We had a great stay at Chez Hubert B&B. Marjorie and Shannon were always available and very hospitable. Shannon did an amazing job as a host and she made sure all our needs are met. Her breakfast spread was delicious and filling. We stayed in a cozy private room with a private bathroom outside our room. There are 2-3 flights of stairs so that's something to consider if you need accommodations in that regard. We didn't use the common room but they had a few board games, tv, foosball table, microwave, kettle, and coffee/tea available. The bathroom was small but it worked for us so no complaints there. The main eating area is where breakfast is served and there was ample room for all guests. They also offered homemade jam which can also be bought to take home. Parking was accessible behind the house. It snowed heavily while we were there so it was a bit of a mission to get in and park but that's Quebec winter for you. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and the location is great!

Overall, our experience at the Chez Hubert was wonderful. A very quaint and charming B&B within easy walking distance of all of the attractions of "Old Quebec". Safe off street parking is available. The only drawback was a somewhat limited breakfast menu. If you're looking for modern decor and plastic furnishings, then look elsewhere. If you enjoy old period charm, than this is your ideal stop.

There is a focus on cleanliness at Chez Hubert. Our room and separate private bathroom were always squared away. The included Breakfast was different every morning and absolutely delicious. The B&B’s location was excellent, giving convenient walking access to all of the old city, the Citadelle, the Chateau de Frontenac, all of the shops and restaurants in the local area. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this place and look forward to another visit!

The old authentic building had a great atmosphere. The location within the old city was perfect at a walking distance to most of the city attractions. The host was great. The room was a great mix between old and new, breakfast was delicious and the free parking was a great addition!

Great place and very friendly owner/staff. Gorgeous 123 yo home in the old town inside the wall, an easy walk to many great places. The B&B is in great shape with the historic charm but important updates (bathrooms). Many great conversations at breakfast with other guests from all over.

Really charming old character home right down town. The place had a few odd things that some might see as drawbacks if one was looking for a modern hotel experience. The parking is in the back and a bit difficult, the washroom was private but no in the room and the house is just old. I loved it however and would go again. The location, charm and the chance to meet fellow travelers at the breakfast table make the experience great.

Very charming old house, very romantic too bad we had to share the bathroom. I would have also appreciated a hair dryer in the room. But we forget all of that when we arrive downstairs for the breakfast. Best breakfast from our stay in Canada. The owner made her own jams, they are delicious and original. The location is perfect and you have a parking space. I recommend this place.

We have stayed at this B&B previously, and loved our time spent there. The location is perfect and the home is lovely. Unfortunately, we had booked two rooms for four nights in January and our flight was unable to land in Quebec City due to a storm. ( we circled above Quebec City, and flew back to Toronto ) We called Marjorie to tell her that we were unable to keep our reservations, and she was very gracious. We will rebook for September!
