed-reserving solution is great. Loving the fact that you get your own bed for your entire stay and you're able to change bed if you're displeased and a new spot opens up. Loving the frozen towels that they hand out! The elevators are horrendously slow, but tidy. They require some patience and they don't seem to have any sense of logic to them. The breakfast tends to get crowded and loud, and it's hard to find a desired spot, but that's mostly the other residents. The buffé has some really nice options but I would prefer a wider range of variety in terms of diet since there's a lot of meat and grease with a very limited amount of vegan options. The location is great, and since it's next to the ocean you're able to go for a swim but still having your own sunbed with your own belongings without making it an entire project to have some saltwater. The rooms are clean and roomservice is extremely fast. At a few times we left for a few hours and they managed to notice and clean almost immediately. I even asked for an ashtray and it got delivered within 30 minutes. The beds are comfortable and the layout of the room is clever, but the balcony needs some attention. The seating on the balcony is nothing more but a seating option. The chairs aren't that comfortable and they're without padding. Would love some lounge furniture. All in all, an extremely pleasant experience.

Disappointing hotel! Old but big room. Dining room like in a hostel and not like a 5 star hotel. European meal: sausage, ham, pastrami beans and there is also an egg - lucky me. No salad!!! Very disappointing! Its location is in the center. There is a beach in front of the hotel and this is the only advantage of the hotel (like most hotels here).

It is a good hotel. Friendly stuff, great reception. However I would like to draw the management attention to the beach towels situation. My family is staying at the hotel while I commute to Nicosia for work. When I have returned to the hotel today I went to the beach for a short swim while my family was somewhere else . Sadly the stuff refused to provide me a towel. At first they tried to accompany me to where my family supposedly were but half way changed their mind and just refused to give me a towel. Is this hospitality? Finally I found where my family left there stuff but what is the common sense of this towel scrutiny?

We got married here this August 2021, wonderful in general however a few points that made our day less than perfect. Where you get married and have pics the white canopy covering the pool view kept falling down. At night time when sat for our meal the top table area was sooo dark our guests couldn't see us. They really need extra lighting. DJ was late and didn't have a cordless microphone so couldn't do speeches on top table had to move to the other side, Wonderful otherwise and I really hope Denise has taken our views on board so other couples weddings are better. Honeymooned the week after and loved the hotel itself.
