Brand new family hotel, opened late July 21. Rooms are fine, automated lights, good a/c, nice shower, blackout curtains. We were given a swim-in room which was great. Kids pool is huge and amazing, kids were having a really great time. Breakfast room is spacious and modern, breakfast was fine. Pool bar snacks (burgers and gyro) should be upgraded and are bit overpriced for what you get. I know it was their first week of operation but they need to get a bit more organized. We would def go back..

The hotel is nice and calm. The rooms are comfort. Some personnel at the reception need to be more helpful, but other staff was very friendly.

The hotel is purely profit orientated without consideration of guest needs. Food: dry, average, a lot of meat - almost no vegan/vegeterian options (apart from dry leaves and small variety of fruit options). Staff: Extremely unfriendly, unwelcoming and unhelpful. Issues: 1. We were half-board, mainly bc I am on intermittent fasting (i eat only once a day) and dont drink alcohol. So, our transfer was booked at 22.45 (almost midnight), but they insisted that we need to checkout by 11am! When I asked can we stay longer, they only offered a room for additional 6 hours at 60EUR! I was travelling with a 7 year old child, who could not even sleep/rest before iur long journey home. Moreover, when I asked them if we can still have a dinner, they said I have to pay 50EUR, as dinner on our departure date is not included. The dinner was included on our arrival! WHICH WE DID NOT have as we have arrived at 3am and obviously it was too late?! Entertainment: there is no entertainment at all, not for the kids nor for the adults. Even waterslides that they have for kids has freezing cold water. No kids facilities at all - there claimed to be a kids room - but whenever we went there - it was always closed (even at the times they claimed to be open). Information: When we arrived to the hotel, they did not even give us any info on local infrastructure/facilities/addins - all they gave us is their leaflet about COVID. I had to go and ask every time if they had anything that we would be interested of (e.g. renting a bike, SPA services, using a gym - which is only open until 6.30pm and we could not use it.). Very disappointed, especially about not considering solo travelling parents like me, who had a night flight back to London with a 7 year old kid, who were kicked out from a room at 11am!!! No quiet place to rest before the long journey. Evenings are cold, inside the hotel is cold too bc of air conditioner. And to finish off, I asked if I could charge my phone at reception before we travel off, they refused and pointed to the plug in the middle of a lobby with no seats nearby or cabined. So it would be hang on the floor? Did not expect that unfriendliness from a newly refurbished hotel! It is our first ever visit to Cyprus - so sad that we have to leave with such a negative emotions and impressions of people. I would NOT recommend. Reconsider a different one for sure. PS THE ONLY THANKS to cleaners - they were good and timely with their cleaning routines. Thanks A

Nice place to stay, but no perfect. Location are good for people who want quiet neighbourhood and beautifull beaches in close proximity. The pool has too short opening hours for us, we like to swim after sunset, but at 6pm you cannot swim here. No attractions for people around 30, when you staying in hotel, it's boring. No music, small choice of entertainment. Little variety of breakfasts, after 5 days we had problem with found something interesting for breakfast. Two times cleaning service entered the room despite ticking the do not disturb option. The women at the reception desk are unfriendly and unprofessional. Despite these minuses, hotel was clean, fresh and well equipped. Satisfactory choice of lunch and dinner. The waiters, restaurant and bar service staff were fantastic, professional and friendly, we'll miss you. Special thanks to waiters Ali and Miah, bartender Christos, Gregor from Koukounari Restaurant and to Olha (guest relations).

Best holiday! Beautiful, stylish and modern hotel. Service at the highest level! We spent a great vacation, we are very pleased! Christos the Waiter made everyone smile, a very happy man! We recommend!

The facilities are wonderful and modern as well as the people/customers are mostly young. The location is also very convenient and has a scenic view of the sea. The breakfast has lots of options to choose from. If they improve on some minor details such as the bedroom airconditioning (it was turning on and off all night), the bedside tables are quite small and some minor details on customer and room service, they can become a 5 star hotel.

The best service you could wish for. Especially from manager Adonis, Georgeios at A la cartes / Elia, Costaninos at the bar and last but not least Christos from Lobby/ So grateful for all the fantastic service 🌞 from the four wonderful girls in Sweden

We stayed may/june 2023 and had the most amazing time. Our children loved the slides (age 6 and 10). The staff were lovely and friendly and kept the place spotless. The food was great with a wide range of different food. We had a balcony pool view room which was beautiful and very modern. We also got the bus to take us aiya napa for the day which only cost £4 euros for us all and took 15mins.

The hotel is amazing, clean very organized, the staff was very friendly and helpful very professional. The rooms are very clean with high tech. Five minutes by foot to the beach! Just amazing!

Hotel itself was ok, its renovated and modern. But the service....slow, unfriendly all n all bad. Props to snackbars chef thou, keep on doing what u do and let the music flow brother. Pool area was dirty bc of the absence of cleaners. Overall rating 3/5

Stayed here for one night. Was nice and clean with very friendly staff. The kids loved the water park, which had multiple water slides. The breakfast had a big variety to choose from and enjoyed the coffee with the instantly grinded beans. I'm sure I will visit again, it will be nice to go snorkeling along the rocky coastline with the crystal clear waters.

We stayed here for 7 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary, from the moment we checked in, we knew it was going to be a holiday we'd never forget for all the right reasons. Justine on the front desk elavated our Atlantica experience from amazing to unbelievable. She helped us with requests and went above and beyond to make our holiday what it was, we can't thank her enough! The bed in our room was comfier than at home, the wardrobe was easily big enough for all our things, and the shower in the bathroom was fantastic. Everyday our room was cleaned amazingly, and the staff were always helpful and very polite. One of the main highlights of Atlantica was the food that was served every day. Other reviews that we'd read put some fear into us about the quality, but all we can say is it was fantastic and the people writing them must be deluded. If all you want to eat is chips and chicken nuggets you might be a loss but if instead you want fresh salads everyday, endless breakfast options, alongside amazingly cooked themed dishes every evening. This is the place for you. The à la carte restaurant in the hotel (which if you stay for 7 nights you get a free evening at!) was such a highlight. Stella & George were outstanding hosts for our meal, and the food was divine! The bar staff were incredibly attentive. They got to know us after the first couple of nights and knew our drink orders before we even had to ask them. Usually with an all inclusive it's just a house beer and house wine. But these guys can make you fantastic cocktails, which we definitely enjoyed every night! They were friendly, happy and funny, and it was always a delight to see them. Atlantica are truly blessed with the entertainment staff they have on hand, Anastasia especially made our holiday complete. Everyday she bought such infectious energy to every activity, you couldn't help but join in with a smile. She was also fantastic with children there, and gave them so much attention & affection. In the evenings they have entertainment coming from outside the hotel. Usually you'd expect these to be quite cheesy and boring, but they were great. The belly dancing was especially fun! (Be prepared to get involved!) The beach nearby, MimosaBeach, which is about a 3 minute walk away was probably the highlight of our trip. The sea was fantastic perfectly warm, clear, and so salty you can float easily. On two of the days we managed to swim with sea turtles which was just magical. You can rent a pair of sun beds with an umbrella there all day for just €7.50. We can't recommend this enough. The other main beach Sunrise Beach is still within walking distance and was great also. It's around a 25-minute walk into town so easily doable and there's obviously lots of nice shops in gelato stores to get your ice cream fill (if you still need more food after all that's available!) One last thing to highlight is the spa that is situated within the hotel, is just pure bliss. We had a couples massage and spa treatment on the first day just to set the relaxing vibe for the whole holiday. We used the sauna and steam room with the cold plunge pool. I have to say we felt amazing afterwards. The ladies that work there were so kind, and truly have magical hands! We are already planning our next trip back. It was honestly the best holiday we've had. We can't thank everyone at Atlantica enough!

Hello. Following your reply on my review that i have I booked ,as you said ,for a standard inland view room , which I obviously did not because I have asked for a pool or sea view room. When i called, on the phone and I asked for two double rooms with sea or pool view. If possible the one next to the other. So you could reply that dear madam we can only offer u 2 inland rooms at the price of 132,50 .The reply i got we will do our best for u at that price. Arriving at the hotel , at the reception and asked if the rooms are ready they said not yet and asking where the rooms are ,the girl - very vad girl on the reception- she said i do not know. And i said I asked for a pool or sea view and she insisted I do not know. At 3 when i returned at the reception and she showed me skoupidotopos view rooms she said are the only ones available we have and the price you booked is for that rooms. You could have said that on the phone when I first called. You could have said that at my arrival. I had no problem leaving the hotel and going somewhere else.

Had an amazing 7 days staying here. Loved the location, staff were great and the food in the half board deal was excellent

Very nice hotel all round only issue was with evening meal - desserts lol. Too wet and stodgy - could do with some pies, rice pudding, toffee pudding and crumbles. Didn't eat one dessert. This said all the other food is great quality and great choice - even for a vegitarian like me. Well done whole team really enjoyed my stay.

Very nice clean hotel with much variety for breakfast! The service was also great. I didn't like that the pool was limited hours open (closed on 18:00) and that there was no fresh juice on the breakfast.

I booked with Lily the masseuse today for an Indian head massage and a spalicious massage for my eleven year old daughter. I have had lots of different massage treatments in the UK so I know a good massage. I have to say Lily's massage tops them all, best ever. I was so happy with the treatment, she definitely delivers a professional 5 star experience - worth every penny. 😇 ❤️

Such a beautiful place. Massages are one of the best in the island, thanks to Adriana for her kindness. The only issue was that the main pool was full of children regardless that they have another, also adults used massive floatings...

The people and the 5* service of this hotel make it a wonderful place. I can not fault anything. The food was great with amazing choices and the facilities and room we had was comfortable & offered all we needed. Demitrious, the food & beverage manager was AMAZING as were his team. He took great care of my family as I had to leave to fly home early due to the sad passing of my father. Every single member of the hotel offered such compassionate hospitality to my husband & daughter in my absence and ensured they still had a wonderful holiday. I cannot thank the hotel enough and highly recommend it. Clean, comfortable with a wonderful pool & amenities for families.

My and my boyfriend stayed from the 12th - 19th June. Absolutely amazing stay! The room we stayed in had a gorgeous view of the pool and the sea. I was worried about having the food All inclusive but it was amazing, everything so fresh and really tasty! Lots of Range of Drinks on the all inclusive Option. Staff very friendly and nothing is too much when you ask them something. Everywhere very clean. Will be visiting again for definite

A very pleasant hotel, a solid 4 stars. The building, as well as the rooms give the impression of being new or newly renovated. Apart from minor flaws, everything makes a very good impression. The staff was pleasant and friendly. George and his team of waiters from the hotel's Koukounari restaurant deserve special mention in this regard. Cons - cramped bathrooms and far too few seats on the terrace by the lobby bar. It would also be good to think about more vegetarian dishes in the main restaurant. Strong 8,5/10.

Lovely stay. Smaller hotel than expected but perfect for a very chilled holiday, ideally for couples or adults but also small facilities for children too. Small minor issues with cleanliness of room but managers couldn’t help enough to correct it. Over all lovely stay for very relaxed week 👍🏽

Beautiful hotel with lovely friendly staff. There are a few teething problems as it has only recently opened, the finish in the rooms is a bit sloppy where it has been rushed, the pool steps are awful and the food in the dinner hall could do with being a lot warmer but the staff, high spec and cleanliness counteract these issues.

It's only our second day,but we're already very much impressed with everything! But most of all with the staff,the manager Anastasia and the kind manner in which they treat their hotel guests. The food is delicious and there is a great variety of choices. The pool is great and the scenery is just beautiful!!

Looking forward to staying with you we arrive on Tuesday 5th October for our wedding anniversary hope we get a good room
