Nice drinks, attentive staff, but I never understood why there were only 2 employees when there was such a long queue. Those people are not robots.

Greatest Starbucks in Paris, not so much for peace and quiet (lots of traffic on the avenue de l'opéra), but for the staff, who are all lovely people serving wonderful drinks!

A beautiful store in an iconic avenue, the building is great, the view to the Opera WOW, but the store seemed austere and the service unfriendly, I know that in very touristy places it is very tiring to deal with so many customers but... My coffee was delicious!

Not well run. I go to Starbucks all the time and hate to write a bad review. Trash on the tables doesn’t get removed. It’s not my job to provide a clean table. People are slobs, but that’s the businesses problem to clean up. Wi fi doesn’t work. It shows the three bars, but no connection. This happened both times I visited. No croissants and limited food. In Paris you have no croissants? If they sell out quick each day, order more. Food could be better. Store was hot. Turn on air conditioning for those sitting inside. The hot chocolate was good though, so I can say one good thing. Please Starbucks, get your act together. If you have to hire more people, then hire more people. Don’t have an unappealing store with filthy tables lining the street.

very bad customer service. 10 minutes left before the cafe closed, but we were denied service. especially unpleasant was the waiter who spoke very disrespectfully.

They are rude and they don't espect cotuemrs, there is a fat short girl with glaces and black hair that being so rude with all costumers.

Horrible. Services are extremely slow and the worst part was that they wont give away straws for the ice drinks. I needed it as i was going to drink it at the gym and the girl who makes drinks INSISTED that she wont give away a straw to me. I had to return the drink for a refund because of this stubborn woman. I explained why I needed it but she wont listen. What kind of service mind is this? Never going back to this one.

I bought yogurt and cheesecake. The staff put my cake into the box, but she put it into the bag in a vertical way... Oh my gosh for my cheesecake!

Worst Starbucks mocha cappuccino I’ve ever had. It was cold when I got it. Staff didn’t ask if it was for the restaurant or to go, which wasn’t a big deal, but would have been nice to have coffee in a real cup. Egg sandwich which was toasted, had eggs that were runny. It wasn’t what I expected.

To say this is instagramable makes me wonder how people have made it look amazing on socials 🤔 it’s beautiful decor but the cold drinks were served in hot cardboard cups. Queue for the toilet was huge. People on their laptops in the middle for so long, like … go home and work?! It was just very tiny and very pretentious compared to what I expected from socials. I guess that what I should’ve expected going on that though. I at least expected normal Starbucks service and not be served a piece of rotten garbage 🤣 I’m at least paying for my drink that was dirt!

Went there with a friend last Wednesday, very disappointed with the personal who I believe was the manager. otherwise, everything else was great as always at Starbucks.

Today, Iolanda embarrassed herself and Starbucks. After showing COVID vaccination cards, she rudely insisted on a QR code, which is not available to all foreign travelers on short stays in Paris. We asked for “take away” to avoid any trouble on dining in and she agreed but continued to argue that we were a “problem. This escalated to her threatening to call the Police. A patron waiting for her beverage apologized on behalf of “Paris” on our way out. The French are wonderful people just not Iolanda who must be miserable at home. She needs some special training or a new life. This does not help with enticing the return of tourism to this beautiful city. Au Revoir

When I needed a hot Americano, I saw Starbucks. The children also ate snacks with madeleines and chocolate along with the drinks. Friendly staff are memorable.

Very nice place to work in. Especially upstairs. The staff was nice and always spoke to me in English which I really appreciate as I dont speak French.

i don’t understand how you mix up a almond milk latte with a full cream caramel latte. repeated it 4x. i am extremely lactose intolerant and now very sick.

I was half way through my muffin when the waiter came and told me they are closed so I needed to leave. Top quality service huh. 😠

Normal Starbucks, nothing bad to say. All the girls there were super friendly and were talking English. All covid measures are taken.

I just ordered a frappuccino. There's a big ice cube in it. When I went back to the woman who made it she said that they can't do anything about it. Not the service I expected at starbucks.

Great coffee and pancakes.

Very rude stuff. They forgot to put syrup, when I asked to add they put 3-4 doses, making it impossible to drink. The drinks like cold brews include whipped cream in price, but they said ‘I didn’t pay for it’, when I asked to add on. Overall delightful experience!

Open early morning, we were treated to some awesome Lemon Cake, Cinnamon Roll and Cafe Latte.

The place is nice but the staff is not very knowledgeable of their own products, the girl that sold the menu was constantly misinforming clients about what is included and what’s not in the menu.

Very rude staff the manager refused to customise my drink and asked me to go to a smaller starbucks... All I asked for was to shake my latte with Ice. The manager walked up to me and said we will not do this for you... Go to another smaller starbucks maybe they will do it for you. I asked is it in your policy to refuse to customize my drink at starbucks? And she completely ignored me Why so mean?

Very relaxed place. Nice and quiet today, maybe because its Sunday. My 2nd day in Paris. Still busy adjusting to the country climate. Myself and Bestie Matthew sharing this experience. Super happy right now.
