Ordered an iced coffee which I had to wait nearly 30 min for. When it came it had obviously been sitting on some counter somewhere and started melting. When the waitress brought it over, she made some excuse under her breath and marched off again, leaving this mess to develop on my table. This place is run by kids more interested in posing than anything else. I heard another customer complaining about the service while I was there. Avoid.

This branch used to be the prettiest in the country. It is now run down and dirty with no attention to detail. Windows are all we are dirty, shutters broken, chairs are old. Service has gone downhill one of the shift managers is unfriendly and indifferent to any feedback. It's a shame, I hope they change management.

Great location, close to a large free parking lot of "Beit Levinstein" and "Gamla ba'Park". Good cofee, nice choice of things to bite, good srvice.

Service was terrible the waiters were very unfriendly, the chairs were torn but thank goodness the food was delicious. I had a soy cold chicken salad and my friend had the hot chicken salad. Mine was so delicious that I ate it all which is unususl for me.

Arcaffe is one of the largest and most established Cafe chains in Israel. They have a Central bakery that is of extremely high quality so all the big goods arrive every morning in the different cafes and are delicious. Coffee is served very professionally and they always keep a high level of service and cleanliness. I am yet to arrive at one of their cafes and be disappointed.

Nice coffee & pastries

Food was below par, and unfortunately, the service was beyond awful. The waiters were clueless and roamed the restaurant like slothes. They didn't understand the basics with coffee, nor how to serve at the most basic level. Expect to fetch the menus for yourself, get up and pay for your own bill indoors if you sit outside, get your coffee after your food comes and have to go inside for anything you need as the 3 waiters that worked outside were simply incompetent of proving any assistance.

Terrible service! We ordered a deal of coffee and sandwich (34 NIS). The sandwiches came in wet, we asked to replace the sandwiches, so they changed us more. Extremely rood and unpleasant. The tables were dirty and an overall atmosphere of neglect.

(Ordered vanilla croissant and chocolate milk) took 15 minutes for someone to come and ask for our order and pretty expensive like all restaurants way too much vanilla in the middle also here’s a pic of my chocolate milk (it was okay)

We were a party of two. We ordered shakshuka (eggs and tomatoes hot dish), bread and coffee. We also asked for a cold water carafe - there was none available, so we received two water glasses only, on a hot day. Refills we asked for took a long time to arrive. The food was very good, the bread fresh. In the end we got all we asked for, but the service was very slow.

As always a good choice if you are looking for a late breakfast, a cup of coffee or a sandwich. You get what you expect.

Nice place open in shabat, you have good salads and sandwiches ,not cheap you have a parking lot nearby, decorated well

It depends very much what you expect from the place: For a coffee place to meet with people, discuss topics, have a good bite - this is not the place. If you on the other hand like impressively overpriced street food, blasting music at 09h30 in morning in workweek, and mediocre coffee - go for it!

we waited for the waitress for a long time, after half an hour we asked what happened to the drinks and the food, she forgot about our order. We ordered again and told her to bring us the drinks and we can wait for the food. After 20 minutes, she didn't bring the drinks. Service 0, work organization 0. It's a shame

Happy it's open on Saturdays! Decent israeli breakfast.

The breakfast at all hours, is a very good choice. Has salmon and tuna, and great bakery included, and 2 drinks. I think is a great place.

Good as usual coffe and delicious chèvre baguette. The Damon picolo was also tasteful, well done

While Arcaffe is a known to have high quality coffee shops, this brunch suffers from extremely slow and bad service. I visit the place often (not many alternative caffes in Raanana) and this is not a one-time event. Would be wonderful if the chain's management advise the local management on refining the service in this branch.
