We
found
an
insect
in
our
drink,
and
went
to
ask
to
change
it.
At
first
they
didn't
want
to
so
we
insisted
and
we
actually
wanted
to
change
for
another
drink
for
the
same
price
and
they
refused,
so
we
insisted
again
like
what
is
the
issue
if
they
redo
another
drink
that
costs
the
same???
So
they
asked
a
female
manager.
She
didn't
even
say
hi
to
us,
she
just
said
in
a
very
rude
tone
'
Apparently
you
drank
more
than
half
of
it
'
and
it
was
not
true,
(the
guy
threw
it
away
before
she
came).
And
then
we
had
to
really
negociate
for
another
drink
and
when
she
finally
accepted
she
had
the
MOST
annoying
look
on
her
face
as
if
we
asked
for
the
moon.
LOL.
like
is
it
really
that
hard???
I've
worked
at
a
Starbucks
in
London
and
when
I
see
the
insane
amount
of
WASTED
foods
and
drinks
there
is
per
day,
don't
make
me
feel
like
changing
just
one
drink
is
the
end
of
the
world.
When
we
are
already
paying
6
euros
for
just
a
coffee
just
cause
it's
'Starbucks'
(when
the
products
they
use
is
really
cheap
but
that's
another
story🤭)
then
treat
us
correctly
instead
of
making
us
feel
like
we
are
trying
to
be
sneaky
over
a
drink.
Pathetic.
Franchement
si
c'est
pour
acceuillir
des
clients
comme
ça
et
limite
nous
faire
sentir
comme
des
gratteurs
pour
changer
un
café
parce
que
y'a
des
moucherons
dans
votre
Starbucks
c'est
pas
la
peine.
Quand
on
paye
6
euros
un
café
alors
qu'on
peut
l'avoir
ailleurs
pour
moins
cher,
il
faut
avoir
le
customer
service
qui
va
avec.
En
tout
cas
ne
faites
pas
des
taffs
que
vous
aimez
pas
les
gens,
vous
n'avez
pas
l'air
très
épanouis
