Amazing service, excellent selection of gin cocktails(give a one-word description, and it will be tailored to your mood!)

Went after seeing google review on specialty gin cocktails, however selection was really limited. My friend and I ordered Gin Sour and Gin Old Fashion. Gin Sour was very bubbly on top which affects the appearance, taste was okay. Old Fashion portion was small 1/3 cup w/ lots of small ice - which easily melted and taste weird. Will not come back again

Went there because of the reviews and was disappointed. Felt like I was not welcome, the waiter served us milky water with a brow particle floating on top. He texted on his phone while manipulating the food. The onion soup was lukewarm. Would not recommend

The menu was small but the food was local and great! Service was also fantastic. We had the cheese and charcuterie platter with wine.

We stopped in for drinks and could have stayed all afternoon. Our waitress was amazing, she provided a great gin paring. The decor and ambience were great, plenty of people watching opportunities. We would definitely recommend and plan to return on our next trip.

Had two excellent glasses of wine including an unexpectedly great orange from Quebec. The servers were super knowledgeable and it was a great place to relax with a drink before dinner.

Stopped in during my walk of old Quebec. Only got a beer as that was all I had time for. Staff was great, super quick, patio was nice.

Just wonderful. Jeremy provided wonderful tastings of his favorite wine recommendations and made us feel extremely welcome. He should be working at a Michelin starred restaurant with his charm and kindness. We had the foie gras which was also splendid.

The perfect spot to warm up that we came back to during our time in Quebec. We enjoyed the wine, service and snacks!

The service here is absolutely top notch. The gin selection is incredible, and our server was very helpful in explaining and introducing us to many excellent Quebec gins. If you're looking for a classy but friendly place to share a few drinks in Quebec city, this is the spot.

Closed early and stated "no longer serving food." Who closes before 7 on a Saturday night. I spent my $85 at Bella instead, much better service.

It was my first time at Quebec City so I was looking forward to have a good time. However, going at Terroir was not the right choice for us. As a costumer, I did not feel welcome by the staff who was barely polite. Accordingly, the tapas reflected the service's pattern making the whole experience forgettable.

Loads of gin choices. Nice patio but a bit small. Server was the most attentive. Would go again.

Be warned: this restaurant will rip off tourists. If I could give below zero, I would!!! This place is horrible! Never go there!! We should’ve known from outside of it, it wasn’t busy even though other restaurants were jam packed! We ordered 2 items in the menu, one was a panini and the other was foie gras which was categorized “to share”. We pointed at the menu clearly and said the words which the waiter clearly repeated. After a long wait, the waiter brought 2 platters, neither of which looked like panini. Because we never had foie gras and wasn’t sure how it is served, we waited and called for the waiter to confirm it was foie gras. He pointed at one element and said that was foie gras. Assured we got the dish, we assumed panini will follow and started eating. Foie gras tasted awful and water glass smelled like fish. And the Panini never came and after an hour of ordering, we asked about it. The waiter simply said he didn’t understand and forgot! (He didn’t have trouble understanding us when we asked for it, of course) Not happy about the outcome, we decided to just not make a big deal, pay for foie gras and leave. Expecting a bill a little over 20 bucks, we were greeted with a bill near $50! So we asked about it and turns out the waiter gave us 2 dishes after all, second one being one we never ordered and far apart from any of our orders on the menu. The waiter refused to remove the charges and only replaced that payment with panini that never came. Not wanting to waste any more time at the horrible restaurant, we paid with zero tip. Had we not been touring the city, we would have escalated and refuse to pay. There was just more important things to do than waste time there. Please do not waste yours here, and visit a proper and professional restaurant. Skip this amateurs.

Great vibe. Extensive list of cocktails. I was very impressed with the list of gins which all come with their own customized aromatic herbs . Very well thought out and a pleasant and unique experience to visit here.

One of the best gin bars we’ve been to. They know how to pair everything well. Every cocktail is a mystery at some level as you always receive little condiments on the side to put inside your drink that help highlight its flavors. The service is exceptional! Highly recommend to anyone who loves gin and ambience! 😌
