Service and room is quite good but food price is very high and quality is not up to the mark.

I would give it 2 star actually but I gave three because I don't want to discourage the restaurant too much that it might start falling down more in quality. When I had dinner there, only the desert was good. Other foods need to be improved. Improve the food quality please and you will get more customers.

Very good hotel with perfect room, slept like a baby. Wonderful food and in room service was outstanding. The downside is the rooms door lock which is easily repairable. However i have just loved it.

We went there to attend a farewell party. This was the last party of our university life. Our respected teachers arranged that party. We arrived there at evening. First, we took some snacks. Everything was good. When we went to conference room, it gave us negative impact. There air-condition system was very disturbing, they gave us fans but the weather was very hot, it makes us sweating. After completing conference, we took dinner. Those food was good.

Good environment. They got a live kitchen. You order and then only they will cook your food. But due to COVID outbreak, Bangla items are very few. They cook very good meats and small fishes. Chinese items are mostly available here, with good quality. And staff behaviour is too good. And food become more better when you get some good people serving you.

I was disappointed by their Pizza. The ingredients were not fresh. And pizza was overcooked to the point that it was almost burnt.

Last 5 years, whenever i visited Rangpur, always stayed there. But this time service seems very poor to me. Still i will prefer this hotel due to its location and good quality room. Room prices look good and comfortable

There are Chinese Foods And Khacci Biriyani and other foods are also nice and delicious..The location is in dhap is a good place..

food is delicious. environment is family friendly. not a place to gossip loudly. they take much time for serving comparing to other chain restaurant. their parking lot is not adequate rather you have to park at the soulder of their gate. they have humanly faced robotic waiter! the entire hall room seems hollow dark.

Good service was provided. They also fulfilled our extra requirement which we wanted.

Rayan's Hotel & Restaurant is one of the organized and nice place to have meals for dinner or lunch in the heart of Rangpur city. The sitting arrangement and restaurent room is cozy. The washrom need to make more women and older person friendly. Services of the waiters are good but the billing proccesses should have more professional in nature.

Stayed for 2 nights. They offer free breakfast but I haven't had a chance to try it because I had to leave the hotel early morning. Facilities are good comparing to other hotels around Dhap area. Single delux non-AC will cost you 1200 BDT. They don't have window on all non-AC room (i was lucky) so please check in person prior booking. Otherwise you have to opt for AC room if its summer which will cost 300-400 BDT more.
