Worst place to have food. Unethical business tendency. If possible avoid the Annapurna restaurant totally! The behavior of a particular waiter was very bad.

Only Good restaurants nearby to the old bust stoppage of Rangamati city. They offer food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can also order beforehand. It is convenient for the people who stays afjuscent hotels. You may find wide range of Bangladeshi dishes and local aswell. They serves biriyani and bar b q also. They do not have a big space but well furnished. Price is average not too high. But again compared to the price few items they would serve less in quantity like I suggest do not try the duck meat 😉. Staff are well behaved. At rush hour you may have to wait in queue. Toilet and refreshments facilities are okaish. Thank you.
