Great gluten-free bakery with vegan options! I was surprised when I discovered Chambelland by chance recently. The bakery offers a lot of vegan options like their signature selection of pain au sucre as well as a tarte aux pommes, cookie, banana cake and chocolate bread. I bought a pain au sucre with orange and chocolate which was very tasty. The texture was chewy and full of flavor. Almost more like a cake than a bread. I also bought the vegan cookie which was good. It is impressive what they are able to achieve to create keeping it vegan and without gluten. I’m very impressed! As a little anecdote the person serving me explained that they introduced the pain au sucre because it is impossible to create good viennoiserie without gluten. So the pain au sucre is their answer to having a gluten free alternative to these French classics. I would say they succeeded. Well done!

Amazing gluten free bakery that I think people dont really know how hard is to work with gluten-free flour. I ate a mini tart that if nobody told me its gluten-free I wouldnt know and thats the point! Pastries without gluten will never be the same as with gluten, and I have a bakery so I know. I was really amazed by this place, keep going!!! *and yes gluten-free will always be more expensive

This is the most wonderful bakery I have ever been to! As someone with both gluten and dairy allergies, I have never had tarts, French breads, etc. This place blew my mind in terms of taste and options for those with allergies. The entire bakery is gluten free, but they also have many dairy free options that are incredible. The Tarte au Poppincourt was my favorite. Unlike anything I’ve ever had. The Tarte au Abricot was also amazing. We purchased a few Chambellines and Pain au Sucres to snack on throughout our stay in Paris and they were great. The Americano is also the best I had in the city - very smooth and delicious coffee without being overly acidic or strong. Highly highly recommend. The bad reviews of this bakery are laughable - people saying bread is “inedible” are so dramatic. This place is seriously the best. Can’t wait to come back!

I wish I could give this place 10 stars ☺️ You can't even tell these pastries and breads don't have gluten! Everything was amazing. Highly recommend to anyone who is in Paris and is gluten-free.

The nicest place in Paris. No kidding. I loved the people here. They were super nice and talked in a nice way. The food is equally good. The sugar bread is nice and crisp. Golden brown exterior and fluffy interior. It melted in my mouth. The focaccia and bruschetta were really good and amazing. The coffee was incredibly hot and flavourful. Nice place. Good toilets too( it’s unisex though)

Amazing gluten free patisserie. We kept coming back here over and over again. The brookie was amazing, as was the caramel eclair. Everything felt fresh and they didn’t skimp on cream fillings. There is a lot of seating inside and outside, and they seem to be laptop-friendly. Also the bathroom was clean and well stocked, which is sometimes a hit or a miss in France!

Profoundly delicious, allergy aware, friendly and creative. This is one of my favorite allergy aware bakeries in the world. The sweet pastries are always on point and the breads are tasty. Hot tip. If you are there at the end of the day, get the focaccia and breads heated a little before eating. Gluten free sometimes needs that extra step if it’s not fresh from the oven.

100% gluten free. Super tasty!! They have vegan options, vegetarian and meat/fish. The service is excellent and the café itself looks very nice. Definitely recommend it. The toilet is accessible for wheelchairs.

This place makes me mad that people still use so much gluten. the pastries are mostly made with rice flour; they're lighter and are just as delicious as regular flour. everything was well made fresh and yummy AF

Second time here and we love it! I had the detox juice which is a hot ginger drink. I think it really helped me get over my cold! We came for the gluten free patisseries and they were amazing. My husband has celiac and this place is perfect for him. Thank you Boulangerie Chambelland for making gluten free treats!

Wonderful gluten free bakery. Various focaccias and pasties all tasted great. Varied range of breads as well. This became one of our Coeliac family members favourite eatery. Patient and helpful staff who explained items to us in English. Carla was especially helpful!

Delicious gluten free bakery!! Fortunately my hotel was nearby, so I was able to visit each morning of my trip. Everything is delicious and even my non-gf partner said he could not tell that it was gluten free! In the photo is a coffee éclair and the jasmine flan.

An amazing selection of gluten-free food for breakfast or lunch in a very hip and warm setting. Everything we tried was extremely delicious. If you are looking for gluten free stuff in Paris, this is THE place.

I cannot believe all these goodies are gluten free!! Seriously anything that you will buy will be delicious. The vibes inside were also super great. I wish I would’ve bought some jam to bring home. But I would recommend the brownie or the meringue! My faves!!

Lovely warm welcome and great food! We had the le pains de sucre and le pain at cacao. Also had a latte and apple juice. Fully recommend to anyone wanting gluten free breakfast in the area

It is such a genuinely amazing and worthwhile experience to go to this café if you are celiac (or vegan) and to try traditional French pastries made in a way that you can actually eat them! So so with it. Very popular café, lively and crowded but with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Very nice location, the outdoor seating is great for people watching across the square. 100% gluten free, which is a real novelty but, vegan options are available and clearly marked in the case as you go to order. Staff are knowledgeable and will ask if you want an alternative milk in your coffee.

Great service, super food and all gluten-free. I make this my first stop after getting off the train into Paris from Limoges, only thing that would make me come up to Paris more often is they had café eclairs!! Now those would be worth the train fare.

👍👍 If you are visiting Paris, a cruise ride on the River Seine is not to be missed. We chose Bateaux Parisiens as it was included in the Paris Pass. However, you need to purchase a ticket from the ticket office by showing the Paris Pass before joining the queue to get on to the boat. We got on board th...

😐 Granted, setting and mood are nice. Staff is, for the most part, friendly’ish. Food was average, in other words, rather disappointing. I tried all dishes but I had the pizza, it was lukewarm, chewy and could barely hold together towards the center as it was so moist. I wouldn’t go again but that’s...

👍 Well managed restaurant with beautiful decor. I love their kitchenware like dishes, pans and bottles. Truffle pasta is tasty but I didn‘t enjoy the beef dish much as it was too dry and tough compared to other restaurants in Paris. Anyway overall is good - having nice food in lovely atmosphere!
