The coffee here was tasty. There is a nice seating area inside and outside is and the location is lovely. However, the staff are super rude and they bearly look up when you’re speaking to them. I asked for a paper straw with my drink which seemed to like an insult to them to have to reach and give it to me. Really unfriendly 2/5

The coffee itself is good as other Starbucks, but there are not enough table and seats for the customers. Because many of the tables are already occupied by long-time takers who are ‘working´ with laptops.

I went to here 5- 10 mins before the closing time. And I asked a starbucks guy who is outside of the main door that if I can still order coffee. He said gently “of course “ And I was waiting to order but the ‘asian guy’ ignored ordering. He said you can’t order coffee. Then the woman next to him said “ hey, work!” And she said to another worker “ He is lazy, he doesn’t work” In the end this guy take an order. I said clearly ‘ one tall size decaf cafe latte please’, he said ‘ one cafe latte?’ Non, ‘ tall size decaf , please’ He said again, ´ two decaf latte?´ -?????- ´one tall size decaf latte, please’ And I repeat more than 2 times after. After I paid by credit card, he asked, “ grande size, right?” “…..” He didn’t say sorry or excuse… So I paid for grande size. My husband and I felt so bad bcuz of his attitude. He was so rude and his way of speaking and work were so horrible. My husband wanted to say something but we didn’t. This asian guy’s behavior was intentionally bad. He knew it and also he knows tourists do nothing. He destroys the image of Starbucks, paris, asian and france. I read some reviews about him. All the reviews is negative. He was the worst employee I've ever met!

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. If you’re a foreigner, would highly suggest not going here as there were certain staff (the Asian male) who were incredibly rude to my husband and I since we were foreigners and did not speak French, and the latte he made was absolutely disgusting that I threw it away. At one point he pointed at us as he was speaking French to his co-workers as he and another male co-worker laughed, which definitely made it seem like he was talking rudely about us and made us feel very alienated and uncomfortable. Drinks were awful and so was the service.

Splendid hang out place, strong wifi, friendly staff and warm ambience (also good coffee). Beware of the pigeons bird, if you buy anything to eat, it is best enjoyed inside the premise... 😊😊😊

Coffee tenders have no idea about the origin of the coffee they sell. Ridiculous

I always get a cup of coffee when I'm on my way to go to school. The taste of coffee is just fine as other starbucks, but the thing is that the baristars are a bit unpleasant ( like zara salesperson 😂 )

Coffee was disgusting. Too much extraction. Instead of saying they were out of filter coffee they just had it brew already brewed coffee grains. Horrible taste

This Starbucks is the worst I have ever been too, no disinfection in any of the bottles, no soap in the toilet, toilet very dirty , tables not cleaned , no plugs work to charge your phone or laptop, the coffee either too sweet or not hot enough

Regular Starbucks, friendly personel. Decent option for going decaf.

A life saver if you need a place to work for a while while in Paris! Food and beverages are exactly what you would expect from a Starbucks. Great place to work given ample seating and multiple electrical outlets plus wifi. Very crowded on a friday afternoon, would wish it was larger or had more similar locations around city. Wish it was cleaned fore often as parts of floor were a bit dirty, but again a heaven for work in a crowded city.

The drinks were average, something not quite right about them. Barista on bar not the most friendly, opposite of the helpful barista on till.

Probably the worst Starbucks I have been to so far. The marble cake was chunks of sugar and cappuccino felt like just milk. There was a small line for people complaining about the coffee (haha!). You’ll find better options around

Food palettable thanks largely to sugar, which is a great way to hide a lack of ability to provide good flavour. Also, the servers when I visited just now were extraordinarily absent and one might as well have not had them there. They were more content to chat with one another behind the counter, and wash things than serve the customer when he or she was waiting. Consistently failing in their duties to deliver good customer service.

They “remodeled” this particular Starbucks just recently. Result: no more place to sit, people standing left and right eating, tables are below knee height, dirty with stuff left over from other customers. Service is bad, they are “doing you a favor” by preparing drinks while taking their time talking with colleagues. Remaking the drink happens reluctantly with dissatisfied face.

They don't take orders because they talk among themselves. Even though I spelled my name clearly they served me a drink with an odd Asian name. Rumors that this store was a racist store were true.

We ordered 2 drinks using our bonuses from the app and a carrot cake. The order took forever because the employee didn't understand how it works, telling us we have to pay for the free drinks. We ended up getting Matcha tea latte and Golden Caramel White Hot Chocolate. First one tasted horrible, it only got worse as time went on, undrinkable. The second one was better, but only after we asked to add the caramel which they forgot to do. The saviour were the delicious carrot cake and the cozy environment. It is worth mentioning that the table where we sat initially was extremely wobbly and unstable, so we had to wait for others to leave in order to take their place.

I have to say, you shall try the cheese cake and white chocolate mocca

Stopped here for some fast internet to upload pictures while traveling. Service was speedy and so was the WiFi. Like all Starbucks, quality control always guarantees a good cup of coffee.

We found an insect in our drink, and went to ask to change it. At first they didn't want to so we insisted and we actually wanted to change for another drink for the same price and they refused, so we insisted again like what is the issue if they redo another drink that costs the same??? So they asked a female manager. She didn't even say hi to us, she just said in a very rude tone ' Apparently you drank more than half of it ' and it was not true, (the guy threw it away before she came). And then we had to really negociate for another drink and when she finally accepted she had the MOST annoying look on her face as if we asked for the moon. LOL. like is it really that hard??? I've worked at a Starbucks in London and when I see the insane amount of WASTED foods and drinks there is per day, don't make me feel like changing just one drink is the end of the world. When we are already paying 6 euros for just a coffee just cause it's 'Starbucks' (when the products they use is really cheap but that's another story🤭) then treat us correctly instead of making us feel like we are trying to be sneaky over a drink. Pathetic. Franchement si c'est pour acceuillir des clients comme ça et limite nous faire sentir comme des gratteurs pour changer un café parce que y'a des moucherons dans votre Starbucks c'est pas la peine. Quand on paye 6 euros un café alors qu'on peut l'avoir ailleurs pour moins cher, il faut avoir le customer service qui va avec. En tout cas ne faites pas des taffs que vous aimez pas les gens, vous n'avez pas l'air très épanouis 🫶🏼

We visited this Starbucks in October (Fri, 21Oct at 6 pm CET) and were denied service by a female front-desk staff. Even though we walked out of the place without protesting. We felt like warning other fellow customers that there is discrimination in their treatment. Starbucks must consider training their staff to treat customers equally and with dignity.

My pocket Wi-Fi had run out. I saw the famous Starbucks and knew they would have Wi-Fi. The chocolate cake was perfect.

You need to have a person dedicated to have the place clean. Toilettes in a dirty state, floors, tables the same! Please you need to pay attention to this

People reserve tables and prevent others from sitting and no one controls this issue. For example on july 14th 3 persons took 3 tables they said they were waiting for their friends while others where holding their food and drinks and weren't allowed to sit and no one of the employees did anything.

I was disappointed with the service in this cafe. Those taking the order do not understand English, make the wrong drinks, and redo the order with a dissatisfied face without an apology. The people who work at this Starbucks are not friendly.
