( The first message on a website ) The hotel is of a very reasonable level, the pool is not that clean, I doubt they do cleaning and water tests there, we had to leave for personal reasons and we were assured by the hotel manager that he would refund us the money for the remaining four nights, until now he disclaims responsibility and suddenly claims that he has managers who have to approve it, what That was not discussed at first. I hope he gave up on himself quickly, so due to his unreliability I will not recommend this hotel ( An email message that was sent to the company email, and has not been answered yet 10/26/20023 ) Hello, On 10/16/2023 We rented a room from you at Flokkas Hotel Apartments, Protaras, Cyprus until 10/23/23. The hospitality was overall good but unfortunately we had to leave on 10/19/2023 for personal and unexpected reasons. When we informed the hotel manager about this, he replied that there is no problem leaving early and that they would refund us the full amount for the remaining nights, he asked that we give him the account/credit number so that he could refund, so we left the hotel. At the end of the conversation it's was agreed with him that the next day on 10/20/23 he would come to the hotel himself and contact us in order to transfer the remaining difference (280 euros) to us. On 10/20/23 the hotel manager did not contact us but we called him. he in response disavowed what he said the day before and said that he himself is not the owner of the place and needs the approval of the company and the company did not agree to the refund.  After we demanded, we received a phone number of the "Company" Miss Anna, but the phone is inactive and no one answers there (24651802) On Monday we called him again, he replied that he would look into the matter and get back to us and since then every day that we call he hangs up on us or doesn't answer. We ask to consider our situation, it is a situation of war at home and in our country and therefore things were not expected. We would like to get a refund for the days we did not sleep in the hotel, or at least be considered and refound us a part of the amount. Thenk you, Shlomi & Giselle malach

Big, bright, clean and quiet apartments in the middle of Protaras town, about 15 minutes walk from the beach and 7 minutes to a Lidl supermarket. Both the owner and his employees are very friendly, they speak Greek, English and Russian, there's a pool in the middle of the complex, a washing machine available (2€/wash) and several nearby restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner. All that at a fraction of the price when compared to bigger hotels in the area. I'd definitely stay there again.

Really clean rooms. The apartments were cleaned regularly. Pleasant staff. Great affordable stay.

My partner and myself have stopped at the flokkas apartments a couple of times now ,and let me say not disappointed with the experience at all , the rooms are very clean,we have stayed in 5star accommodation that is not as clean ,towels and sheets changed regularly,the service is first class basically ask and if possible they will help ,yannis that runs the pool bar is very helpful ,the location is quiet and family friendly ,but within 3oo MTs you have the strip of protaras very lively with everything for families with children to hen or stag parties ,or just chill with a wine or beer. The food is very diverse from fusion to good local food ,Italian ,Indian ,fish ,chips to Macdonald's your choice ,my favourite was porkies ,and if you like a pork chop you are in for a treat ,also if you like set 3course meals with a lot of variation at fair prices the red Indian restaurant is a good choice ,good junting

Being coming here for years, love it. Spotless and very central. It's the best wee place on the island

Really enjoyed our stay very quiet nice staff especially the gentleman who looks after the hotel he is very welcoming and warm. Rooms are very clean basic but you have all you need Air conditioning was excellent Pool nice with good sunbeds although the pool could do with a little TLC Snacks at the bar were excellent and good prices Would definitely return

Fantastic apartments. The poolbar & restaurant were very good value for money and were run by Yianoss & his family. They couldn't do enough for us & were very helpful. Without them it wouldn't be the same. Also many thanks to the cleaner Tam who worked very hard all day.

A nice quiet little place in the off season. Close to about the only open restaurants in town!

We only stayed for one night but the room was clean and comfortable.

Fantastic stay. Very helpful despite it being low season. Super spacious place and great facilities. Really impressed with their responsive communication too.

We visited for the Illuminations and were lucky enough to get some good Autumn weather. The location is great with it being nice and quiet and right on the sea front. A short walk over the road with the pram and we could pop down to the beach or catch the tram. Dead easy to use with the App. Staff were helpful and polite. They do not provide Travel Cots Only two things to mark that let this place down, parking and the windows steam up in the morning which somewhat hinders the sea view

The owner was super kind and helpful for us with advice about buses and helping us out when we thought one of our tours wasn't going ahead. We stayed during low season and our room was very spacious. Really close to the bus stop for the 711 coming from Old Hospital in Larnaca. Generous bathroom products available too. Wonderful stay

Quiet cosy place with excellent service. Snacks from bar excellent and priceworthy. Good clean rooms with good accessories. They will renovate the pool area in 2023. Thank you Yiannos❤️

Beautiful quiet hotel in the center of Protaras. Walking distance from the center (restaurant, bars, beach). The rooms are big and clean. The people kind. You feel like home

Best place to book the pool area and bar were a great treat for the family and kids. Had a wonderfull time and the staff were very kind 100% would recomend.

Great place, very quiet, suitable for familiies with kids, kids can play in the apartments' territory together, nice pool. 10 minutes by foot to the beach.

Our room wasn't enormous, but it was very comfortable and clean, with an excellent modern en-suite shower room and bright furnishings. The only disadvantage was the shortage of storage space in the bedroom, there was a very small wardrobe.

The staff is super friendly, really wanting to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. It's a clean and welcoming place with spacious and light rooms .
